Its been absolutely fantastic working with Noam to set up Monday CRM for my business. First of all Noam took a a lot of time understanding my needs and how I was envisioning the configuration. Certainly not 'one size fits all,' very tailored. Noam was also helpful in cleaning up the data. Mine was a patchwork of several sources, and he recommended tools and spent a lot of time with the data cleaning it up. The past few weeks we have sent a lot of time tweaking the system, introducing automations and AI tools to create efficiency. We are not there yet, but closer by the day. We have been using the CRM for more than a year and were stuck in some technical issues and misunderstanding of how CRMs work. We needed an expert to review our whole system and advise how to fix and/or streamline it. Patrick said we weren't in bad shape (WHEW!), and assigned Noam to our project. Noam did a great job and was very patient with our questions and timeline. He was able to move in phases for these changes, which was important so that we could continue to work during this time, but also allowed us to determine if the changes were suitable to our process. Loam took the initiative and offered some options we hadn't thought about, which was lovely. While we didn't use all of his suggestions, I appreciated them and will keep them in mind. I had no idea how long these improvements would take, but Noam accomplished what needed to be done in our contracted amount of time.
