I've been following Justin's tutorials on YouTube for a long time. Even though I’ve learned SketchUp through various online courses, I was curious to see if I could still level up my skills. And honestly? Kitchen modeling was never my thing… until now! 😄 The Cabinet Essentials completely changed that. The quality of lessons in the SketchUp Essentials Course is even better than what you get on YouTube. I picked up so many useful tricks - even in the basics - and finally got a solid grasp on organizing models in SketchUp and LayOut. Justin is an amazing teacher, super clear, and always ready to help. The course is really well-structured and easy to follow, even if English isn’t your first language. This course has been so beneficial for learning sketchup, but so much more. The landscape/ civil part of the course is outstanding, helping with terrain modeling, different methods of bringing the model into the terrain. I mean, the whole course is great and I have to say, Justin is always available to answer questions, to share videos with students to answer questions, truly amazing. I began this course to teach myself, with help, how to incorporate 3D modeling and rendering into our client package, I own a garden design/ build company in Atlanta. This course would be worth it at 3 times the cost for all of the tutorials you get, along with the references. Amazing.

My SketchUp modeling and my delivery of drawings and plans has improved so much in the first few months that I much more than justified the fees for membership. If you are serious about using SketchUp, Justin's course and support is a must have. The course is clear, direct and kept up to date for all of the SketchUp features. 

Justin does a great job on being short and thorough which helps when needing a quick review at a later date.

I've been using Sketchup for about 2 years, but very inefficiently. I didn't understand all the Sketchup terminology and options. I'm halfway through this course and it has already made me more efficient and effective in my modeling. I have a much better understanding of what Sketchup is telling me in the help and popups and have a good understanding of what it is doing when I create objects. Highly recommend this course!

I originally went through an online SketchUp course from another provider and found it hard to follow. I needed to be quite proficient for my job as an interior designer. Someone recommended Justin's channel to me and I found his videos really helpful and easy to follow so I enrolled in his course. This is the best online training I have ever had! Justin is very efficient, having a high pace with very clear explanations. After uploading SketchUp and taking a few hours to learn on my own along with some video trainings available to all, I realized to get to the final results that I wanted versus the learning curve were not aligned. Justin has created a set of lessons that are helping me learn to use the tools in a manner that compliments my learning style. I can pause, repeat, and return to the lesson later to develop my skills after gaining the knowledge of what is possible. Even if you think you know Sketchup well you should consider taking this course! I have used 3d model software before & took this course to give myself a better understanding of its abilities & the way that it works. Having done this course I realise now that so much of the functionality would have been overlooked because I didn't realise it existed so that straight away is such a big bonus. Taking the course has made such a difference to how I use Sketchup & is so easy to follow in bite size chunks making it easy to refer back to specific items. I'm a retired design/build contractor who did 35 years of additions, remodels, and new constriction. Now I build furniture and cabinets. Over the years I've struggled, sometimes successfully, often not, with using SketchUp to flesh out my designs and prepare construction documents. But in the few weeks since deciding to bite the bullet and sign up for Justin's SketchUpEssentials course, I've already vastly improved my modeling skills and habits. I'm also a former teacher, so I can doubly appreciate Justin's clarity, organization, and helpful directions. I strongly recommend non-expert users of Sketchup take these courses. I started by just listening to a some videos and winging it. I have now spent more time repairing my work than I spent creating in the first place. Learning how to do it right will save a lot of time and will result in models that you can modify with out falling down a rabbit hole caused by invisible or unconnected lines, un-grouped or incorrectly grouped items, etc.
