Quoter has given us the platform to create and deliver proposals that then are easily synced into our PSA to create projects and purchase orders. We have been very happy with this platform.

Our quoting process is completely streamlined now with the implementation of Quoter. It is saving us a ton of manual entry time Our quotes now all look the same as far as formatting goes, and the ability for the customer to digitally sign their quotes has been a game changer. The customer can also choose if they want to add any option items so we can now upsell different equipment and peripherals.

Quoting out of Autotask is a massive PITA! Really, it is. For as long as Autotask has been around, I would've thought they would be much farther along with handling contracts, quoting, etc. Quoter is a Godsend! The first time I used it, I won't say it wasn't a little bit of a learning curve, BUT it was still far easier and faster than trying to do it in Autotask.

Quoter has been a significant upgrade to the prior solution we were using which made it incredibly difficult to format the proposal. Quoter easily allows us to present a clean, simplified communication of what the customer is ordering. It saves our purchasing team and our sales team time which they are not reinvesting into the business allowing us to get more work out of each day.

I liked the quoting system far above the other programs we've used. The interface is simpler, which is easier to use. I have a more granular control that I frankly don't need with the competitor program I was using.
