This was a great course for beginner users. As someone who has messed around with sketchup with no formal training, I found this to fill in a lot of the gaps and helped me to form better workflow habbits.

Now I am prepared and feeling confident after taking your lessons to provide CAD renderings for clients. I enjoyed every single lesson so much. Clear and precise explanation of every step. The video is at a right speed and gives enough time to understand and practice the new stuff. Gives different ways of working thing off and this is very useful for me.

I have really enjoyed this class. Tammy makes it easy to learn with short videos so I don't get overwhelmed while I follow along and work side by side with the videos. I have learned so much and plan to take the other courses but I know enough to help my clients and just completed a condo for a client and they were happy. I started using SketchUp in 2019 while completing interior design training. I learned as much as I needed to complete my assignments. Afterwards I took classes here and there but I never developed a consistent workflow for creating designs and it was often difficult to figure out some small thing that made my model "not work", so I became disillusioned. I’ve absolutely loved Tammy’s SketchUp courses! While I’ve been helping clients with their spaces for a few years now, Ive felt limited in my ability to effectively community my ideas with just 2-D floorplans and mood boards. Being able to go through these courses while I’m using actual client projects has been the perfect setting for accelerated learning. Tammy Cody has created a program for designers to communicate clear intentions to clients with 3D renderings and then easily convert them to construction documents for the contractors that will be bringing your projects to life. After spending several years using Autocad in an A&D firm, I spent a lot of time researching which drafting platform I wanted to invest time and money in learning to support my new business. I am so glad I found Sketchup, but more importantly, that I found Tammy's classes. When drafting software can be extremely overwhelming to start learning, Tammy's lessons are organized in a chronological and easy to follow format that is also fun. I started learning Sketchup from Tammy several years ago. Her classes continue to be a very worthwhile investment for me. She is a gifted teacher and is incredibly kind and patient as she answers all my questions. I love that she holds weekly office hour sessions where members can ask questions and learn new tips. She even records these sessions for future reference. This is very helpful if you are unable to attend a session. I also appreciate that she continuously adds to her course library, offers short 10 minute “workout” videos, and is only an email away when problems arise. I highly recommend investing in Tammy’s courses.

I searched high and low for a good online course to help me learn SketchUp as an interior designer and I'm so glad I landed on this one. The lessons are incredibly practical, short video snippets, so you can sit down and plow through a bunch in one hour if you're grasping it quickly, or if you're like me, you can watch a few seconds, hit pause, and then go practice the exact things she is showing in the video, then unpause the video and keep going. The best thing about SketchUp for Interior Designers though is that you can email Tammy personally if you have a question about something. I've done this multiple times and continue to be amazed that every single time, I get a helpful, personal response from her addressing whatever question I have. Someone else I know was interested in learning SketchUp as an interior designer and considered paying for a much more expensive course and I told her she should absolutely do SketchUp for Interior Designers instead!

They are easy to listen to, pause, and re-watch as needed as I go and practice in SketchUp. It's made learning the program much easier than it has been in past. The best thing for me has been improving my workflow. I've been making little mistakes, or just not understanding little tweaks here and there I could do that make everything so much clearer and easier, and Tammy has spelled that out for me in her lessons.
