I have been using Agent Box for several months now. Its so easy to use and i luv all the help facilities that it has, step by step or a video, whichever you like best! Our ongoing training is helping us to learn all its amazing features, i do admin so all the accounting side, tracking agents commissions is amazing, no more excel spreadsheets needed! As a property manager for many years using multiple management platforms, Console Cloud is not only time saving but allows PM's mobile access 24/7 and the ability to put significant information in notes and monitor workflow with ease. In my experience I have found this software is user friendly. The help chat is great when we have those days when we need assistance, sometimes just because we need to work out an issue.

I love that Reapit is very cross compatible and that it seamlessly connects to other platforms. I use Console Cloud, and Console Go. These have helped me simplify my workload and keeping track of inspections. Console Go is a very handy app to use as it can map to your inspections and using the 0.5 camera for ingoing photos is amazing.

IRE makes it super easy and convenient to record details about a prospect and make any notes. Listing properties, processing applications and responding to enquiries are made time-saving and efficient with Reapit. I normally organize inspection times for properties and record prospects notes. Processing any new applications in IRE is really helpful to leasing officers and property managers.

The most important thing I love about Reapit is there doesn't seem to be any bugs in the system compared to other programs where systems seem to be bugging out and shutting down regularly.
