Gold Coast has been so great to me. I was able to get two licenses through them. Their customer service department always answers quickly, and is helpful. I had professor Gaspare (Tamarac location) for the real estate pre licensing course, and it really made all the difference. He takes his time to explain all the material, gives us tips on how to make the information stick long-term, and shares real-world experience. More than just a real estate course, this was an opportunity to receive real estate mentorship.

This is the best school if you are looking to get your real estate license. I signed up for the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-License Course online. I called the office shortly after purchasing because I had some additional questions about the day to day of the class, breaks, lunch break, etc. The young lady I spoke with, Evelyn, was very friendly and very helpful. She emailed me a list of instructions on how to register with the DBPR, how to sign up for my fingerprints, and how to start my license application. These were very detailed instructions and helped me a ton. The class itself was very good. I passed my exam, on my first attempt, within 4 weeks of taking the class. My instructor, Rocky, had 26 years of experience in the industry and was very knowledgeable about the course, the state exam, and she provided many real world examples. She took the time to make sure everyone's questions were answered and to make sure everyone understood the concepts she was teaching. Her teaching style paired very well with my learning style. There are 19 chapters in the book. We covered all of the chapters in 7 days. There is A LOT of information, but if focus on what the instructors tell you to focus on, you will pass the state exam. After the class, I also took the Exam Cram. The Exam Cram was also very helpful. The course is 3 days long and they go through a lot of information in a short amount of time. But they do a great job delivering the information. Much of what they went through was on the state exam. Needless to say, I would highly recommend this location of Gold Coast for anyone looking to get their Real Estate License. I will be back to take my Sales Associate post-license exam with them, and *crossing fingers* my broker pre and post-license courses with them in a few years.

I purchased the wrong course. Ended up paying for the online real estate sales associate instead of Livestream option which is what I originally wanted. My case was a bit complicated since I used affrim a third party finance option gold coast offers at check out. I called customer service and Alfonzo helped me register for the live stream class I wanted. I just paid the difference. He was very kind and patient. I am very happy with the customer service.
