As the Interim Public Relations Director, my team was in the midst of adjusting to a change in leadership. This workshop helped by allowing me the time to understand my team's genius and how to best manage their abilities—both in our specific area and across the UC team. I also learned a lot about myself as a leader and how to respond in certain situations. The best parts were the organic teachable moments; those lessons have really stuck with me. I expected the session to be valuable, so there were no surprises there. I look forward to the next workshop.

The workshop with Highest Good Consulting was truly transformative for our team. As we navigated a period of transition, we faced challenges with silos and communication breakdowns. The problem I was facing was toxic jobs: knowing what’s toxic, what’s normal, and what isn’t. The interview sheet helped me answer the right questions to spot toxic jobs so I don’t go through the same thing again. This has been very helpful! I recommend this if you are looking for a new role or quitting a toxic job.
