It's rare for me to brag about a tool I am using, however after implementing Screenloop at Weavr, it has been a 🥳 gamechanger for us! There is no doubt this has saved us time and money and I would highly recommend anybody to use this system.

After the long (and painful) journey reviewing ATS’s, we (Lottie) decided to go with Screenloop. Screenloop does the ATS basics very well, but what i like most is the features it offers: 1️⃣ AI scheduling reduces loads of admin - thank you 🙏 2️⃣ The AI note taking tool massively reduces time spent on writing feedback and sharing notes - thank you x2 🙏 3️⃣ And by far my favourite is the AI video recording tool which means you can watch interviews clips back and genuinely help to coach and improve your interviewers Yes the basics of an ATS are never going to be exciting. But being able to see how well your hiring managers are interviewing, write notes up in a fraction of the time and reduce admin (so less time in the ATS) are all things that are genuinely valuable to a TA person. Oh... and it also takes care of all your background checks automatically. Literally the most boring job a TA person has to do 🫡

6 months ago (give or take) we made the decision to look for a new ATS to help us run better hiring processes at Titanbay. Bringing in a new ATS is always a big decision, it's a big chunk of work to start from scratch and to get it into a position where it genuinely works for you. After a review of several options, we decided to go with Screenloop, despite the fact they were not the most well-known name on the market and they were still fairly early in their journey of building their own ATS, I'd seen their AI Interview product and thought the team behind it were a great bunch and it seemed to be onto something and genuinely care about what they are building. The product has gone from strength to strength, they ship new features at super speed and the platform has helped us improve and streamline our hiring processes with cNPS Surveys to gather candidate feedback, customisable interviews and scorecards to automation and AI-powered transcription and it’s given us a more detailed, data-driven view of our hiring process. Over and above the tech features (which are great!), the standout for me is the customer service. Nothing ever feels like too much for Anton Boner, Saoirse Ward and the team. They listen, take feedback and before you know it, those ideas are in the product pipeline and coming to life. It's been a great first six months of this partnership and I'm looking forward to continuing the journey together!

I always try to interview for the same role on the same day, depending on the volume, but my game changer has been using Screenloop. Which takes care of all notes, and summarises. I then clip the video with the candidate's stellar examples and share. Not a fan of back-to-back interviews. ending up with interview fatigue, carving out time to focus, ideally 4 - 5 interviews per day. If volume is super high then I put candidates and demand first over my wishes

A couple of months ago, I embarked on the journey of buying a new ATS for Legal 500. After 3472 InMails, 40271 emails and 32 cold calls, I landed on a (very good) shortlist of 6. Eventually, I plumped for Screenloop. And I am absolutely delighted with my choice. First off, it actually feels like it was built with a recruiter in mind. The AI notetaker is a wonderful bonus that gives our hiring managers real insight into the candidates they're meeting before the interview. The automations are slick, the integrations are great. But even more so than all of the above... they listen. I've suggested a few things that might make Screenloop even better, they're on the roadmap already. That allied with their lightning iteration speeds makes it such a compelling partnership. If you're looking for a new ATS, I couldn't recommend Screenloop more.

We adopted Screenloop about 18 months ago and we’ve seen some pretty drastic improvements from this. To name a few: - interviewers able to focus on the interviewee rather than write notes, better questions asked and time per interview reduced by about 20% - from the interview intelligence tool, we were able to select panel members who required more L&D in interviewing and we were then able to deliver training - the CNPS score tracker enabled us to pinpoint what was working and what wasn’t effectively helping to increase a positive candidate journey - the product team are constantly evolving and innovating and release a new product about every 3/4 months - the support you get from the whole team is second to none I could keep writing a long list for you but essentially, could not recommend them more. They’ve been integral to help develop our TA function and they’re a product that I would happily use in any and all future workplaces.
