I purchased the Signature 2 in June 2026. First of all, customer service was great and they explained everything throughout the process. Delivery and assembly was all very easy (you will need 2 people for assembly). The quality of the sauna seems very good and I love using it! The only thing that is bothersome is that it takes a very long time to heat up, I usually have to preheat it for about an hour before use.

The product is well built making it relatively easy to put together. I was disappointed that it did not come with more information on using it: where to start temperature wise, how long to stay at a temperature, more scientific information and less ”how you feel” information about using the different lights. I haven’t really sweated much, and don’t feel much of the benefits listed on the chromotherapy chart. Sorry, I just don’t feel like there’s enough information once you buy the product. There’s certainly a big push that it’s really healthy, but not much information or support once you buy it.

I've been using infrared saunas for more than 20 years, so I've experienced a number of different brands over the years. I can honestly say that my Sunlighten sauna is the best one I've ever owned or used. From the very beginning, the entire experience was exceptional. The purchasing process was easy, and everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me choose the right sauna. After the purchase, their customer service continued to be just as responsive and supportive, which made me feel confident that I had made the right decision. The sauna itself has exceeded my expectations. The heat is deep, even, and incredibly comfortable. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged, and it's become an important part of my daily wellness routine. The craftsmanship and overall quality are outstanding. After using infrared saunas for over two decades, I've developed high standards, and Sunlighten has surpassed them. It's clear they care about both the quality of their products and the people who buy them. If someone asked me which infrared sauna I recommend, my answer would be Sunlighten without hesitation. It's been one of the best investments I've made in my health, and the excellent customer service made the entire experience even better.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Signature 1 has met my expectations. It is well built and so far no issues.

We LOVE the sauna! It has it's home in our office/study and looks like a piece of furniture. Pleasant to sit in because one entire side of the sauna is a glass door so it feels open...not claustrophobic . The sound system is rich, very pleasant listening whether it be a podcast or relaxing music. We have had the sauna for about 6 weeks....I delayed writing a review until we had put in some serious sauna time. This is what I have learned....Sunlighten has been helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. The assembly, although not difficult, requires strength to move the four panels due to the ceramic panels in the walls and height to lift the top, ceiling, into place. It definitely increases your "sweat factor" which we know is great for getting rid of toxins. Don't forget to take a towel in with you! Overall, it has been a great addition to our "help our bodies best we can" routine.

Very heavy you must be very strong to move pieces. Impossible to do alone. Does not get hot enough only 135 degrees

Travis was great in helping select the sauna. My only complaint is it takes 50 minutes to get to 110 degrees.

When I'm in the sauna, I am quite relaxed and all my aches and pain seem to go away. I'm very happy with the purchase.

If you're looking for a good quality sauna for your home, you are at the right place. Super easy to assemble. This is better than I dreamed, I can't help but use it every day. The different lights you can choose for each session, the Bluetooth, I set the timer to go on for 45 minutes before I want in, that way it is at the heat I like. A true pleasure!

I am struggling to get it to 150 degrees. I have to preheat it for 1.5-2 hours to get to 135. I’m not sure how to fix the issue.

I love my infrared sauna so much! I am happy we decided to get the 2 person model because I can stretch out. I am 5’3” and a one person would have been too small. I love the Bluetooth, lights, how I feel afterwards; calm and relaxed. It is the best self care purchase I have ever made!

We are thrilled with the ease of use and resulting great feeling we get from our new sauna. We only had space for a single so this model is perfect. Looks great too!

This sauna is amazing. It has helped my immune system this winter stave off sickness and helps me sleep better. It only took 1 1/2 hour to put together. The instruction for use are simple and easy to understand. I love the chromotherapy and the Bluetooth speakers. I would recommend to everyone. The customer service is also top notch!

The only reason I wouldn’t do a full 5 stars overall is because of the light feature. With only two bulbs it feels like the red light is limited and maybe not as effective. Just my perception. But otherwise we LOVE it!

Assembly was fairly simple. We are really enjoying the comfort and therapeutic benefits of the sauna, and the stereo and light feature are nice perks. Also, the unit is very attractive. Highly recommend!

I was left feeling last time that after buying the Sauna it was no longer important to help me with situations that had occurred after the purchase. I relieved a call from Ali K who not only was very helpful but went out of her way to understand what had happened on delivery and how to resolve the problems and help me out. The sauna itself is great, the customer service was great and I would highly recommend. The reason for the 4 stars is damage during shipping. I had to pull the door assembly apart to reset the door, there is also a crack in the wood near the base of the door.

Really great sauna, but I feel like I have learned about the ins and outs of the product once I started using it. There are things that I would have had no idea to ask about before - how long to heat up, how long will stay on, etc.

Signature I is an excellent infrared spa. I'm now the envy of my friends. They want to come and use it! I use it in connection with a short exercise routine and it provides great motivation for trying to stay fit. Love it. Important: I suggest you turn it on and leave on for about 25-30 minutes before you get in so it's warm enough at that point. Adjust timer accordingly. Of course, everyone's different in regard to heat tolerance. I've only had it a short time; so I'm hoping it has great longevity!

I love the sauna and would give it a 5 star, but there are a couple items that have me wishing I would have more considered a competitor that I was considering: 1. The purchase and shipping process was outstanding. 2. The support has been quick and wonderful 3. The quality of the Sauna is also outstanding and solid 4. It takes about 2 hours to get to at least 140, and I wish I had a way to increase the temperature much quicker. 5. I also wish that I would have considered the next model up: with higher degrees of infrared.

I love this sauna; it has become an integral part of my wellness routine. I feel that it has aided in my immunity this winter so far and I enjoy the relaxation aspect of it. Working with Sunlighten to purchase was a breeze and delivery was great as well. I would order another Sunlighten sauna in an instant and recommend this brand to anyone.

I love my sauna. I had an older sauna that after sitting in my Sun Lighten was not a true infrared sauna. It managed to heat the air around like when I stand with my oven door open. I sit in this daily and feel rejuvenated and renewed. I just really wish I would have had more follow up from the sale. That was disappointing. I purchased and then crickets. I am pleased with the construction, the aesthetics and the ease to operate it.

The sauna cover for the Sunlighten Signature 2 fits perfectly, and as I have my sauna in our garage the cover will greatly protect the Suana from any outside elements.

My only complaint is that the self timer only goes to 60 minutes, so if it takes 60 minutes to fully heat, I have to add more time otherwise it will turn off at 60 minutes if I'm not in there yet. I also wish I could use a remote to turn it on without having to manually do it since it takes awhile to heat up; that would be nice! But the sauna itself is great! I'm enjoying it!

We really enjoy our sauna! We wish we would have gotten the two person for extra room. We aren't very big people and it's a tight fit for one person, in our opinion. But it fits the space we have perfectly.

I've been using my sauna daily for 40 mins in the evening and my sleep has improved, my skin feels softer, and I feel more energetic throughout the day. The sauna arrived very well packed and was easy to assembe (two people needed). Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Love my infrared I use it every day it helped with my inflammation 98%. Only complaint is when putting together one of the speaker wire was stuck up inside as if it got screwed into the top, end up breaking trying to pull it out, so we can’t use the radio as we are not 100% if it will cause any issues as we can’t see without tearing the whole top panel apart.

The warm up time could be faster, being able to turn it on from your phone would be a nice feature…..but all in all I’m very pleased with it. I’d probably buy the 3 person instead of the 2 person if I had to do it all over again. It fits my wife and I just fine, but having more room would just make it a little more comfortable.
