I recently graduated from Sigma School, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The bootcamp was intensive though, hands-on, and well-structured, covering everything from HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Node.js. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we understood the concepts. What stood out most was the collaborative environment, students are encouraged to build projects, solve real-world problems, and support one another. The bootcamp not only helped me build a solid technical foundation but also prepared me for the job market with mock interviews. Sigma School really prepare you from A-Z for a tech job once you graduated, I highly recommend it.

Coming from a non-technical background, I was amazed by how much I was able to learn in such a short time. The course is thoughtfully structured: guided code-along sessions laid a strong foundation, while daily algorithm practice and hands-on challenges pushed me to apply what I learned and grow beyond my comfort zone. A special shoutout to our instructor, Daiben, and the operation manager, Adrina, whose consistent support and check-ins made a huge difference in my learning journey. From knowing nothing to building a full-stack project, this experience has been nothing short of transformative. It’s a worthwhile investment that has equipped me with the skills and confidence to begin applying for full-stack developer roles. Even after graduation, the community remains active with weekly check-ins and sessions to discuss interviews and network with stakeholders. Wish me luck as I take the next step toward my new career!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended – Sigma School Malaysia Transformed My Career I highly recommend Sigma School Malaysia to anyone looking to transition into the IT industry or upskill their coding abilities. Sigma School is not just an online coding bootcamp—it’s a transformative experience that provides a well-structured, intensive, and career-oriented curriculum. 🚀 My Background & Career Transition I graduated with a degree in Aircraft Mechanical Engineering, meaning I had zero coding experience before joining Sigma School. However, through this bootcamp, I built a solid programming foundation and gained the technical skills necessary to break into the IT industry. Even before completing my second bootcamp (focused on DevOps), I successfully secured a job in IT, working with a publicly listed company that serves Fortune 500 clients. This achievement alone proves that Sigma School delivers real results for career changers. 💡 Why I Started Coding Several factors motivated me to start coding: AI Boom (2022): Seeing how AI and software automation were shaping the world, I realized I wanted to be part of this digital revolution. Career Growth & Salary Potential: As a robotic automation engineer, I hit a career ceiling in hardware automation. I wondered if I could automate software as well, expanding my potential. Financial Stability & Family: Getting married made me think seriously about long-term financial security. While I don’t have children yet, I wanted to future-proof my career to provide for my family. Guidance from Experienced IT Professionals: While pursuing my first coding bootcamp (Sigma School), I wasn’t initially sure which niche field to focus on. After consulting several friends and relatives in the IT industry—some with 7-8 years of experience in software development, DevOps, and cloud computing, and a few with over a decade in software—I gained clarity, confidence, and encouragement to stay committed and achieve my goal. Passion for IT: Despite my non-IT background, I always had an interest in technology. In fact, I scored A2 in Information Technology during my UEC exam (equivalent to A-levels) in high school, which made me realize that maybe IT was my true calling all along. 📚 What Sigma School Offers Sigma School provides a full-stack web development curriculum covering: ✅ Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React ✅ Backend: Databases (SQL & NoSQL), Firebase, Firestore ✅ Software Engineering Fundamentals: Data Structures & Algorithms, Code Testing, CI/CD ✅ Full-Stack Development: A well-balanced combination of frontend & backend skills ✅ Career Support: A structured learning path designed to land you an IT job, with a job guarantee (or full refund with T&Cs) 🎯 Final Thoughts If you are self-motivated, committed, and eager to challenge yourself, Sigma School is one of the best choices out there. Whether you are looking for a career change, a new challenge, or continuous learning, Sigma School’s structured, intensive, and practical curriculum delivers real results. Despite working full-time, I was able to complete the part-time bootcamp (8 months). They also offer a full-time option (3 months) for those who want to fast-track their learning. If you are serious about breaking into tech, Sigma School Malaysia is worth every penny! 🚀💻

It was quite intensive, as you will likely learn new things every day, but I actually enjoyed learning throughout the 3 months. A typical daily class consists of a short lecture with a live coding session for around 3 hours. It also got a support session where you can join to get further understanding. You will learn all the necessary knowledge and skills on how to build a full-stack project from fundamentals to frontend to backend. For the final project, you will build a full-stack project mainly using React, Node.js/Express, PostgreSQL, and Firebase, at the same time, you will learn about good developer practices like version control, deployment, and debugging. Also, you get to learn some computer science knowledge like data structures and algorithms, which is really great. Not just that, it brings more than just building a full-stack project, it provides you with career help like resume writing and job support where you can network with peers after you graduate.

Although it was only a 3 months course, I learned a lot of stuff that I would not have been able to done myself. Safa has been very professional in terms of class deliveries, and very helpful in guiding students in the right way.
