James Buckley draws out the best tips from his guests, and always with an upbeat smile. From James and Sell Better, I've shortened emails to increase open rate and response, added a short new product video to my email footer, and followed tips to identify a problem and offer a solution. Since so many people open emauls on their phones, I check the layout on the phone screen first. Time well spent!

Had the chance to connect with James "Saywhatsales" Buckley back in 2018 over a cold call. Although I wasn't the right POC for him I appreciated his attitude and energy, which led to me following him on LinkedIn. I loved the content he put out because it was super-engaging and "real", and eventually the algorithm picked up on this until he was a familiar face on my daily feed. Fast forward to 2021, I made the move into SaaS sales. The first thing I did was check out what James had been posting, which led me to Sell Better and The Daily Show. I made jumping on one of the webinars a weekly task. After fighting the good-fight as an SDR for a few years I finally got the shot at an AE role, due in no small part to the enablement James and the Sell Better team put out on the daily. Every new SDR we bring on I immediately recommend joining the newsletter and making it a point throughout their journey to join a few shows a week. Looking forward to attending more shows now from the AE perspective!
