Booked 18 meetings this week and 24 last week. And I only used 4 tools to get it done 1- LinkedIn sales navigator for finding prospects and messaging 2- Wiza for enriching prospect data 3. Salesfinity for booking meetings by phone 4- Valley for intent and messaging to book the rest of my meetings No email, no problem Thinking about adding Tolt to the equation What would you suggest I add to the stack?

Andy Laws when I do my own prospecting I use Salesfinity and smash out 100 dials a day. In a few hours averaging around 12-20 convos a day and booking 20% for a demo or referral to the right person. Due to my role being ENT there are a lot of non DMC's however building an internal network has been crucial for the success.

I continue to LOVE Salesfinity… BUT Is there a tool out there that can help us see more metrics further to the right? I.e SQLs (post initial meeting) right through to -> Closed Won. I’m currently tracking our (outbound) metrics across three different platforms (HubSpot, Gong, and Salesfinity). If you know of, or have a tool that can help, I’m buying it.

I hired my friend with zero knowledge of our space or business to cold call for us. He booked 19 calls in 4 days. Story: My friend moved to Dallas from Buffalo. He works in the medical field, and hasn't started his new job yet, so I offered him a temporary role cold calling for us. To be clear: He has never sold a thing in his life. I spent 1 week giving him all the info and context necessary to talk to prospects. Then I gave him a list of numbers with Salesfinity. He worked his way through the list and got better as time went on. The final results from 4 days of calling: - Hundreds of calls - 7% connect rate - 19 demos booked I can't lie, this was gratifying to see. If this person, with no sales experience, and who got introduced to our company less than 1 week ago, can book demos with cold calls, you can as well. TLDR: Cold calling works!

I demo'd 10 of the top power dialers / parallel dialers so you don't have to. Here's what I learned, my thoughts on each dialer, and the Dialer we've decided to go with 👇 For context - at my recruiting agency we are going to be dialing heavily in 2025. Our main use case is cold calling candidates, but we'll also use this for sales as well. To get a list of the best 10 dialers I did a quick search with Gemini deep mind and it gave me these 10 Options. Here they are below. 1. Nooks 2. PhoneBurner 3. FrontSpin 4. Salesfinity 5. PowerDialer.AI | Affordable AI Parallel Dialer.AI 6. Kixie 7. CloudTalk 8. RingCentral 9. JustCall 10. Aircall When it came to choosing a dialer there were a couple things I cared most about which were: 1. Spam - will your calls go to spam and do you have a good way to monitor this 2. Connect Rates- Does the product have any other tools outside of spam to increase connect rates- ie - scoring how likely they are to answer, local number rotation etc 3. Can i monitor teams performance easily 4. Can I make a high volume of calls in a very short period of time. (i'd care less about this if i was focused more on sales - but it's more important for cold calling candidates) With that being said - it's important to note that there is a big difference between a power dialer that dials one by one and a parallel dialer that dials multiple numbers at once. So lets start with my favorite power dialers. Please note- before reading - these are products I demo'd. I haven't used any of them - these are just first impressions from spending literally 5+ hours on demo calls today. 1. PhoneBurner Best features for spam detection, best power dialer product, also the most expensive power dialer that doesn't have parallel dialing. Great product if you want to call 1 by 1 and not go to spam. $215/m is very pricey though. 2. FrontSpin Good product. Terrible UI. Good pricing - cheaper then phone burner but has less features. In my opinion though, has all the features you need. If I just wanted a power dialer i'd probably go with frontspin. 3. Aircall Aircall is only $50 a month and it just scrapes your numbers and you can power dial. Great entry level dialer for someone that is a small biz just starting. Not a fit for us though. 4. CloudTalk $50/m - good features - another really good option for a cheap entry level power dialer. Ok.... Now lets talk Parallel Dialers... Just a note - we decided we needed a parallel dialer. If I were only doing sales I would not use a Parallel dialer, but for candidate outreach we need more volume. Here's my findings: 5. Salesfinity By far my favorite product/company hands down. Not even close. Mavlonbek Muratov is the real deal. This product is exceptional. They are more on top of spam and connectivity then any of the other products listed. It's not even close. Best product on the list (that i got to demo.) I'll finish the rest in the comments- exceeded linkedin's character limit.

Why do we cold call? We don’t cold call to speak with leads. We don’t cold call to set meetings. We don’t even cold call to make a sale. We cold call to make a human connection. Now, that connection may result in a conversation, or a meeting, or a sale, or a referral, or any number of things. I used to work with someone who made a cold call and ended up happily married. Dude had skills. So, if we are going to contend that the purpose of cold calling is to make human connections, than we need to deprioritize everything in the motion that is anything but human connection. What am I talking about? Things like dialing the number, listening to the phone ring, things like that. These are all tasks that machines should be doing for you. Better living through science! There’s a lot of kerfuffle from the LinkedInfluencers about parallel dialers. Listen, a good parallel dialer will automate away the stuff that doesn’t matter, and allow you to make more real connections with more real people. My favorite is the dialer from Salesfinity. Two big reasons: First, it integrates with a bunch of stuff like Apollo.io and HubSpot, which are the two that I care about. This allows me to automate away manual updates, and manual updates are not human connection. Second, there’s no awkward pause when the other person picks up.  Awkward pauses are for car warranty sales, not for human connection. TLDR: Clickity click right here lnkd.in/eu_D5H-s, stop listening to dial tones, and start making human connections. I also have a 5% off coupon code. Drop me a line in the comments and I'll send it over to you.

🚀 The Six Tools We Can’t Live Without at Lead Mamut (And Why You Should Know Them Too) Let’s be real – in outbound, having the right tools isn’t just nice, it’s essential. At Lead Mamut, we’ve mastered a tech stack that doesn’t just work – it delivers. Here are the six tools that make our engine run smoothly (and why we can’t live without them): 1.HubSpot – 💡The CRM that never sleeps. Tracking relationships, automating workflows, and helping us stay laser-focused on what matters most: our clients. 2.Clay – 🔍 Data is power, and Clay is our secret weapon for pulling in dynamic, hyper-targeted insights that make our outreach impossible to ignore. 3.Findymail – 🕵️‍♂️ Think finding emails is hard? Not with FindyMail. We use it to land in the inboxes others can’t even find. 4. – 📞 Speed meets precision. Salesfinity helps us cut the fluff and connect with more prospects in less time. 5.lemlist – ✉️  Boring emails don’t cut it. LemList helps us send personalized messages that spark interest and start real conversations. 6.LinkedIn Sales Navigator – 🎯 The ultimate tool for cutting through the noise and finding the right people at the right time. Period. These aren’t just tools – they’re our superpowers. Want to up your outbound game? Make sure these are in your toolbox.

Salesfinity saved my business 3 months ago. It's time for me to share that story with you 3 months ago, my entire infrastructure went down. I can't think of anything worse happening to a guy that relies on cold email as his main service offering. Can you? 😂 But as the saying goes, the show must go on. I needed to deliver leads for my clients, and my hands were tied... While I was waiting for my new infra to get set-up, I leaned on cold calling to get the job done. Omar Aboufandi was very helpful showing me around and I can say with full confidence that had I not had access to a tool like that during that time.... I would have lost majority of my clients. It also helped to have Gleb Kolyada as my accountability partner to cold call together 😂 As I continue to scale my agency, I'd like Nadia Gordi , who is our recent hire in charge of our sales process, to have Salesfinity in her arsenal of tools to help us close more deals. Safe to say that if you're in the market for a cold calling tool, I highly recommend Salesfinity. PS: This is NOT a sponsored post, I just want to support people I like in public 🫂

He is knowledgeable, compassionate and just a good fricking dude to talk to. 2: Kevin "KD" Dorsey took the time and made the investment to create Sales Leadership Accelerator. I’ve always prioritized professional development and it’s helped me go from AE to Director in under 3 years. That said leading a sales team can be challenging and the content, concepts and application of SLA has been super helpful. How We Turned a Wild Idea into a $6 Million Pipeline in 9 Months Nine months ago, we embarked on a journey that many might have thought was a bit...crazy. We wanted to shake up the agency world with a new approach to appointment setting. The goal? To give business owners the freedom to focus on what really matters while we handled the heavy lifting. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy. Building a startup from scratch never is. But with a blend of determination, creativity, and a whole lot of grit, we pulled it off. We made over 3000 dials(thanks to Mavlonbek Muratov at Salesfinity) and talked to over 75 CEOs—75 brilliant minds who helped us fine-tune our approach. In the end, we found our sweet spot in #financialservices, specifically within finance departments. That's where we knew we could make the biggest impact. Fast forward to today, and we've built a $6 million pipeline and opened the door to over 100 new opportunities. But here's the kicker: We’re not just another AI company. What we're really doing is helping businesses protect their hard-earned revenue. We’re giving business owners the tools to keep more of what they earn, so they can reinvest in their teams, their ideas, and their future. This journey has been nothing short of incredible, and we're just getting started. I'm beyond excited for what's next. #startuplife #businessgrowth #entrepreneurship #innovation #B2Bmarketing #leadgeneration #financialservices #AI #salespipeline #revenuegrowth #businesssuccess #leadership #customerengagement #salesstrategy #fintech #growthhacking

Tool of the Week: Salesfinity If you've been following my content lately, you've likely noticed Salesfinity popping up. Here's why we at StackOptimise are big fans and have implemented it internally and for clients ⬇ If you don’t know, Salesfinity is a parallel dialer that boosts conversation rates by dialing multiple lines simultaneously. What sets it apart? 1. Built for modern outbound: ▶ Fresh API release enables direct lead push from Clay to Salesfinity ▶ Mavlonbek actively share insights on automating workflows and leveraging signal-based outreach for dialling 2. Emphasis on cold call personalisation: ▶ Enables personalised scripts at scale, powered by tools like Clay ▶ Equips reps with live prospect data, including current job openings, for more meaningful conversations The result? Same as what we aim to achieve with Clay powered email campaigns. High quality + high volume. #salestech

We got hit hard with deliverability issues in the last month. It sucked at first, but now looking back at it, it was 1 of the best things to have happened, here's y ↓ ✕ The struggle made me look at my business in Black ● and White ○ ❝You're just a cold email, Clay-gency❞ WRONG ✕ ❝I am a lead gen agency and my job is to help my clients talk to as many of their ICP as possible❞ CORRECT ✓ I did what I could in terms of cold email, I created new google and outlook inboxes and changed the name servers on the domains. Okay... But now I have to wait a couple of weeks to warm-up the inboxes ( although even that now is in question lol ) So, do I just sit around and twiddle with my thumbs? No. So I did the unthinkable, I...... Picked up the PHONE! I haven't cold called since my days back at Salesforce, and boy was it fun and rewarding to do. With tools like Salesfinity it's hard not to enjoy cold calling. The instant feedback you get from doing it beats any other lead generation channel out there. To be honest, I had too many eggs in this cold message basket and I took hit because of it. There's a lot I could have done to hedge my losses, but one of those things I will be implementing moving forwards is cold calling. Comment down below your fav cold caller influencer, I'm ready to bite on any script y'all recommend

Next week marks my fourth month in SaaS sales since leaving the classroom (Can’t believe it)! Here's what's fueled some of my early success: 📅 Building My Schedule Around When I’m Most Productive: The early bird catches the worm! Starting my day at 7 am, for me, sets the tone for maximum productivity. 📞 Dealing with Rejection: Embracing rejection and laughing off hang-ups has been key to securing meetings with key accounts. 📧 Non-Negotiable Daily Activities: Daily goals keep me on track - 10-15 emails, at least 100 calls (Salesfinity makes this easy), and an hour on LinkedIn for social selling. Cross them off the list for that sweet satisfaction! 🎥 Watching Tape: Reviewing call recordings helps me spot and fix bad habits. I also watch our stellar AEs demos at Amplemarket. Every time I watch a demo I learn something about our solution. 📚 Investing in Quality Learning Materials: From books to podcasts like 30 Minutes to President's Club, and courses from pclub.io I'm soaking up knowledge from top sales thinkers like Kevin "KD" Dorsey, Florin Tatulea, Trent Dressel, and Chris Orlob and putting their insights into action. 🎓💡 Where I need to improve: 🎯 Balancing Work, Focus, and Health: Striving for a healthier balance between work and life, focusing on what I can control, and reintegrating exercise into my routine (I’ve been slipping). While I'm far from being the finished product, I'm relishing every step of the journey, prioritizing the process over the destination. 🚀

Ben Haber lets gooooo!! You know I’m down to chop it up on cold calling all day! For parallel dialers we are rocking Salesfinity about $150 a month for power dialer and $350 for parallel. We love it. You can also use Nooks and or PhoneBurner. Big fans of those two. But.. yes to a parallel it’s vital. One to one dial is tough. However also depends on your goals, market size and use case in all honesty but we can discuss more in depth. And then we can jam on scripts, questions all the other goodies to help you be a legend again on the phone! It’s like riding a bike once you get reps in you will be fine! And check in with Ronen R. Having a tool like Salesfinity is an absolute weapon for SDRs. In 80 minutes, I made 441 dials to Key Accounts and within those 80 minutes I had: 33 connections > 14 conversations > and 1 meeting booked! Without a tool like this, it would take me 2 to 3 days to make this many calls, especially on busy days with disco calls (I used to aim for 90 calls a day). Salesfinity provides all sorts of great insights including: 1. What the company does 2. Who their ICP is 3. Who their competitors are I'm excited to consider testing this tool and reaping the benefits of it!

I can't believe I'm saying this But right now in outbound Mainstream sales engagement platforms & data providers are now dinosaurs. Outreach ZoomInfo Salesloft HubSpot Apollo.io I think they've gotten comfortable with their market share, and now they're trying to build the same features to try to be the new "all in one platform." What they've lost sight of is the new wave of tech that completely and fundamentally change how outbound works. Volume: Salesfinity is changing the game 400 dials an hours for $350 a month Click to call is dying. Power dialers are meh compared to that dialing speed. Smartlead.ai and Instantly 150k emails a month for $100 a month No mainstream SEP actually prioritizes inbox rotation. If you're serious about volume, you pretty much use Instantly or Smartlead. Data Apollo.io has the best, cheapest data right now. Most hardcore cold emailers use their contact data. But their search is oldschool, scraped Linkedin data that relies on hand created filters... and that results in 30% inaccurate company lists. Keyplay and Ocean.io take that down to 3% ish. Wrench.ai is adding a whole new layers to the mix with AI personality analysis. Once someone realizes you can use ChatGPT to find the right person programmatically... game over. Then you just sell emails, and combining Clay and Scrubby or a similar will give you no-look 95% accurate prospecting lists. Zoominfo is hilariously overpriced on data, and 95% of companies don't know how to use their search function for the same reasons as Apollo Relevance Most SEPs are probably working on AI personalization... but everyone is basically just scraping linkedin data and making a basic AI compliment. Within a 2-3 years buyers will hate it. Clay, Reach, Detective.io, Lavender 💜 are the ones actually solving for this. Humantic AI as well in a different way. The personalization really needs to be tied to a buying trigger OR a deeply held personal value to be meaningful. The outbound team of the future: What's this all going to look like in a few years? 1-2 outbound growth marketers who build lists and custom AI email campaigns against those lists 1-2 extremely skilled cold caller making 300+ calls an hour each 1-4 community development reps focusing on Linkedin, Whatsapp, Slack, Twitter communities, content posting, and starting conversations with prospects. Some companies will run the old SDR play for a while, but SDR agencies will start to verticalize and add sales support and offer creation functions (Matthew Lakajev 🚀 is an early adopter here), which will make them nearly impossible to replicate for a small business. And the main stream? I think Salesforce and Hubspot become essentially database and integration platforms, and SEPs might become the new Salesforce/Hubspot where reps spend most of their time. Or they get phased out, and SEPs have to adapt quickly. I haven't even mentioned buyers AI filtering inboxes or calls. But that will come too.

Trellus - Real time call coach for SDRs. It also records calls, it transcribes them like Gong, it helps with objections and with pace, and it even does research through AI right now. 4. Salesfinity - Autodialer that makes calls much more efficient and I was able to buy a license just for myself 5. Lavender - it's an email assistant and helps you research faster too What cool tools are you using?

Salesfinity is an incredible tool for BDRs/AEs looking to have multiple meaningful conversations a day at scale. It's quite impressive how Salesfinity leverages ai to know who's more likely to answer and who's on the verge of possibly answering. Not only does it allow me to become more efficient in my day-to-day but it helps me qualify prospects - and fits into my workflow. We're very website heavy and viewing a prospects website on a call and referencing it is large in our org - to do so with a click of a button made my processes even easier. The ability to create lists, quickly upload them into Salesfinity, and begin dialing multiple prospects at once is an SDRs DREAM.

I attended the ZoomInfo v Apollo.io data duel DAMN, this thing was entertaining! To the people who know how much I hate sports and sports analogies (Mafalda Johannsen I'm looking at you!), this is the closest that I get to watching "the game"! This race was a blast! My compliments to Mavlonbek Muratov and Salesfinity for putting it together! There is a lot to learn about the tech here but a few of my takeaways : a) This was more entertaining and educational than most online events I've been to. Please someone take the idea and make this into a regular thing (or I will!) b) 35 connects and discussions in an hour send a very clear message about how the "outbound is dead" narrative is complete and utter BS. c) I don't know which company won on data quality (my ears picked up ZoomInfo connecting more but I don't have the score) but I have to say Landon Meyer has great hooks and flow. last but not least this is the first time I tried Topia, it was super fun to use, very impressive! I don't know where the adoption is but I would LOVE to see more events and organisers use that platform instead of whatever homebrew stuff they are using today.

As a full cycle sales exec, and as somebody with years of experience teaching other sales people how to sell, I've seen many iterations of what is considered "outbound". My first sales job I cold called leads, just hammering phones manually at a clip of about 100 dials a day. My guy Marcus Hood remembers competing across the cube to see who could make more calls. It was a true numbers game. No automation, no email sequences, just one call after the next and enter it into Salesforce. Then there was click to dial, with a slightly better flow to enter your notes into salesforce, and maybe a follow up template email, but nothing more. Along came the early days of sequencing with tools like Outreach and that actually worked not only with email responses, but just to keep the rep calling a lead in a cadence long enough to get a live human on the phone. Fast forward to now, where email response rates have cratered, and sequences alone do not break through the noise. We're hearing a lot of "outbound is dead", but that's nothing new. The skilled sales person figures it out. So what's the secret sauce today? Here's what I've come to learn after spending the last year back in the cold outbound game. 1) Omnichannel - Phone, email, voicemail (for God's sake leave them skillfully), LinkedIn, video, text message. 2) Technology - Use tools like ZoomInfo or Lusha to get a better qualified starting point. - Use tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot to build sequences - Find a middle-ground between LinkedIn automation and personal outreach with video. (this is a harder balance) - Invest in a parallel dialer like the amazing team at Salesfinity has built, so that you can multiply your efforts and connect with more people - Use email tracking to find out who is clicking and/or opening what, and make tweaks to your prospecting accordingly - Record your calls so that you can get feedback from a peer or from yourself on what works and what doesn't 3) Overlay a value first approach. Give them way more up front than you ask in return if anything at all. Be an expert in your field and use any conversation that is granted to provide the prospect with value, so that you can EARN a separate conversation about what you believe your company can do for them. Remember that not every conversation can end up in a booked meeting or demo, but every conversation, email, text, post, dm, and video can help you build your credibility, reputation, and value as an option for them to consider down the road. #outboundsales #outbound #salesskills #salesapproach #salestips #salesthoughts

#salestech

Pessar he has a script that generated him 183 meetings once and a lot of good resources to get you running. Let’s grab a call though and happy to shed light and be of service 🙏🏻

I am a straight 8/10 on the phone, so best stop avoiding my calls, y'all!! Call lowdown [Scripted by AI - who ALSO can't spell my name!]: - Elisa from Acton Software called N to discuss marketing automation software - N mentioned they are a media agency but might consider the software for clients - Elisa offered a 15-minute demo meeting for next week Next steps: - Elisa to send an email with a draft proposal and resources - Elisa to send calendar options for a demo meeting on Tuesday Rating: 8/10 - Elisa did a good job explaining the software and its benefits, but could have been more concise in her pitch. I help B2B tech founders & revenue leaders with $1-$10 million ARR drive more revenue without increasing headcount using data driven outbound engines

linkedin logo

Here's mine for this week; total dialing time is just under 2 1/2 hours thanks to the folks at Salesfinity and Omar Aboufandi. ☎ 676 Dials Made 👉 28 Conversations = 4% Call to Connect ratio 📅 6 meetings in the works Key takeaways: ⭐ Name-drop your clients for social proof using a 1 sentence case study. ⭐ Make a small ask and provide value. ⭐ You only get to ask 1 question then they're ready to disconnect, so make it good. 🌟 Finally and this is critical...FOLLOW UP. What did I miss? #salesenablement #prospecting

Great day here at The SD Lab for our conversations engine powered by Salesfinity 12 conversations iin total 8 conversations for our No bucket a couple of these were brush offs & not complete No 4 conversations for our Not Now bucket all with scheduled follow-up calls for future dates We have made some minor tweaks to our messaging I have gone with just my first & last name dropping the company name & only including if someone asks. I'm noticing I'm not getting bogged down with who are you? We changed the provoking question which is stronger now. We all know outbound is really tough but if you stick with it you will get results! #SalesDevelopment #OutboundSales #OutboundProspecting #ColdCalling #Conversations #BuildingInPublic #TheSDLab #TheOutboundSalesGuy
