"Cutting Edge Search Tool" Overall: PatSeer provides an excellent database for the professional patent searcher. We are working for approximately five years with PatSeer products and feel that the continuous technical development and excellent customer service provide a significant value to our business Pros: The database covers all relevant authorities and numerous smaller patent authorities, in many cases with full text data only available in PatSeer. The system includes workflow tools which allow effective processing of the most demanding projects like complex FTOs or advanced portfolio analysis. Statistics, AI and traditional searching are well integrated in a single package. A big advantage are the sharing capabilities which allow dissemination of results in a straightforward manner. Cons: Occasionally the system slows down a bit, but it appears Gridlogics is getting this under control.
