I'm Michael Pagitz, leading the HR department at go-e. We are a fast-growing company in the e-mobility charger market with currently 130 employees in Austria and Germany. Like most fast-growing companies, we also faced the problem of not having the time to write down a clear mission and vision and define OKRs.

Our Senior Leadership Team had a process for planning our critical goals (objectives) and their delivery (key results). The process had worked when we were smaller but, as we doubled in size, the process broke down.
Richard was instrumental in helping us reset and get effective with OKRs; he helped us be more focused, more productive and better at taking the tough conversations about what actually gets prioritised.
