I was real hesitant going into this. We’ve done Google Ads before and it just ate our budget with nothing to show. But after ServiceLine took over it was night and day. We saw a five thousand percent return in the first month. I actually pulled the numbers twice because I didn’t believe it at first. I know it sounds crazy lol but its true. Not that it was that insanely high every month but man, it was awesome. One of the installs we closed from those ads covered the whole month of marketing and then some. These weren’t junk leads either. They were homeowners with real problems calling us ready to book. It changed everything. We used to slow way down around this time of year and now I’m looking at adding another tech. Best call I’ve made this year.

We signed up with ServiceLine back in the fall because our lead flow had basically dried up. We run a roofing business so things usually slow in winter anyway, but it was worse than normal. They started running ads and set up their AI responder and we started getting form fills at night which almost never happened before. One booked while I was asleep. I still don’t get how it works, but it does. These guys actually get back to you, they actually listen, and they actually do the work. I’ve worked with two other agencies before and both overpromised and ghosted. This one’s been different. Would recommend them to any home service business that wants real leads not fluff.

We had them do our website and they also set up some kind of review software that helped us get like 80+ Google reviews in a few months. We used to get maybe one review every couple weeks if we were lucky. This made a big difference. Now when people call they actually say they saw our reviews and that’s why they called. Also really liked how quick they are to answer emails and fix anything we need. Doesn’t feel like they’re just trying to sell stuff to us. Definitely recommend.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect a whole lot at first, but within two months we had more calls than we could keep up with. The old customer base came back to life. What I really appreciated was how much they actually knew the HVAC world. It wasn’t just fluffy talk or some agency spinning buzzwords. These guys understood how we talk to homeowners. I’ve worked with a lot of marketing folks over the years and most of them overpromise and ghost you after the second call. Not these guys. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in the trades. Maybe the one thing I’d tweak is the time it takes to approve ad revisions, but that’s pretty minor considering the results.
