We have been using and trying different programs for a few weeks. So far so good. We keep a ruler handy to make sure we are the correct distance from the panel .

The first thing I noticed after unpacking my Sunlighten Red Light Therapy Panel was the unmistakable solid construction. These panels are very well built. I've enjoyed just a few sessions with my light panel and am looking forward to the myriad of benefits from this red light technology over time.

First time user of red light therapy and panel. I find it calming and rejuvenating at the same time. Definitely notice reduced tension in muscles and skin benefits after experimenting for a few weeks. There is a learning curve for using the app programs effectively for an ever changing body!

The quality of this panel is top notch. Sunlighten does an amazing job at delivering a product with features not available elsewhere such as pre set programs with instructions on distance from the panel. Trying to figure that out deterred me from purchasing a red light panel. And the aesthetics of the panel is amazing, it is absolutely beautiful. I have an mPulse as well and the panel has been a great add on.
