I'm Michael Pagitz, leading the HR department at go-e. We are a fast-growing company in the e-mobility charger market with currently 130 employees in Austria and Germany. Our Senior Leadership Team had a process for planning our critical goals (objectives) and their delivery (key results). The process had worked when we were smaller but, as we doubled in size, the process broke down.
