I have taken their WA and CA license course in the last five years. I must say that they are incredibly informative. Unlike other classes, the school provided me with several textbooks to help me pass the state exam at first time, and understand the state standard and other shared real estate cases. I am confident that you'll notice how much knowledge you have gained by taking their course later in your career.

Great real estate school. I have taken all my continuing education through Rockwell, from my first real estate license, to my Managing Broker license and beyond. The in-person classes are engaging, their instructors knowledgeable and relatable and FUN. The virtual classes are perfect for those wanting to learn from home. And, as I have taken so many of the learn at your own pace classes, I can attest that they fit the bill for clock hours. Highly recommend.

I really loved the Washington Real Estate Course!! The two instructors, Ellen and Mark were amazingly good when explaining every chapter throughout the course. They brought real life experiences of the matter and interesting articles o news regarding the subject. I had the joy of doing both in-person and online streaming courses. All the instructors were amazing. Every morning, Jim tried to get us going with an upbeat energy. For the afternoon in-person class, Ed Laine is a great storyteller and he infused his wealth of industry experience and knowledge (aka Ed-ism), which made the dry textbook material come alive and more relevant for the upcoming journey ahead. He is a charming RE marketing guru and has so many awesome ideas to implement. For the online streaming course, I had the joy of having Steve Nicewarner, who is not only a great teacher who can keep people not only awake, but keep learning late at night from 6pm to 10pm. He showed up everyday with such a consistent enthusiasm in his voice and outstanding delivery of the material. He has the special talent of turning the most esoteric and unfamiliar content into an extremely easy-to-comprehend laymen’s terms. If you are someone who is just beginning to wet your feet in Real Estate, I highly recommend his class as a starting point. He even has a study hall every week, if you are willing to show up and learn. I could not ask for a better experience than this, Rockwell.

I started my online course and really liked it, but last minute came to a decision to move out of state. I called asking to either be transferred to another state or get my refund. They informed they only had a course for WA but they were happy to give me my refund and did it with ease. I really appreciate how easy the process of getting a refund was.
