Excellent course “Negotiations” taken on March 19th, 2026 . Loved the advice, instruction on strategies, and all of the input given. Great examples and video on the KOI dual agent role and why it is so important to place everything in writing, even if personal property. Great reminder that although there is a separate form available through NC Realtors on personal property all details are important and specific language is necessary for a smooth negotiation to culminate into a successful closing. Always great to hone in on what is important why and build a rapport with honest communication for a great closing and future referrals. BIll Gallagher is an awesome instructor, he is funny very informative and never disappoints. Thank you for teaching this CE!
