Booked 18 meetings this week and 24 last week. And I only used 4 tools to get it done 1- LinkedIn sales navigator for finding prospects and messaging 2- Wiza for enriching prospect data 3. Salesfinity for booking meetings by phone 4- Valley for intent and messaging to book the rest of my meetings No email, no problem Thinking about adding Tolt to the equation What would you suggest I add to the stack?

Andy Laws when I do my own prospecting I use Salesfinity and smash out 100 dials a day. In a few hours averaging around 12-20 convos a day and booking 20% for a demo or referral to the right person. Due to my role being ENT there are a lot of non DMC's however building an internal network has been crucial for the success.

I continue to LOVE Salesfinity… BUT Is there a tool out there that can help us see more metrics further to the right? I.e SQLs (post initial meeting) right through to -> Closed Won. I’m currently tracking our (outbound) metrics across three different platforms (HubSpot, Gong, and Salesfinity). If you know of, or have a tool that can help, I’m buying it.

I hired my friend with zero knowledge of our space or business to cold call for us. He booked 19 calls in 4 days. Story: My friend moved to Dallas from Buffalo. He works in the medical field, and hasn't started his new job yet, so I offered him a temporary role cold calling for us. To be clear: He has never sold a thing in his life. I spent 1 week giving him all the info and context necessary to talk to prospects. Then I gave him a list of numbers with Salesfinity. He worked his way through the list and got better as time went on. The final results from 4 days of calling: - Hundreds of calls - 7% connect rate - 19 demos booked I can't lie, this was gratifying to see. If this person, with no sales experience, and who got introduced to our company less than 1 week ago, can book demos with cold calls, you can as well. TLDR: Cold calling works!

I demo'd 10 of the top power dialers / parallel dialers so you don't have to. Here's what I learned, my thoughts on each dialer, and the Dialer we've decided to go with 👇 For context - at my recruiting agency we are going to be dialing heavily in 2025. Our main use case is cold calling candidates, but we'll also use this for sales as well. To get a list of the best 10 dialers I did a quick search with Gemini deep mind and it gave me these 10 Options. Here they are below. 1. Nooks 2. PhoneBurner 3. FrontSpin 4. Salesfinity 5. PowerDialer.AI | Affordable AI Parallel Dialer.AI 6. Kixie 7. CloudTalk 8. RingCentral 9. JustCall 10. Aircall When it came to choosing a dialer there were a couple things I cared most about which were: 1. Spam - will your calls go to spam and do you have a good way to monitor this 2. Connect Rates- Does the product have any other tools outside of spam to increase connect rates- ie - scoring how likely they are to answer, local number rotation etc 3. Can i monitor teams performance easily 4. Can I make a high volume of calls in a very short period of time. (i'd care less about this if i was focused more on sales - but it's more important for cold calling candidates) With that being said - it's important to note that there is a big difference between a power dialer that dials one by one and a parallel dialer that dials multiple numbers at once. So lets start with my favorite power dialers. Please note- before reading - these are products I demo'd. I haven't used any of them - these are just first impressions from spending literally 5+ hours on demo calls today. 1. PhoneBurner Best features for spam detection, best power dialer product, also the most expensive power dialer that doesn't have parallel dialing. Great product if you want to call 1 by 1 and not go to spam. $215/m is very pricey though. 2. FrontSpin Good product. Terrible UI. Good pricing - cheaper then phone burner but has less features. In my opinion though, has all the features you need. If I just wanted a power dialer i'd probably go with frontspin. 3. Aircall Aircall is only $50 a month and it just scrapes your numbers and you can power dial. Great entry level dialer for someone that is a small biz just starting. Not a fit for us though. 4. CloudTalk $50/m - good features - another really good option for a cheap entry level power dialer. Ok.... Now lets talk Parallel Dialers... Just a note - we decided we needed a parallel dialer. If I were only doing sales I would not use a Parallel dialer, but for candidate outreach we need more volume. Here's my findings: 5. Salesfinity By far my favorite product/company hands down. Not even close. Mavlonbek Muratov is the real deal. This product is exceptional. They are more on top of spam and connectivity then any of the other products listed. It's not even close. Best product on the list (that i got to demo.) I'll finish the rest in the comments- exceeded linkedin's character limit.

Why do we cold call? We don’t cold call to speak with leads. We don’t cold call to set meetings. We don’t even cold call to make a sale. We cold call to make a human connection. Now, that connection may result in a conversation, or a meeting, or a sale, or a referral, or any number of things. I used to work with someone who made a cold call and ended up happily married. Dude had skills. So, if we are going to contend that the purpose of cold calling is to make human connections, than we need to deprioritize everything in the motion that is anything but human connection. What am I talking about? Things like dialing the number, listening to the phone ring, things like that. These are all tasks that machines should be doing for you. Better living through science! There’s a lot of kerfuffle from the LinkedInfluencers about parallel dialers. Listen, a good parallel dialer will automate away the stuff that doesn’t matter, and allow you to make more real connections with more real people. My favorite is the dialer from Salesfinity. Two big reasons: First, it integrates with a bunch of stuff like Apollo.io and HubSpot, which are the two that I care about. This allows me to automate away manual updates, and manual updates are not human connection. Second, there’s no awkward pause when the other person picks up.  Awkward pauses are for car warranty sales, not for human connection. TLDR: Clickity click right here lnkd.in/eu_D5H-s, stop listening to dial tones, and start making human connections. I also have a 5% off coupon code. Drop me a line in the comments and I'll send it over to you.
