I recently lost a loved one and thought I was doing something wrong when I noticed the course wasn't given me credit for anything id done. Emico was kind, empathetic and understanding to my dilemma. I wish everyone was as kind as she was. She was going to contact IT as she said it looked like a course glitch but then very quickly was able to rectify it on her own. I can feel better now as everything is working and looks the way it should. I also didnt have to wait and that saved me ao much anxiety feom wonder!
