Product and Strategy Leader in Tech. Kellogg 2013, Ex Navan, Expedia and Management Consultant I had just left my last role as VP Product for a late stage tech company. I was feeling burnt out and unsure of where to take my life and my career. I struggled to pinpoint how to balance my career ambition, my personal life and the joys that I found in my day to day. After having had several attempts at other therapist, counselors and executive coaches, I found Huw. From the get go, I found Huw's energy and empathy to be engaging. He listened well and related to my story - which made me feel safe and comfortable to share more. What drew me to this program was the structure and joint accountability it created. I particularly found the Core Gift exercise extremely meaningful. As I was going through it I saw these different components and wasnt sure how they would come together. But as we got to the final stages -It really did help create some concrete actions. Huw does a great job of guiding you and helping you get clarity without giving answers. I thought this was a great use of time and has changed some perspectives of mine for the better. I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Huw is both easy to talk to openly AND has a rare quality in that he seems to elevate the other person's thinking. In other words, I was able to think clearly when talking with Huw vs. with others (or alone). Many people have the opposite effect, like when I spoke to Ray [Dalio] in person for the first time - I was able to make a few coherent statements but not think on my feet at all. With Huw, it's like many of the virtues Bridgewater preaches but it worked so much better with psychological safety and knowing Huw was interested in helping me rather than determining my deficiencies.
