My experience with Colibri was mostly smooth sailing..I’m a little stubborn and didn’t ask for help when I should have when having technical difficulties, but they were actually quite helpful.
It took a while to figure out their system because I wanted to use an IPad, but once you get used to everything it’s pretty easy, and they do let you go back and review as much as you want! Love the flexibility!

The practice exams, section quizzes, and task checklists coupled with the dashboard all visibly gauged my readiness throughout the journey to take the general portion of my exam. I did need to reinforce my learning by accessing the Arkansas Real Estate Commission website for the state laws and regulations before I truly felt ready to take my Arkansas Law portion of the exam. Overall, I would recommend Colibri to anyone and everyone seeking a real estate license.
