I'm not gonna lie, it took some effort to change some of my habits. But the results are real. I'm much less of an asshole these days :) I think the hardest thing for me was just realizing that some of the choices I was making were making things worse. I think I thought that I was just a bad sleeper but didn’t know I was actually the one making it worse. Especially the things I was doing that I thought were going to help! Eric really opened my eyes. I’m definitely sleeping better and now and I’m not sabotaging myself anymore! highly recommended

This has been a game changer for me! I had been on sleeping pills before and those worked for a little while but I didn’t want to keep taking them. I probably ended up taking them for about 5 years and tried to stop a few times but the insomnia just got worse. I decided to try Eric’s approach and am glad I did! The first time we met he asked me a lot of questions and afterward seemed confident he could help me. I think because I’d been dealing with it for so long, I felt less confident but I was also pretty desperate and willing to give it a try. After my second session with him, everything changed and I knew it was going to work. Just the way he understood and explained what was going on made me realize why I was struggling and it just clicked. I saw him for three more sessions and that’s all it took. I’m not on the pills anymore and able to fall asleep within about 15 minutes just about every night. I have several close friends with sleep issues and I’ve recommended Peak Sleep to all of them.

I used to hate going to bed. It used to give me a lot of anxiety, because I just KNEW I wasn’t going to be able to sleep. I feel silly saying it but I used to get super scared about this. Really I think I was just afraid of what my sleep issues was having on my health and thought I was doing real damage. Now, I'm falling asleep faster and waking up feeling good. It's made a huge difference but maybe the best thing is that I am starting to look forward to going to bed again!!

I own a small business and truly believed that sacrificing sleep was just part of the job. Eric helped me look at it from a different perspective. Finished the program about a month ago and feel great! But I think what’s really surprised me is how much more productive I am. Or maybe a better way of saying it is realizing just how unproductive I had been! I know a lot of people would benefit from this. Thanks!
