I had a rewarding experience at Gold Coast. The two cram course instructors Terry Nero and Walt Lesbirel were terrific educators. I passed my real estate sales associate exam on the first attempt. Walt and Terry are very knowledgeable and know what is need to give you the confidence to be sucessful.

I would come back to the Gold Coast again for any of my needs, not only did they make it easy to obtain my realtor license, I also used them for my 40-hour CE and anything other that I need. I was able to understand and enjoy my time studying to become a realtor. I had retired and I am living in the Fabulous Florida Keys when the overwhelming high cost of living took its toll on my retirement. It was easy for me to refocus and come back as a realtor out of retirement with Gold Coast. I had been retired for 12 years and out of the university for 40 years, so starting over looked very difficult. The CE course that Gold Coast provided not only taught me about the needed to know subjects for real estate but also taught me lead generation, accounting, as well as many other skills needed for a successful real estate career. Gold Coast was very good for me. Read, take the study test, and retake the study test.

Gold Coast Schools gave me all the resources, tools and education I needed to start a successful Real Estate career. Their classes are effective and their teachers are highly experienced and trained. I bought all the expensive textbooks thinking that's what I would need to learn and pass the exam. But it turned out, all I really needed was Gold Coast. Highly recommend Gold Coast!
