Couldn’t dream of a better learning experience, I took the 7-day real estate license course and learnt ALOT. Grandy is the best and the women at the reception are amazing too, I had a few problems with my admission file but they handled it perfectly and were more than helpful especially Ashley and Rachel.

I had a great experience at Gold Coast Schools in Boca Raton, FL. The facility was always extremely clean, organized, and welcoming, which made it a comfortable environment to learn in. Most importantly, I was fortunate enough to have Gaspare as my instructor. He was incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and had a way of making every class engaging and fun. He explained concepts clearly, shared real-world experience, and kept the class motivated throughout the course. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his students succeed. Decided to switch carrers and get my Real Estate license. Decided to go with Gold Coast since it is the biggest real estate shcool in South Florida. Im doing the 1 week course that the have as an option. The shcool is phenomenal, theres a lot of things to learn and absorb. Lucky for me Gaspare is my instructor and he is a phenomenal teacher. Very knowledgeable and informative. He makes the class very enjoyable and is fun to have him as a teacher. Definitely recommend Gold Coast and Gaspare as an instructor!!

Like many others, I had my reservations about starting real estate school. I went in feeling anxious about what it would be like and whether I would truly be able to absorb all the knowledge needed to succeed. My concern mainly came from originally attempting to complete the course online, which felt nearly impossible for over six months. Within the very first day, it was a night-and-day difference. Gaspare brought confidence, reassurance, and a wealth of well-versed knowledge into the classroom. He made concepts that once felt overly complicated become extremely simple and easy to understand. What truly sets Gaspare apart is his ability to connect with every type of learner. He is very hands-on, patient, and accommodating to different learning styles, making sure everyone feels supported and capable of succeeding. He also made the class fun and engaging, which helped everyone feel at ease and better prepared throughout the course. After completing this course, I feel far more confident, knowledgeable, and fully prepared for both the real estate exam and my future career in the industry.

I came to Gold Coast school from a recommendation from a good friend. I didn’t know what to expect as I have not been in school in many years. I decided to take the seven day classroom setting intense pre-licensed real estate course. When you walk in and get your book, it’s very overwhelming. However, thanks to the expert knowledge and guidance of our instructor, Selby Turnbull, the end of class exam was much easier than expected. Very great place the staff is also very cooperative and understanding and helpful specially Melanie Branan she is very good at understanding the issues of all the students agents. She can guide you exactly what is needed to do to get your license renewed. I love this place and I would recommend to every agent to get their CE done here and if you don’t have a license then this would be a great school for you to pass the state exam to get your license.
