I came by while Claire was working and she showed me around. Can’t wait to come back and try everything! The equipment looks innovative & new and interior looks modern & clean! Definitely needed a place like this in Montgomery! Great prices too. I look forward to trying the light therapy and oxygen!

I did cryotherapy, salt and light therapies, oxygen, and Normatec. My experience was wonderful! The cryotherapy leaves me feeling so refreshed. The salt therapy session helped with my milia on my face and the oxygen gave me increased energy for the rest of the day! The staff was so friendly and helpful and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this business!

I did the Halo IR salt room, it is sooo relaxing!!

I went by to check out Regen 145 the other day and met up with the owners. They showed me around their new facility and it was amazing! The ambiance was spot on. Their service was superb, I am so excited to try out the Cryo, Salt room with red light therapy, and especially excited for the light bed coming soon!
