Choosing Rockwell Institute for my real estate licensing was one of the best decisions I've made. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the course materials and the comprehensive practice exams, which truly prepared me for the state test. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and it was clear they genuinely care about their students' success. And even tho I was insulted by one of the instructors, he does not speak for the rest of the organization. The flexible online format also made it easy to fit my studies around my busy schedule. I am so grateful for the solid foundation Rockwell provided me and highly recommend them to anyone serious about a career in real estate.

Great instructors, first rate education, but for the price I paid i deducted one star for 1) the chairs (they're pretty uncomfortable after 6 hours, and could definitely use a cleaning) and 2) they need a real full size fridge in the break room. 20+ people need a bigger fridge.

Erwin provided me a really good orientation and service. Only one suggestion to Rockwell Institute, they should charge less fees when a student decide to extend the online course.

I paid for my classes but forgot to use a discount code that they emailed me. I called the next day and the gentleman I talked to, Erwin, gave me the discount and was very kind and polite. My mistake, but they still took care of me.

I purchased a CE package and then 2 days later received an email that I could use a code to get 25% off (doh!). Erwin Oyagon helped me by getting me a refund. It was a painless experience and I was very happy to get some cash back.

Rockwell was a good course whether or not you are first time homebuyer or trying to get your license. I would encourage people to you know take the time to learn the stuff and participate in the course. Plenty of gems to last you a lifetime when it comes to finances and housing!
