The video of Ashdon Fackrell doing a LIVE sales call while teaching @ BYU absolutely blew up this week! 🔥 Here were some of the comments I found most interesting: 1️⃣ "The problem with school is that it's all theoretical. But to have a guest speaker come in and personally put his neck on the line and demonstrate what he does for the students? Gives me chills. THAT's teaching. It was epic." 2️⃣ "I have been saying forever that BYU, given the amount of sales talent they have, is missing a huge opportunity by not offering a Sales major. 3️⃣ "This is awesome! Stuff like this makes me way more likely to do sales. Shows how it doesn't have to be so scary and it can just be a conversation." Shout out to the best business partner for having the GUTS to do it live! Ashdon is a total stud! 👊🏼 Link to the other post in the comments Sales Dojo #OwnYourEducation - - - - - 🚨 Ps: Last Sales Dojo cohort of the year starts on Monday! Shoot me a DM if you are hoping to apply and get in! Pps: One of my favorite teachers at BYU is Ryan Cook. He is the KING of applicable learning. Best class I took at BYU! 🐐

This was one of those conversations you remember forever. I talked with Jaron A. Erickson at Sales Dojo and walked away SO many different perspectives: 1. Write in your journal everyday I asked: “Why do you do that?” His response: “It helps me step back, reflect, and see the wins of the day” As soon as we accomplish something, we look to the future for the next problem. Pausing… And reflecting on our daily wins is a literal fuel. 2. More is lost through indecision than wrong decision. It has less to do with the “right” choice And more to do with “acting” as frequently and confidently as possible. There is always going to be unknown in a decision. So make that decision and be proud of it. 3. Success Pillars Jaron explained we all have pillars in life (work, social, intellectual, physical, etc.) If you base all your happiness and success off your work pillar As soon as that Pillar becomes weak (and it will), you have no other pillars to keep you up. What do you agree with most?

The training provided invaluable tools, real-world strategies and a stronger understanding of what it takes to be a successful Account Executive. This training really opened my eyes to new strategies! The training I have gained and learned has already been put to use and is making a difference in how I approach conversations and close deals. I'm walking away with more skills and tools that will allow me to strengthen my confidence, mindset, and remain a top performer. Huge shout out to Jaron A. Ohhh yah I just graduated sales Dojo account executive course!!🥳🎉 This past month I’ve been able to learn first hand from a top Preformer (Ian Oldroyd )about the tech industry and what it takes to become a top performer… The program focuses on building core skills such as prospecting, relationship-building, pipeline management, objection handling, and closing deals. With a mix of practical exercises, mentorship, and industry insights, sale’s Dojo equips there students with the tools and strategies needed to succeed in high-performance sales environments and drive consistent revenue growth. Some of my key takeaways from the program are. 1) if you want to hit your Quota/Goals reverse engineering your brain and making a clear map with realistic numbers/step and reviewing your results daily/weekly will get you to your desired outcome. 2)”my pipeline is a system not a wishlist” Was maybe one of the most impactful quote I took away from the program.top Preformers anywhere have a process and can rely on the process yielding results day in and day out…only having a wishlist of deals you want to close without a system will make your job a lot more difficult and stressful There was much more I would love to share but that would take away the point of this amazing course! I’m excited for what the future holds for me and I want to give a huge shoutout to Ian Oldroyd as well as Jaron A. Erickson for this incredible month of growth! #ownyoureducation #salesdojo #accountexecutive

Finishing the Sales Dojo Account Executive course has reminded me just how much my experience as a D1 sprinter prepared me for this kind of work. In track, I didn’t always feel like showing up. Morning weights, hard workouts, and races where I fell short were all part of the process. But I stayed consistent. I had a goal, and I knew the only way to reach it was to put in the work. Sales Dojo taught me that sales is the same! Here are some of my takeaways from the course: Top performers don’t only prospect when they feel like it. They prospect because they know consistency pays off. Handling objections is like pushing through the last reps of a hard workout. You lean into the discomfort instead of backing away from it. Sales Dojo taught me that success in sales comes from consistency, being process-oriented, and showing up ready to do the work every single day. Just like athletes. Huge thanks to Jaron A. Erickson and Ian Oldroyd for helping me along this journey. They are amazing mentors and great people! 🙌

I couldn’t recommend Sales Dojo enough. The team and training is absolutely fantastic. I came in with a good amount of sales experience but not in tech sales and I was interested in making the jump. I learned an incredible amount throughout the course from interviewing to every step in the sales cycle. By the end of the course they had several interviews lined up for me. I felt extremely confident going into my interviews and landed multiple offers. Prior to this, I couldn’t seem to get an interview to save my life. 1000% worth the investment! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had the pleasure to attend another webinar hosted by Sales Dojo this week. Huge thank you to both Ian Oldroyd and Xan Marcucci for hosting it and giving some tremendous tips. 👏 Some key takeaways I have from the webinar: A- Build a cheat sheet (script) to go over the things about myself I want to highlight, common objections that I know my resume / experience / LinkedIn will bring, and key points about the company / interviewer. Hide it underneath your camera if it is a virtual interview, study it relentlessly prior to the interview if it is an in person interview. ✍ B- Sending a follow up email within 24 hours of the interview that summarizes the interview, discusses the things learned on my end during the interview, and state that you are excited about next steps. 📧 C- The discovery that I do on the interview is the best way to showcase that I know how to handle myself on a demo. 🍚 And although it wasn't announced during the webinar, I could tell that the law of sales (Always Be Curious) was a key takeaway hidden within the subtext of the meeting. 🤔 Thanks again to both Ian and Xan for hosting this webinar. I appreciate all of the time and insight you both gave. I look forward to utilizing this webinar (and the notes I took) to the best of my abilities when I do start interviewing to be an AE! 💪 💰

Closing out my time with Sales Dojo today has me reflecting on many of my past experiences in the corporate world, providing clearer context to how and why sales truly is the core to any successful business venture. More importantly, I learned how I can play an active role in making that success a reality, with Sales as my pathway and the skills I've learned as my tools. But what surprised me the most is the ubiquity of sales skills not just across all areas of business, but across life. Top performers emphasize consistency in their processes. With respect to sales, that means ensuring prospecting is a part of your daily grind, that objections are not always end states but hurdles to be challenged, and that your pipeline is the heart of your business. Throughout my time learning with the Sales Dojo team, I was reminded often of the proverb regularly attributed to Napoleon than "An army marches on its stomach". Sales is what keeps the fire burning, and for that reason alone, I want to see where sales and these new skills take me from here on out. Many thanks to Jaron A. Erickson for the opportunity to be a part of the AE cohort, and huge thank you to Ian Oldroyd for your mentorship and wisdom through this month-long journey.

One of the biggest takeaways for me was learning how to lead a value-driven discovery call — not just asking questions, but uncovering real business pain and tying it directly to how our solutions can help. That shift in mindset was a game-changer for me. Huge thank you to SalesDojo, Ian Oldroyd and the peers who made this bootcamp such a high-impact experience. I’m walking away with the skills, confidence, and mindset to thrive in my next role as a top performing AE. 👊

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending a course hosted by Jaron A. Erickson (Co-Founder of Sales Dojo) & Jaden Lindquist (VP Sales at Pronto). This specific course was "What I Look For When Hiring Account Executives". I joined this crash-course because I will be an AE someday. I may not personally (or professionally) be ready for it now, but I want to best prepare myself for when I am ready. Some key takeaways from the course: A- "Chicken and Rice" is the best process to use when prospecting 🍚 B- Get your prospect to identify where they are and where they want to go. Then help them see that you're the solution (or bridge) 🌉 C- Reverse engineering quota really shows you the general numbers you need to get to hit your quota 💰 The reason I did "A, B, and C"? Always Be Curious 🤔 That's the biggest takeaway I have from my Sales Dojo Cohort. Everyone always talks about the ABC's of sales as "Always Be Closing", but the correct way to succeed in sales is to stay curious always. 😉 You do that by asking discovery questions whenever you can. The last key takeaway I had from this came from the Q&A portion of the class. I had asked the question: "When cold calling or getting on a demo set by an SDR, you have around 6-8 seconds to make an impression. I can imagine in an interview, it's a similar amount of time. What is something I can say in the first 6 seconds to show that I am a candidate to seriously consider and increase my offers-per-interview rate?" 🧐 The answer? Discovery. Ask a discovery question. 🤑 Examples: "If you could wave a magic wand and create your perfect AE, what would that look like?" or "What are you looking for specifically in your next AE hire?" are both good options. But there are a dozen other options that would work. ✅ Thanks again to Jaden Lindquist, Jaron A. Erickson, Ashdon Fackrell, and the rest of the Sales Dojo team for making this happen. I look forward to using these tips and tricks not only in my next (and first) AE interview, but when I land my first AE role. 🔥

Couldn’t recommend it enough! An engaging and fulfilling course where, you 1000% get out what you put in. Which is just like sales. This safe environment to help with technique and practice is absolutely wonderful for anyone who appreciates sales.

About 18 months ago, I was apart of a company wide round of layoffs. Only 3 employees were kept on staff in a company originally of over 100. I had tried every single day from that day forward to get back into tech sales. Even while working in Healthcare Sales, I was still searching for a tech sales job. After over a year without success, I started doing research on various programs to help me in my search. I landed on Sales Dojo and was shocked to see what the name value alone has. Companies that I had tried to schedule an interview with for over a year who wouldn’t even call me started reaching out to me. Companies I had never heard of before that were similar to what I was looking for started reaching out to me. Eventually, it helped me land my job as an SDR at Kenect. The knowledge I learned in the course, particularly in formulating a cold case open, was one of the reasons I was hired. Not just knowing my WHY, but understanding my WHY was what really helped me change my approach and find success in my job hunt. My perspective on sales has changed tremendously. Previously, I had only sold DTC with very little B2B experience. I had been using my DTC sales knowledge in the B2B sales world and was confused as to why I wasn’t seeing similar success as to what I saw in DTC. The course helped me learn the major differences between the two. The course helped me learn how to effectively sell B2B and how different that is from DTC. I definitely recommend Sales Dojo if you want to break into tech sales! Having the Sales Dojo name around you brings a lot of value, you gain tremendous experience, and get to meet some pretty great people. Thank you to Sales Dojo for helping me land my job! 💯🔥

I had the opportunity to be in the SalesDojo Cohort. It has been amazing an experience. It has been really eye opening to what the role of an SDR. The world of Sales is a skill that can be learned. Weston Smith was an amazing instructor and Jaron has setup a great training. It has been an incredible way to step into the world of SDRs. If you are looking into getting into this field, this is an incredible way to start your journey. Highly recommend it, but just remember you get what you put in to it.

When I logged onto the Zoom call today for Sales Dojo with our instructor extraordinaire Weston Smith, I hadn't realized that this was our final week. The past 4 weeks with #SalesDojo have raced by and I'm not ready for it all to end. Every day, the 90 minutes spent with other intelligent, talented, hardworking folks has been an incredibly energizing experience. And it's been the BEST confirmation that I really am on the right path.

📣 SDR Shoutout! 📣 I taught Alexander in my Sales Dojo cohort back in September. This is his first SDR role, and he's been killing it during his 4 months with us at Lift Local. Last month Alex led our SDR team in sets, demos held, AND closes. He ended the month at 118% quota attainment! 🔥 Here are 4 attributes Alex has that have stood out to me, and I believe are crucial for any SDR to be successful: 𝟭. 𝗛𝗲'𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 "𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴" Way too often new reps in tech come into an SDR role wanting a quick promotion or obsessing with "growth to the next position". This can come at the expense of learning, growing, and performing NOW. I have admired how Alex is prioritizing being an expert in his craft during his time as an SDR, realizing that true growth takes time. 𝟮. 𝗛𝗲 𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦 Alex is always the first one in and the last one to leave. He doesn't need to work extra hours to hit quota, but rather, is super-focused during his time at work. He consistently leads the team in dials and sets because he has high standards for himself. He doesn't compare himself to the team, but rather to himself. 𝟯. 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗔𝗘'𝘀 Alex has earned the trust of his AE's because his sets are quality, he communicates effectively, and is highly organized. Our AE's prioritize Alex and take his sets seriously. Alex recognizes that we win and lose in sales as a team. 𝟰. 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 Tyler Hickey had a post recently about how "becoming a better seller is about becoming a better human being". Alex embodies this. He is always taking notes in his journal on his desk, making goals, applying training, ingesting content, and doing things outside of work to level up. Self-confidence is really just self-trust, and you can tell Alex trusts himself. --- If you can't tell, Alex is an example to me and I'm grateful for him. We are looking to hire 1-2 SDRs right now. Reach out to me if you're interested!

Sales Dojo is proving to be such a phenomenal sales course. In 3 short weeks, i've learned so much from Jaron A. Erickson, Bree Schmitt-Falder, Lacy Mile, Ashley Garfield, Megan Prince, Taylor Hoagland, Rebekah Brewer & Kandis Lauder. The amount of information we have been loaded with is literally invaluable to those of us who are transitioning into new careers. I have been taking notes in class, applying changes, and practicing my cold-calling skills on RolePlay. I am excited to see what opportunities are available for us with all of this knowledge we are receiving. #SalesDojo #SDR #TransitioningTeachers As I always tell my children: "To get something different, you have to do something different". Sales Dojo provided the perfect training at the right time for our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) at Hitachi Vantara Federal. As our team continues to grow, we needed a structured, consistent approach to improve engagement and drive meetings that lead to new opportunities and revenue. Sales Dojo delivered exactly that—a strong foundation of inside sales fundamentals, tailored to our daily execution and customer outreach. The training gave our team a repeatable framework to increase our effectiveness in engaging prospects, handling objections, and setting more qualified meetings. Beyond tactical sales techniques, the program also provided valuable insights into career development, mindset, and strategies for long-term success in tech sales. A standout moment was realizing how small shifts in our approach—whether in tonality, questioning techniques, or structuring outreach—can dramatically improve responses from prospects. Seeing our ISRs immediately apply these techniques with better engagement and confidence was a game-changer. Sales Dojo reinforced that inside sales isn’t just about persistence; it’s about precision. The training emphasized the importance of preparation, execution, and adapting to customer responses in real time. It also helped our team understand how to differentiate themselves in a competitive market where multiple vendors are vying for the same decision-makers’ attention. Absolutely! Sales Dojo was engaging, practical, and well-structured, making it an invaluable experience for our ISRs. The training not only improved immediate sales skills but also provided career advice that will help them grow in the long run. If you're looking to level up your inside sales organization and help your team stand out against competitors, Sales Dojo is a fit.

Sales Dojo opened a new perspective of the sales world and helped me understand the importance of empathy. One of the best skills I learned in the Sales Dojo program was how far empathy can get you not only in a "sales" conversation, but in life. Having empathy will open up so many doors you would've never expected. I knew this course would transform how I approach sales when we started off by learning about extreme ownership and the value of "the why". Learning and applying the qualities of what it takes to be a leader and the value of 'the why' to my life has changed my overall perspective with my sales role. Sales Dojo provides an excellent framework with principles that I will rely on and utilize from now on in my sales career. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone, especially if you are unsure that the sales career is the career path for you.

Sales Dojo is awesome. One week ago, my wife, Clara and I had our last day in our Sales Dojo cohort. It was an incredible learning experience. Here are the 3 most impactful results from my experience: 1. An “extreme ownership” driven worldview with confidence that I’m responsible for my professional performance 2. An awesome framework for handling objections in a way that creates better opportunities for understanding 3. A set of actionable tools I can use to improve vocal tone and pacing on the phone in an authentic way And just because it was so valuable, 3 bonus honorable mentions: 1. The mindset to always be curious! 2. A focus on “selling the test drive, not the car” 3. Making gratitude a priority for happiness in my career Shoutouts to James Amezcua, Jaron A. Erickson, Ashdon Fackrell, Marian Labez and the rest of the team for crafting such a valuable educational experience. And major shoutout to Clara for being my sole inspiration along the way and my favorite success story from the company as she’s now crushing it in a new role at Zeni!

🚀 In the world of sales, we often hear about the traditional ABCs of selling—“Always Be Closing.” Recently, I learned from James Amezcua at Sales Dojo that we can shift this mindset to “Always Be Curious.” By prioritizing genuine curiosity about our customers' needs, we can build trust and foster meaningful conversations. This approach not only enhances our relationships but also makes closing deals feel like a natural outcome. Let’s focus on understanding before selling! 💡 #SalesStrategy #CustomerRelationships #SalesDojo Jaron A. Erickson

My 6th Sales Dojo cohort 🚀🔥 We are on the last week of our cohort and this one has been special. This has been the biggest cohort I've taught yet, with over 20 students! It's been awesome working with Jaron and Ashdon and especially seeing their passion and mission to improve each cohort. A new addition we added to this cohort was: How to build a successful sales prospecting sequence and multithreading. We even had each student create a sequence through Apollo.io. Our students have been using Replay to role play cold calls with AI and get tons of reps in before the real thing. Both are such unique opportunities for reps wanting to get into SaaS! As always, I'm inspired and in awe of our students in each cohort and their hunger to learn and be top performing SDRs. I would absolutely recommend anyone in this cohort to whoever is looking to add a stellar SDR to their team 💯

Today during our training, James Amezcua had us go over Case Opens for companies we researched over the weekend. It was interesting to me to hear about the few people who did it for multiple companies, like myself. It was also fascinating to hear some of the Case Opens that those in the cohort had from the various tech companies researched. I heard some great ones, and I’m even taking some of the skills that those people had because I know I’ll need those same skills if I’m going to succeed. Now, I don’t know where everyone is at employment-wise in the cohort, but as someone who is actively looking for employment, I did case opens on every tech company I have upcoming interviews with (either later this week or into next week). One thing that has really been hammered into us is something that we should all remember, hustle overcomes talent every time. Now I’m sure he wasn’t the first to say this, but the first time I heard this next quote was from Kevin Durant when he was still playing in Oklahoma City. A quote from the movie he was in called Thunderstruck that was mentioned multiple times was “hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard”. I know for me, I will continue to work hard in everything I do. My parents didn’t raise me to be any other way and I’m so grateful for that. I am also so grateful for Ashdon Fackrell, Jaron A. Erickson, and the rest of the team at Sales Dojo for helping me see the potential in tech sales and for James Amezcua for helping me not only understand the SDR role better but for also helping me become a better salesperson as a whole. The only question that remains is… do you rely on talent too much? Or are you always working hard to get more talented, yet always finding ways to out-hustle everyone around you? I know for me, I will not be outworked 💯🔥 #mambamentality

Hey everyone I’m super stoked to say that I have finished the Sales Dojo course! It was an incredible experience and I learned so much. For those of you who don’t know what it is it’s a 4 week online course over Zoom where Jaron A. Erickson and the Sales Dojo team train you on how to become an SDR! Something that I loved about it is that it is a training specifically designed to help anyone who is trying to break into the tech sales world. They can literally help anyone develope the skills necessary to do so. I was able to fine tune skills such as cold calling, rejection handling, and the “white glove treatment.” You get advice from THE OWNER (Jaron) of Sales Dojo. One also has access to AI role play, as well as live role play among other course mates. I’m grateful for this experience and 10/10 out of recommend this to anyone trying to break into the tech world! Also shoutout to Jaden Mecham for referring me to Sales Dojo!

One of my favorite Dojo Stories happened this week! 🎉 Shawna Cooper was an elementary school teacher in Houston, TX. ✏️ Lyndsay Jensen was working for a window and blinds company in Salt Lake City, UT. 🪟 These women were in the same cohort and became great friends during the Sales Dojo program (not to mention both top performers) and… BOTH were hired at Instructure! 🎉 (That’s not even the best part) ⏩ Fastword to 4 months to this week and Instructure held a CKO meeting where Shawna and Lyndsay were able to meet up *in-person* for the first time! I love the mission of Sales Dojo to help people access amazing careers in tech sales but even more importantly to build lasting friendships along the way! This totally made my whole week! ❤️ #OwnYourEducation #DojoStories - - - - - Ps: Cohort 30 set a record for our largest cohort in 3+ years! We are super excited about these students and the companies we get to partner with! If you know anyone that could benefit from working in tech sales, DM me and we can skip the admission process ✅

Sales Dojo completely changed my life! I came in with ZERO sales experience, and now I’ve landed my dream offer in tech sales. The course is incredibly engaging, empowering, and packed with actionable strategies that gave me the skills and confidence I didn’t think were possible in such a short time. Every session was a game-changer—I loved every minute! If you’re on the fence, trust me, this is the best investment you can make in yourself and your future.

When I took this course I didn’t have any expectations for it. But I could give you all that are looking into taking this course. Be prepared to learn exactly what a SDR role requires. Provide virtual class with the founder Monday-Thursday that’ll give you homework that’s simple, but useful.

10/10 recommend. World class training. Shoutout to James and Jaron for putting together something that’s not just technical sales training, but honestly instruction for taking control of your life and future. I’m leaving this class better at every aspect in my life, and way more confident than I would’ve trying to open these doors myself. If you’re wondering if this is right for you go follow James Amezcua and Jaron Erickson and see what they’re about. They’re two guys who will leave an impact just when you meet them.

I was honestly super intimidated by the tech world and tech sales in particular before Dojo, but I'm so glad I took the leap and went for it. This course is not just about finding a job in sales, it's about setting you up for success. It was like having a mentor by your side every day, teaching you all the things they had learned from their sales careers and how to be the best you can be. James and Jaron are incredible at what they do. They also really listen, care and want you to succeed. Learning from them even if you've been in sales forever would be completely worth it. My confidence and mindset on sales completely grew and shifted, I feel so excited about the future and confident in my abilities. They teach you how to be someone you can trust and have confidence in, while also allowing you to practice and learn practical sales skills. If you're feeling hesitant or intimidated by sales or just wanting to master your sales skills, Sales Dojo is more than worth it. Can't recommend it enough!

Sales Dojo has been an incredible place to learn and get the necessary skills to become a great SDR/BDR. James Amezcua is an absolute rockstar instructor! He deeply cares about what he teaches and who he teaches by consistently going the extra mile to do what he can to ensure his students success. Jaron Erickson's heart is full of gold. He is deeply passionate about seeing others success. As with James, so will Jaron go the extra mile to make sure his students are treated fairly and respectfully. The environment these two have created,in my opinion, is second to none. they will have you excited looking forward to attending the cohort. One of the best investments I've made.

I participated in Sales Dojo training and my cohort started at the end of August 2022. One of the things I really liked about Dojo was how open I felt to be able to ask whatever questions I had. There were people from various skill levels in the class - some had never done anything in sales, same had been in other types of sales but not tech sales, and still some had been in tech sales but wanted to improve themselves. I think that really contributed to my learning experience and helping me not only feel comfortable, but be able to learn from the people in my class as well. If you're wanting to get into tech sales, look into Sales Dojo!

Crazy value in this course. Dojo covers all the bases for SaaS sales & sales in general. I'd recommend this course to anyone looking to level up/sharpen their skills.

Dojo Sales is an excellent way to jumpstart your career in Sales especially if you are looking to get into a sales role for the first time. You will learn the fundamentals of Cold Outreach with Cold Calls, Cold Emails, setting up Demos and guiding customers through the beginning stages of the sales process. It is a great way to learn objection handling, Interviewing skills, and a high level overview of sales tools. Would highly recommend Dojo Sales.

Sales Dojo took me, someone with no college background and no tech experience, through a process that armed me with everything I need to be effective in tech sales. They also set me up to interview with some great companies after the course was completed. Not only did I get a job within 3 weeks of finishing the course, but I also gained valuable insights and practices that I’ll carry for the rest of my life. Anyone with or without sales experience who is looking to become apart of the tech scene, this can be your way in, like it was for me. I’m in a whole new paradigm in just a couple months. Thanks for everything Sales Dojo!

Dojo is a game changer! I went from having zero experience in tech sales to landing a well paying job and the confidence to perform at a high level. Jaron knows what he is doing, he really wants you to succeed and he’ll make sure to set you up for success.

I took the 4 week course on SDR Training with Dojo. Before I started the course, I always thought tech sales was about being pushy and pressuring clients and there was a sense of dishonesty to it. after the very first day of class, I quickly learned that was not the case. We were taught about our purpose and values, the main foundation of our new career path. it showed me that tech sales is an honest, happy, and motivating field of work that everyone should get into because there is so much growth professionally and personally. Dojo helped learn how to be, not just an SDR, but the very best SDR with values, drive, and motivation. They help you see your potential and pull out ever good quality you have and help you strengthen them! If you or anyone you know feels like they are thinking about tech sales and doesn't know how to take that first step, I highly recommend you sign up for dojo as soon as you can. It will literally be the best decision you can make. 🔥⛩🔥

Jaron and the Sales Dojo team are the real deal, I cannot recommend them enough if you're looking to break into tech sales or build a winning sales mindset for your existing work. The curriculum and job placement for the program are second to none. Jaron is a true leader by example and makes everyone feel welcome in the program regardless of background or experience level. Sales Dojo is transforming lives and has been doubling down on helping reach folks from underprivileged and underrepresented backgrounds. This work is crucial for improving diversity in tech sales, an issue that is widespread across the industry. I seriously can't say enough good things about Jaron and Sales Dojo, feel free to get in touch if you have any questions on my experience with them. 11/10 would recommend!
