Before RWR, I’ve hardly ever worked in professional corporate settings, but I wanted to be prepared. I wanted to be able to show my professionalism without coming across as arrogant, or on the contrary, too shy. I wanted to learn to communicate clearly and set professional boundaries. The lessons were all useful in their own ways, but the one that made me reflect the most was the framework about effective communication. It was pretty challenging because you never think about these situations until they happen, and when they do you’re left confused. The framework helped me understand how even the smallest rephrasing can bring about big changes in the way you deliver information and communicate to others. I understand now that work is more than just what you see on the surface, and that there are many invisible cues that if picked up and managed correctly, make a big difference in how you both perceive and are perceived in a working environment. I would suggest students or graduates that recently started working to join RWR as it provides many insights on how to approach different working situations with confidence.

Laura is the real deal. I lead a large team of engineers in their first one to two years at the company. They are all bright and motivated but missing the workplace norms and fundamentals needed in a professional environment. Laura changed that fast for them fast. In just a few short months, the shift in their confidence, how they show up in meetings, and the way they communicate has been a gamechanger. We're building RWR directly into our onboarding program going forward. If you're leading early-career talent and you haven't heard of Laura Massetti yet, you need to.!!!!

My manager enrolled me in private professional coaching with Laura through her Real Work Ready program, and it has genuinely been a turning point for both my career and personal growth. Laura brings a rare combination of deep experience, sharp insight, and practical coaching skills. She’s helped me develop new approaches to positioning myself effectively, managing my time with intention, and contributing at a higher level in a corporate environment. Every session leaves me with clear, actionable strategies that I can immediately apply. I would highly recommend this program to anyone starting out in their career or looking to stand out and grow with confidence among their peers. It’s been a 10/10 experience for me.

Before starting RWR, I struggled to understand my colleagues or my supervisor because either I didn't ask questions or they didn't explain what was supposed to be done properly. RWR made me realize how important it is to ask questions and to explain clearly what needs to be done and what the expectations are. I would recommend signing up for RWR because there are things we tend to overlook in our professional life and they are important to become effective and efficient!

Before starting Real Work Ready, I wanted to improve my approach to managing employees, especially because I was spending a lot of time training them without always getting the desired results. The program helped me realize how often we take certain skills for granted, which actually leads to inefficiencies and wasted time. That’s why I would recommend it to both beginners and managers: it makes training clearer, more effective, and more structured, ultimately saving time and improving the way people work.
