I’ve taken my real estate course and CAM course at Gold Coast my experience for both courses have been great! Staff is nice and instructors are really knowledgeable. Laura Matijak for CAM is patient and answers questions thoroughly.

This is the best school if you are looking to get your real estate license. I signed up for the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course online. I called the office shortly after purchasing because I had some additional questions about the day to day of the class, breaks, lunch break, etc. The young lady I spoke with, Evelyn, was very friendly and very helpful. She emailed me a list of instructions on how to register with the DBPR, how to sign up for my fingerprints, and how to start my license application. These were very detailed instructions and helped me a ton. The class itself was very good. I passed my exam, on my first attempt, within 4 weeks of taking the class. My instructor, Rocky, had 26 years of experience in the industry and was very knowledgeable about the course, the state exam, and she provided many real world examples. She took the time to make sure everyone's questions were answered and to make sure everyone understood the concepts she was teaching. Her teaching style paired very well with my learning style. There are 19 chapters in the book. We covered all of the chapters in 7 days. There is A LOT of information, but if focus on what the instructors tell you to focus on, you will pass the state exam. After the class, I also took the Exam Cram. The Exam Cram was also very helpful. The course is 3 days long and they go through a lot of information in a short amount of time. But they do a great job delivering the information. Much of what they went through was on the state exam. Update: I used Gold Coast for my Post-License class as well and my review still stands. Jasmin was my instructor for the Post-License course and she was amazing. She took the time to answer all of our questions and we had A LOT of questions. She was very patient and thoroughly explained the material. She also provided lots of real world examples. Additionally, I want to mention Melanie and Adrienne, who were very professional, kind, and very helpful. They supported the staff and the class during both classes I took at Gold Coast. Adrienne got me checked in and situated with my text book. Melanie helped me register for another class I plan on taking with Gold Coast. Overall, the staff at this location are very professional and kind. Lastly, as they say, the proof is in passing and I passed my Sales Associate state exam on the first try and also passed the post-license class exam with a 99/100. My experience with this location has been nothing less of fantastic.

The mortgage loan originator course was easy to follow, and taught well. I passed the 1st try on the state exam.

Today I passed my state exam and officially have my Fl Real Estate License! I can say that Gold Coast school of Real Estate is truly amazing! My instructor Alan was great and really teaches you the important material you need to know to become a successful REAL-TOR. If you have the time to take the course I would do the: class, 7 day, 9-5 course! Its worth it! Follow the instructors directions, study every night, and most importantly LISTEN while in class and you’ll do great! Thank you Alan and GC!

Great online courses to help you accomplish your end goals. I took to different course back to back and passed both within a month apart and new nothing about the courses. so, my experience was nice with Gold Coast Schools. #awesome

School should allow make-up days if a class falls on a holiday. I've NEVER heard of there NOT being a make-up day. Instructor was AMAZING did the best she could to get us caught up on the material however despite her efforts our ENTIRE class failed. It wasn't the teachers fault but the school should do a better job at allowing students makeup days it's a disadvantage and we all know how hard this course is so it is negligent on their part.

“Uncle” Bill Christen is one of the best instructors I have had, he has a unique style that is fun and laid back. Thank you, Bill, for making the week fun and informative at the same time. I would recommend this course to anyone.
