Every year, Bob Meijer and Miles McNair drop a ton of value into their PPC community.
Last year, it was the Google Ads Success Path, a great course with hours of content on best practices for landing pages, tracking, copywriting etc.
This year, itās the turn of AI Agents. Theyāve put all their knowledge into a new platform with SOPs, checklists, and processes that show all the manual tasks we can automate, allowing us to focus on more strategic work for our clients.
In November, I received a Black Friday offer to renew my annual subscription one year in advance.
And guess what? I had zero doubts of course š

3 months ago, I was feeling behind.
New AI tools dropping every week. Everyone talking about workflows and automation. And I was using GPT to do basic market research. That was it.
I knew something had to change.
Fast forward to today.
Natalia Kobierska and I are in a working session, mapping out how to structure our
PPCOS by The PPC Hub inside Claude Code. We're figuring out which parts of our workflow benefit the most, how to sequence the work, and how to get the most out of it for our clients.
That's a different conversation than "write me a market research summary."
What changed is that we stopped treating AI as a search engine
and started treating it as a working layer in our business.
The result so far:
ā We're delivering more services without adding hours
ā Our analysis is faster and sharper
ā We're adding value to clients in ways that weren't possible before
Still early. Still learning. But the gap between where we were and where we are now is real.
Where are you with this right now?

Just leveled up my PPC toolkit by completing the AI Agent Challenge by PPC Mastery, a sprint focused on building and deploying custom AI agents for Google Ads workflows.
What I walked away with:
š¤ Agents tailored to specific client needs, not generic, off-the-shelf tools
š¤ Automated Quality Score audits, search term analysis & ad copy improvements
š¤ Ready-to-use SOPs I can plug straight into my daily workflow
Thank you legends Alfred Simon Bob Meijer Miles McNair for bringing me into this rabbit hole. This is just the beginning šŖ

AI Agents help me do my work better.
The possibilities of Claude Code blow my mind.
The past week I have been going down the rabbit hole of AI Agents.
I havenāt even scratched the surface, but the potential is there.
It requires a complete change in my workflow, but I imagine after a few months of working with it it feels much more comfortable.
A few examples what AI did for me:
- It analysed 120 days of search terms data in few mins and notified me ofĀ certain gaps within the account
- It helped me brainstorm budget allocation between search & performance max campaigns based on context and performance goals
- It did a complete competitor analysis, uncovering strengths and weaknesses we can use in our strategy (this would have taken me a full day before)
Since it has context on all previous analysis, conversations and the business overview, I donāt need to explain what I want every time.
And thanks to PPC OS SOP's, I donāt need to spend hundreds of hours figuring out all this myself.
Now, you still need to know your stuff.
Sometimes the AI messes up or spits out complete nonsense.
You also want a deep understanding of all the context and analysis yourself, so you know when to push the buttons.
But it definitely helps me do my work better already.
Thanks to Miles McNair, Bob Meijer and Alfred Simon for hosting the workshops in PPC Hub š

Still building my AI setup (brain & agents) in public!
This week I started feeding my Claude Code with SOP's and skills from the best The PPC Hub. So basically I have business brain and specific AI agents now.
Here's what happened:
1ļøā£ Search term analysis for a full account. An agentĀ ran a comprehensive analysis across the entire account - not just flagging waste, but identifying n-gram patterns, intent clusters, what's converting, what's bleeding spend with no signal.
The kind of analysis I do manually with pivot tables or with script.
Done in one go, structured, ready to act on.
2ļøā£ Brainstorming for a new client. It helped me think through positioning, angles and hooks from scratch. New client, no history. It asked good questions and came back with a creative direction I wouldn't have got to as fast alone.
What I'm realising:
My own brain is good at knowing my context - my clients, my frameworks, how I think.
The community agents are good at specific, deep tasks.
But bear in mind, that any skills you upload - need to be 100% safe.
Used together, it's a different kind of leverage.
I'm not outsourcing the thinking. I'm still the one deciding what to look at and what to do with the output. I just have my junior by my side.
My Claude Code is connected read-only.
But the speed from "I need to understand the results" to "here's what I'm doing next" has changed.
I have more time to think about the strategy, complex business advisory, creative briefs.
Still building. More as I go.

Because! Our first employee has officially started! š
What once started as a freelance one-man adventure at the "kitchen table" is slowly growing. And honestly: it feels special to continue building together now.
This week we signed the contract (proof in the photo š).
Very much looking forward to what is to come. More knowledge, more ideas and above all: achieving results together for our beautiful customers.
Lars ter Avest welcome to Adem Agency!
And a fun fact, we met in the The PPC Hub
So Bob & Miles thank you š very much

Today I discovered why I should have used Claude Code for my SEA work much earlier.
I'm participating in the AI Agent Challenge week of The PPC Hub and today I started working with Claude Skills. Instruction files that teach Claude how to perform a specific task. No vague AI experiments, but tools that I can use immediately.
Shoutout to Miles McNair, Bob Meijer and Alfred Simon for the valuable knowledge they share this week. Top week so far. š
Today I built š two skills for my Google Ads work
ā” Week-over-week reporting
Retrieving data, applying benchmarks, ready-to-use mail for the customer.
What normally takes 30 minutes now takes 2 to 3 minutes.
š Pitch audit
Vets a prospect's Google Ads account and generates a full audit report, including a priority matrix and concrete recommendations.
Handy for when we are in a pitch process at Traffic Builders | Pushing Marketing Boundaries.
I've been using Claude Code for a while, but never so directly linked to my daily SEA work. Only now do I see what is possible.
Two days left š
Are you also working with AI in your work? Curious what you are experimenting with. š

Iām not a media buyer anymore.
But I used to be one.
And that background still shapes how I lead today.
Because to drive real growth in e-commerce, you canāt just āset strategy.ā You have to understand how performance actually works, how the daily optimizations, campaign shifts, and tracking updates connect directly to business results.
Thatās why, a year ago, I joined PPC Hub, not to get back into the weeds, but to stay sharp on what truly drives profitability in Google Ads and performance marketing.
ššÆš„ šŖšµāš“ š£š¦š¦šÆ šøš°š³šµš© š¦š·š¦š³šŗ š®šŖšÆš¶šµš¦.

Deeper understanding of Google Ads, not from a tactical lens, but from a business impact perspective.
ā
Stronger strategic decisions, knowing what matters (and what doesnāt) when your revenue depends on efficient growth.
ā
Fresh perspective, learning from two of the best in the game, Miles McNair and Bob Meijer, whoāve built PPC Hub into a goldmine for real-world insight.
The best marketing leaders understand both the numbers and the nuance behind them. Iām focused on using that full-spectrum view to help e-commerce brands grow smarter, not just faster.
Because marketing leadership doesnāt stop at strategy decks. It connects the data, the team, and the business and turns it into results.

Everyone has a community these days. Or a course. Or both.
And honestly: I get it.
It sounds good.
ā Start a Slack group
ā Come up with a name with "Academy" or "Mastermind"
ā Sell access for ā¬997
And you're done.
Until you're in it.
Then suddenly it is very quiet.
ā Last post: 3 months ago
ā Course modules that date back to the pre-GA4 era
ā "Monthly live Q&A's" that never happen
ā And when you ask a question, it remains deafeningly silent
By the time you realize this, your money is long gone.
And support? Untraceable. Just like the promise of "community."
In my role as an SEO and SEA specialist at Traffic Builders | Pushing Marketing Boundaries, I see every day how valuable real substantive knowledge sharing is.
And that's exactly what you'll find in these two communities:
š¹ The PPC Hub of Miles McNair and Bob Meijer ā for anyone who is serious about PPC or wants to get started. This community is really chock-full of golden content and also very clearly broken down so that you can easily find what you need
š¹ SEO Brain Community of Jeroen Stikkelorum ā Very active, and for a tenner a month you are already an SEO friend. You get access to top-quality masterclasses and a T-shirt that every SEO geek will be proud to wear at every event.
Neither of these communities is hot air, but simply:
ā
Good questions and smart discussions
ā
Relevant and up-to-date content
ā
Colleagues who understand you and really help you
But the best part?
The offline connections. Community days. Events. Just sparring without a screen in between. That is often where the most value lies.
So no, I'm not anti-community.
I'm just pro-good community.
And these two are definitely my favorite.
As a marketer, what else do you think is a really valuable community?

Freelance Google Ads Specialist
I stumbled upon the PPC Hub/PPC Mastery when looking for some courses to upskill. I had been working in Google Ads space for a few years but with other jobs and family responsibilities, I always felt as though I wasn't doing a very good job. I had a hard time keeping up with things that are always changing and in the first course I completed elsewhere, I think I missed a lot of key information (it's possible that's because I did it sleep deprived with a new baby!). Anyway, I know I wasn't doing a great job with the couple of clients I had, but there was opportunity for more so I booked in for the Masterclass in 2024 and joined the PPC Hub later that year - BEST INVESTMENT I HAVE EVER MADE!!!!
My knowledge and skills improved rapidly and I could see it in the results my clients were getting and the transparency with which they were able to see results, thanks to a proper conversion tracking set up. My confidence also skyrocketed and I was able to land a great client as a result, which I've helped to attain a 1200% ROI recently.
I'm also able to provide so much more value to clients - landing page set up/suggestions, general marketing recommendations, testing within Google Ads, etc.
There is always someone to answer a question I have, which is a massive deal as for so long I've been trying to figure everything out on my own (not fun!).
Google Ads management is now my primary source of income and I'm so grateful for the courses, templates, videos, webinars, resources and the community that the PPC Hub provides. It's a no-brainer recommendation for me, for anyone in this space that wants to improve how they operate and to stay ahead of the ever-changing PPC landscape. Absolutely worth it!

From idea ā first session: Ecom Profit Leaders mastermind is live! š„
Where it all started
As a self-employed person, I was given a lot of freedom, but the downside: no colleagues to spar with or learn from. That's why I eventually wanted to start a collective with like-minded freelancers in my field.
The opportunity
At the end of August, Miles McNair placed a call in the The PPC Hub for Mastermind Leaders. I immediately sent him a DM. This was exactly what I was looking for.
The process
⢠Mastermind course followed
⢠Written my appeal
⢠Actively recruited myself
Result
Within a month, I had four strong candidates.
Who this mastermind is for
- Freelance PPC specialists (NL), 3+ years of experience
- Focus on e-commerce
- Profit-first work (POAS), want to grow & scale
- Actively contribute and keep each other accountable
What we do
⢠Discuss customer cases
⢠Exchange strategies and ideas
ā¢Accountability
⢠Confidential, high-value setting
Purpose
Structurally building profitable and scalable growth for our customers.
Last Thursday we had our first meeting.
Thankful š
Thanks to Miles McNair and Bob Meijer for initiating and facilitating.
And Jochem Jacobs, Vincent van Pareren and Mark van der Eng for participating.

Freelance PPC Expert @ Digital Karlito
I had been following these legends (Miles and Bob) for a while before joining the PPC Hub. I had already purchased some of their courses and audit templates, and the value I got from those alone convinced me immediately.
When I became a freelancer and wanted to deepen my PPC knowledge, joining the Hub felt like a natural next step. And to this day, I'm so glad I did.
Even with six years of experience in the field, my knowledge grew exponentially. That allowed me to deliver significantly more value to my clients, which led to longer-lasting collaborations.
I'm very grateful for everything Miles and Bob have put into this community and itās only getting better. Yes, it may be a serious investment, but if youāre serious about growing as a PPC specialist, itās absolutely worth it.
Hope to see you inside the Hub soon!

I have been working with Nick for the past three months after we met in the PPC Hub, and during this time, not even for a single moment did I feel that I was working with someone senior to me.
We have the same vibe, similar goals for our PPC career and what we want to do in the industry.š«±š½āš«²š¾
In one line, āI am having fun!šā
Thank you for your kind words, Nick Ofman! Looking forward to doing some more crazy stuff together.š
Shoutout to The PPC Hub. Thanks, Miles and Bob, for creating this community.š
I will always be grateful for the PPC Hub. I am glad that I joined.šš½

Another week, another call with a PPC specialist.
Since I started joining random matching calls through The PPC Hub, I've felt less lonely in my Google Ads journey.
I get energy from meeting people.
And while I often feel lazy or anxious before meeting a new person, I'm always grateful for putting myself out there and networking.
Thanks for the call, Maximilian! It was great getting to know you.
