As a property manager for many years using multiple management platforms, Console Cloud is not only time saving but allows PM's mobile access 24/7 and the ability to put significant information in notes and monitor workflow with ease. Processing any new applications in IRE is really helpful to leasing officers and property managers.

The most important thing I love about Reapit is there doesn't seem to be any bugs in the system compared to other programs where systems seem to be bugging out and shutting down regularly. They have been pioneers in tech that has really made my life so much easier! from having tenants book their own inspections online, to processing applications through Apptracker, everything they have come up with has just been a god-send. I don't know how we would have made it through covid without their online routine inspection product that allowed us to video-connect with tenants in real time for remote inspections.
