I took the online Real Estate course in March and April. I found the classes to be very informative and prepared me well for the licensing exam. I did the Compucram over and over and over the week before my test. I obtained my license on May 1 on the first try, getting a 93 on each section (need a 70 to pass.) Signed up with Hondros for the OH pre licensing real estate courses. All the instructors did a great job teaching the material through Zoom. I intended to do the self pace courses and realized quickly that was not ideal for me, so I switched to virtual. Best decision I made for sure. I gained so much more by being able to interact with the instructors and classmates. The package I purchased was the one that included all compu crams, sales crammer, math review, etc. which was extremely helpful leading up to taking the exams. Couldn’t have passed my exams without Hondros!

Ive learned a lot and gained new relationships that I didn't even expect. It's a lot of information but it's so worth it. The instructors and administrator are great, super friendly. The building itself is very clean as well. That's a plus for me. If you're looking into real estate, this is the place to be.

Highly recommend Hondros and the in person classes. I had Belinda, Benny, Tom Dammen and Tom Willams. All of them are great teachers that actually care about the students and get to know you, you’re not just some number to them. They make class fun and enjoyable. Tom Willams and Belinda make sure you understand everything and make it simple and fun. Tom dammen is a great math teacher for finances and made sure everyone understood how to solve problems, even if you’re not good at math and is a really funny guy. Benny was a really funny guy too and did a great job making sure you understood law and brought up great real life examples and showed what it was like doing parts of real estate in the real world and that’s the kind of stuff you can’t beat. They have a great group of teachers with great stories and made it worth the hour drive each day. Robin was helpful showing us how to use the website and getting brokers to come in helping us get a jump start to our future careers.
