Before taking his class, I had already tried other real estate schools (without naming them), and I honestly felt like I just wasn’t retaining the information. I struggled to understand the material and felt like I wasn’t really learning much at all. After my second attempt, I almost gave up completely because it started to feel impossible to pass and understand real estate concepts.
Then I decided to give it one last try with Donnie—and everything changed.

Loved the advice, instruction on strategies, and all of the input given. Great examples and video on the KOI dual agent role and why it is so important to place everything in writing, even if personal property. Great reminder that although there is a separate form available through NC Realtors on personal property all details are important and specific language is necessary for a smooth negotiation to culminate into a successful closing. Always great to hone in on what is important why and build a rapport with honest communication for a great closing and future referrals. BIll Gallagher is an awesome instructor, he is funny very informative and never disappoints. Thank you for teaching this CE!

Bill brings energy along with necessary and relevant information to the class and you leave with knowledge that can be utilized right away whether you are actively assisting buyers/sellers or have transitioned to a “referral only” business. Highly recommend both Negotiation 1 and Negotiation 2 with Bill.
