We use School Twist for our very popular After School Extracurricular program and it could not be easier! The School Twist team was so helpful in establishing our school specific site to troubleshooting day of registration, and everything in between. With our previous vendor, we were overwhelmed with back end programming and management. School Twist is a user friendly registration tool, seamlessly incorporating donations options for our families. Offering one stop shopping for our busy parents and caregivers. The team is always receptive to improvements and strives to make their platform the best it can be.

I am the VP of After School Programs at Tolbert Elementary school and we use School Twist to coordinate our After School Program. We chose to go with School Twist for a few key reasons 1) the team is SUPERB to work with! Always there if you need anything and willing to work with you on feedback and ideas! 2) They have a great feature called "sneak peek" which we use so parents can view the classes in advance and be ready to roll when registration opens 3) We wanted a system that kept the majority of the income going back to our Leaders (97% of the Leaders are teachers and parents). 4) The fees are low, and we get a lot of flexibility and control in the system. I had checked out other platforms but those were either too expensive or they wanted to take over our ASP program all together. I am thankful for School Twist and I know we made the right choice!
