I initially tried a different scorch gel that I purchased from Amazon, but I wasn't impressed with the results. Then I discovered your product and decided to give it a try. I have to say, yours is absolutely the best! I won't use anything else. It's easy to apply, has no toxic smell, and my project turned out even better than I expected for my first attempt.

I used Scorch Paint for my project. I used a silk screen winter scene stencil. Look at all the intricate details with this stencil and with no bleeding under the stencil. I sanded the cutting board prior to placing the stencil. I added some bees wax and topped it off with a red bow. This cutting board is used as wall decor. I used Maker's Magic as glue for this paper item. With time, other items glued seperate. This item has been perfect and nothing has, cracked with age or seperated. I have been using this as glue for over a year.

As a fundraiser for our Parkinson’s support group, I used Scorch Markers to trace the sunflower stencil and antiquing wax to stain around them. Then we sprayed it with a lacquer to seal it. We raised about $4000!

I made a faux stained glass picture. I didn't like the fumes of Gallery Glass, so I have been looking for alternative products to use. I tried clear glue and alcohol ink, but got a lot of bubbles. When I used Makers Magic and alcohol ink, the result was great!! I'm loving the result. Makers Magic blenede with the alcohol ink and there no fumes. The result was a smooth glossy finish. I painted a sea scene on a 10 X 10 in. wooden plack. I use Scorch Makers Magic Glossy because I like a glossy finish with out bubbles. Your product helps me have a shiny clean of bubbles finish. In my opinion the best thing about Scorch Makers Magic is when you heard about a problem you were right there on it to see about fixing the product.

I Love my Makers Magic made by Scorth Makers! I use it for gluing my cover to junk journals, to seal my decoupage papers, and glue my card stock into my junk journals, as well as Makers Magic is amazing for sealing your painting projects, as well as yoir painted furniture too. The down side....Makers Magic, must make a matte finish along with the gloss!! Make this Makers Magic in Matte and your sales will go through the roof!! I paint on most any "canvas". Lately on purses and small pieces of furniture. This product has made it so easy to seal either enamel or acrylic paint so my hard work is preserved. I also use this in place of mod podge when applying decoupage to furniture. Easy to layer, great soap and water clean up, excellent coverage and sealing product. So glad I found this!!

My son asked for help on his 1974 Chevy Nova. He had pulled the headliner out and it was so brittle that a piece broke off in 2 places. He asked me for help. My idea was to use fabric as a patch to secure the pieces back on and add stability. I’ve dried and cured add more fabric over the entire headliner to give it flexibility and stabilize it for when he reinstalled it. And I used Maker’s Magic to adhere everything on and together. Luckily I had purchased a 3 pack. I used every drop. To adhere the fabric patches and large pieces I dumped the Maker’s Magic into a paint pan and saturated the fabric first before adding it to the headliner. Worked like a charm. Even my son was impressed!!!

I made this cake topper for my brother turning 70. I used a vinyl over top of cardstock. When I checked on it the next day the vinyl was peeling off the paper background. I used Makers Magic to secure the vinyl to the paper and it saved my project. I recommend both the gloss and the new matt versions of Scorch Markers Makers Magic. They are game changers!

I wanted to share this to help put others at ease with their first attempts. I couldn't wait to try the scorchmarker pen and heat gun, but didn't have any 220 grit to sand my dollar store wood piece - so I decide to go for it anyway! I figured learning is never failure 😊 This project is on unsanded wood, using the bullet tip and then spreading the ink towards edges with the sponge tip. I'll make another one and then try sanding off my mistakes for a redo. 😊 I'm loving the pen and process so far! Heading out for sandpaper tomorrow.

I first heard about Maker's Magic from the Makers Gonna Learn team who raved about its versatility and ease of use. I tried my Maker's Magic as a sealant for a diamond art piece today. It turned out beautifully; I used far less than the much thicker sealant I have been using, application was much easier, and I was absolutely delighted with the results. Every drill ("diamond" bead) is sparkling! I emailed Scorch Marker customer service regarding this use and received an almost immediate response with an attached video, showing another crafter's use on diamond art. As indicated in the video, drying time was also much faster than with previous sealer. I want to commend Evan and Niki for a great product and superior customer service. I have contacted them several times and have received timely and appropriately helpful advice. I am excited about use of this product on so many more of my crafts. Thank you so much!

My first project was making a watercolor journal out of cardboard and paper. I sealed the cover so it will last longer. I love you product. So much better than the well known brand. It fried fast, is not sticky, and when I purposefully spilt water on it, it did not ruin my project. Great product. I will be buying more!

I used acrylic paint to stencil the parsley to the shell. Due to the curvature of the shell, it took a little "cajoling." I first used the Chives stencil, and when I sprayed it with acrylic gloss sealer, and it ran. With the parsley, I gave it 2 light coats of Maker’s Magic, and voila! - no runs. Gotta love Maker’s Magic!

Here is my 1st project. I have had huskies for 30 years...on our 7th. Which is the paw print in my design. I did an inked print of Sequoia's paw & added it to this design so it's very meaningful. Still learning but really happy with my 1st design. Learning & growing. I have so many ideas & excited to get going on them.

Thank you!! I love your product!! I collages some valentines brooches for friends and some for my shop, and it was so fun! I used Scorch to glue the paper designs to the wooden hearts, it was a great thin adhesive! I was surprised it applied so thinly with a paintbrush. Then added more trim, rhinestones with a glue gun, then sealed and covered the designs with Scorch! The scratched vintage hearts buttons I dr orated with looked shiny and new covered in your product too! My friends and customers were very impressed.

I'm doing reverse decoupage using dollar store glass cutting boards. I'm using your product to waterproof the rice paper I've printed the image on. The "other guys " 28 day cure time is way too long to be practical as a vendor. 2 coats and 48 hours now my items are ready for sale!

I made a house called Witches Bungalow. Witches need a cauldron right? Makers Magic was the solution to my dilemma. I needed a glue that won't cloud the beads and ruin the light coming thru because then it won't look like a bubbling cauldron. Your product dried clear. You don't even know it's there!

I ordered makers magic from Amazon after finding a video about it. I craft and create a ton of diffrent things and to have a good all purpose glue/sealer is a game changer! Here's my thoughts: I don't really think the smell is a problem as others have said, to me it smells like windex. It levels itself so nicely and dries super fast and sooooo clear. I do find that I like it a little thiner and make small amounts at about 50/50 with water and sealer. I am so thrilled with its waterproofness, and that it dries so shiny it's hard to even take photos of it! Attached are just a few of the things i have sealed with Makers Magic so far!

I purchase different woods at different places and use stencils i have purchased elsewhere. I use the scortch paint and it works really good. You have to pay attention and not over do it but all in all its an easy product to work with.

I hand painted the flower with Scorch Paint on to a old piece of scrap wood. I then used a heat gun to activate the paint. The image burned beautifully, then using the heat gun i was able to add shading to the flower. I then let everything cool down before adding a Satin varnish over the hole piece. I really recommend this product. It allowed me the freedom of having sharper lines then I could achieve with other wood burning tools and techniques. This is only my first sample of trying the product. I can't wait to start on more technical images.

I wanted to make a Halloween candy coffin and also try the SM paint! WOW! It's so easy to use, burns fast and is now one of my favourite tools in my craft room!

I was working on a commission for a friend, needed a way to seal in the glitter and stickers I like to add as finishing touches. Also I just love adding extra stuff to make my pieces pop. I really like that your brand of mod podge doesn’t leave the surface of my project feel as sticky as it does with just regular mod podge. It still is just a bit sticky and it does leave some kinda visible brushstrokes but the finish is significantly clearer looking than what I usually use. I did notice it smudges the color of my prisma colors a bit too when first applying it. Other than that I am pretty happy with the results :) (Also sorry the video/photo of my art I sent is pretty suggestive, it’s the only big thing I’ve used your product on so far)

Works pretty great. Didn’t know I had to press down on bullet tip at first I thought it didn’t work.

I’m working on a table which broke and became a shelf . I use my stencil lay it down and apply the Scorch paste over the stencil , peel it off after the paste sits awhile then use my heat gun to burn in the image . When my projects are cool I use a light stain to seal it in .

I just started crafting with signs and cutting boards. It was great to find the Scorch Marker because it is so easy and simple to use. I had to learn to keep the heat gun moving so lesson learn but there was nothing wrong with the product. User error.

I bought 2 pine cutting boards from Walnut Hollow online and decided to make them into mini charcuterie boards that I world take to a family gathering then leave for the hosts to find at the end of the evening. I used the Sanding Kit, followed by the Scorch Marker Finishing oil to ready the boards. I then used the Scorch Marker Pro pen to color over traced monograms on the boards. I used the Scorch Marker heat gun to burn the design. I would likely try another type of wood; the pine cutting boards seemed a bit “sappy” to me!
