Really great sauna, but I feel like I have learned about the ins and outs of the product once I started using it. There are things that I would have had no idea to ask about before - how long to heat up, how long will stay on, etc.

I love the sauna and would give it a 5 star, but there are a couple items that have me wishing I would have more considered a competitor that I was considering: 1. The purchase and shipping process was outstanding. 2. The support has been quick and wonderful 3. The quality of the Sauna is also outstanding and solid 4. It takes about 2 hours to get to at least 140, and I wish I had a way to increase the temperature much quicker. 5. I also wish that I would have considered the next model up: with higher degrees of infrared.

I love this sauna; it has become an integral part of my wellness routine. I feel that it has aided in my immunity this winter so far and I enjoy the relaxation aspect of it. Working with Sunlighten to purchase was a breeze and delivery was great as well. I would order another Sunlighten sauna in an instant and recommend this brand to anyone.

I love my sauna. I had an older sauna that after sitting in my Sun Lighten was not a true infrared sauna. It managed to heat the air around like when I stand with my oven door open. I sit in this daily and feel rejuvenated and renewed. I just really wish I would have had more follow up from the sale. That was disappointing. I purchased and then crickets. I am pleased with the construction, the aesthetics and the ease to operate it.

If it's my room perfectly, it's just a nice sauna

Great sauna use it 4 times a week I love it. I received it packaged very good and easy to assemble, I don’t have a bad word to say great company.

Convenient. I no linger have to deive to the spa to get a “sweat in”. :-)

I love it! My only complaint is that the self timer only goes to 60 minutes, so if it takes 60 minutes to fully heat, I have to add more time otherwise it will turn off at 60 minutes if I'm not in there yet. I also wish I could use a remote to turn it on without having to manually do it since it takes awhile to heat up; that would be nice! But the sauna itself is great! I'm enjoying it!

We love our Signature 2 sauna that we purchased for a 40th anniversary. Not only do we find our sauna time very relaxing we also use the time to discuss our day.

Just should have bought years ago!

Love my sauna! It was easy to build and takes up minimal space.

I purchased the Signature II so that I'd have enough room to be able to sit with my knees bend/feet on the bench or I can even stretch my legs out on the bench (I'm 5'4"). I've been using my sauna daily for 40 mins in the evening and my sleep has improved, my skin feels softer, and I feel more energetic throughout the day. The sauna arrived very well packed and was easy to assembe (two people needed). Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Works well. It takes a while to warm up which is expected and disclosed. The reservation mode is great which allows you to plan a session by setting a timer for it to turn on in so many hours, I wish you could pick the exact time. I wish there was a way to turn it on remotely via wi-fi, so you could turn it on when not at home to warm up. Overall a very good product, maybe as technology catches up an upgrade to add these features may come along.

Well made I wish it would heat up faster and hotter

I have been using the Sunlighten sauna for about 2 months now and have noticed more energy clearer skin! Can’t wait to see what other benefits I notice!!

Love my infrared I use it every day it helped with my inflammation 98%. Only complaint is when putting together one of the speaker wire was stuck up inside as if it got screwed into the top, end up breaking trying to pull it out, so we can’t use the radio as we are not 100% if it will cause any issues as we can’t see without tearing the whole top panel apart.

The lighting inside flashes different colors. Just want regular light for reading. No instruction manuel.
