Just closed my Richmond condo flip in under 3 months — bought for $610K, sold for $712.5K, all using 95% OPM through creative financing strategies I learned inside RED Academy. Of all the real estate courses I have taken, this is the BOMB!!! There blueprint on micro flipping is very user friendly and easy to follow. Pedro, Rick and Jag are always there to help and very knowledgeable and want everyone to succeed. If you want to be successful in real estate investing, take this course.

Before joining the course I was always concerned that with all the students I didn’t know how much time they would have to actually hop on a call and answer questions/concerns I may have. After a couple months of joining I can say Jag/Rick really are there to help with any issues or things you just aren’t sure about, which helps tremendously in guiding you in the right direction!

Have been through this course recently, with zero knowledge to start with. This is a gold mine. These guys are building such a strong community you can lean on everybody inside, the sooner you join the earlier you are in this game, and it's just getting bigger.
Very straightforward, transparent and the coaches guide along at every step. There are regular calls every week to keep you on track or ask any questions. You can ask for help pretty much anytime on the private group and there are members there always who help each other, alongside the coaches (coach Pedro is the handsomest).
100% recommended, worth every penny.

I have joined just 5 months ago have got my first flip with my partner. From buying the flip to completion Jag and Pedro have guided me on every step I was stuck on.
