Today Ian came to the house and determined that the house had too much humidity; that we could clean it ourselves and referred us to an AC company that deals with this. Just had a job performed to remove a small part of garage ceiling impacted by roof leaking. Very professional and respectful customer treatment. Received a very detailed explanation of required process to be performed during initial inspection prior to close the deal. Reasonable price negotiation and careful execution of steps outlined on project scope. Best of all is great to know we can count on them to re-inspect and address any issue prior to final ceiling installation since roof will be being tested during summer.

This is not a call you ever want to make, but if you HAVE to make this call you couldn’t ask for a better team. Ian and Jesse were great. They were responsive, always on time, patient, answered all of my questions, did there best to minimize additional damage plus tried to get the job done as quickly as possible. I contacted The Restoration Maintenance at 2 in the morning and they were the only water restoration company that picked up the phone. I was extremely happy when they did and the crew member Sergio was the one that responded to my call he was very respectful and took care of all the water damage in my house, him and his teammate set up the equipment fast and my house dried in about 3 days! Our association brought in Restoration Maintenance to take care of damage to the corridor drywall on a portion of four floors. They have plenty of personnel and equipment on hand and the crew is very organized and hard-working. The team working by our apartment was great (Steve, Michael, Brent and others)! Considering the type of work they were performing, there was very little noise or dust or any kind of disturbance.
