That burger was so amazing. Delicious and flavorful. The sauce is amazing I gotta get some fries next time I ordered so I can dip the sauce it in. Got yourself a future customer!!!

I’ve been hearing about Popchew for a while and seeing their ads all over New York. Finally pulled the trigger and ordered it! DoorDash was doing a bogo deal and was totally worth it. Delivery took about 20 mins to the east village, when it arrived the fries were still extra crispy and the burger was perfect - not soggy at all. This may be New Yorks best smash burger right now. The secret sauce is scary good, I need them to sell it in gallon jugs asap. Will order again.

There are so many places running for the best smashed burger title in NYC and its getting hard to keep up. But then a gem pops-up outta nowhere and surprises you. If you love burgers like I do, try this place out. It wasnt an easy decision, but flavor to value ratio…this place is worthy to take on that title.

The Popchew burger is one of the best I've ever had and I can’t stop raving about it! The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. But the real star was the special sauce—it was delicious! It was an awesome tangy and slightly sweet flavor that just took the whole burger to the next level. Every bite was perfect and the toasted bun added a nice crunch. Add the fries too - they really complete the meal! If you love burgers, you’ve got to check this one out! Highly recommend!

Wow. Just wow. I don’t think I knew the meaning of ‘Cheeseburger” before I ate this. Amazing. Stupendous. My coworker knew the chef personally and I can confirm she sprinkles gallons of love and care into each smashburger. Thank you. Just thank you. Pure gratituide and joy. Special sauce was okay.

Some might consider me a burger expert and it’s safe to say this burger is delicious! It’s nicely seasoned, cooked to perfect and topped with an amazing sauce. The fries also were still so crispy when they arrived. Highly recommend checking them out.

I have to say this spot so far hasn't let me down, giving them a try. Found them on UberEats searching for late overnight dinner at work. These guys were the few still open late night, so I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. Ordered a double burger with cheese and Brooklyn mango tea. The tea was ok, but the burger was delicious. It might look a little dry, but that's because I had it sitting for a while before I went off to my lunch break. I have it 4 stars only just because I didn't get a chance to check the shop out yet but love the food.
