Steve Nicewarmer was such a wonderful instructor for getting my first license (I passed on the first try)! I am now licensed with KW north seattle. He has a weekly study hall which just goes to show his dedication to student success. Yes I do feel like Rockwell course materials didn’t prepare me super well for the WA portion of the exam (only reason for 4 stars) but I still managed to score well in that portion.

Rockwell was a great experience, it is A LOT of info. & wish there was more/different oppurtunities/ways to practice testing for the Fundamentals+Practices finals for us super nervous test takers, as well as more interactive tests to help study/practice for all exams, to pass Rockwell & the State. However, their instructors are incredible, help you through the process, and really break down the materials. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Steve Nicewarner and David North, my incredible real estate instructors at Rockwell. Completed the classes online, M-Th 8am-4:30pm and their unwavering support, guidance, and passion for teaching us about the industry are truly inspiring. They both created a very positive & engaging learning environment and their teaching styles of the material is top tier; both nurturing and challenging, preparing us to excel as future realtors/brokers. Their dedication to teaching and mentoring is a gift to the next generation, and I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to learn from them. Steve also runs a study group for students & hosts study halls every Friday @1pm, TRULY AMAZING!!! I had a great experience at Rockwell school. The curriculum was clear, well-organized, and designed to truly prepare students for the licensing exam and real-world situations. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer questions, making even complex topics easy to understand.

I am so thrilled I chose Rockwell for my Real Estate journey, they were kind and supportive in every step of the process. I had an issue with testing and Andromeda with customer support not only helped me but truly made me feel like I was understood and cared about with my issues. Rockwell Institute is the best decision I’ve made.The courses and learning is top notch and provides all the learning materials needed to successfully pursue your career in real estate. But I’ll be honest, the courses are top end, but there is a reason even more important than that. The people who work there. The assistance you receive from this institute is assistance rarely seen in today’s educational front. They actually really treat you like a person and listen to you. Other schools sign you up and are barely there for you. Rockwell treats you like you’re the most important student. That’s what separates Rockwell from other schools. Education is everywhere, but actual good people in those positions are hard to find, and that’s what makes Rockwell special. I’ve been assisted by many people there, and was blown away by their sincerity and genuine care about your own situation. I had the utmost pleasure and thankfulness to Andromeda for helping me in a situation I was in. Not only is Rockwell an amazing choice for the great curriculum that is easy to navigate, but the customer service is also amazing.
