Our business (which sells aftermarket Truck Accessories), successfully used this app to sell online gift cards to our clients. It was incredibly easy to set-up and use, and was a huge help in our Christmas rush for gift card order! I have recommended it to multiple business in our area and am so glad we've utilized this tool.

Like a lot of small businesses, we had to switch gears fast in March 2020. We went from serving pints in our tasting room to online "touchless" can sales with curbside pick up. It was so easy to install and use. Customers love the option of buying online and in advance. Customer service has always been quick and issues have been resolved (usually our fault). They've save me a lot of time and a lot of stress.

We recently started our online ordering option and I am not tech savvy at all but Zaytech made it so easy. Any time I have a question they're quick to response. We're very happy we went with this team!

I decided to use this one as it offered the full suite of online ordering options. It integrated into my clover system seamlessly, offered full customization, is easy to use, and even gave delivery radius'. This app literally saved my business from COVID!! As we have continued to use this app, even after re-opening, it has allowed us to have a booming to-go business that has allowed us to do even better numbers than we did last year DESPITE the pandemic. Well, let me begin with CUSTOMER SERVICE --- as a person that doesn't know a lot about computer, I'm very skeptical of signing up because I get easily confuse on how it will work for our advantage. Well, I tell ya, its the best decision I've made for our business. Not just, the creator of this App helped me through understand how it works, BUT he always answers my call even on weekends. And that is a true customer service!!! ABOUT THIS APP---- its very easy to use and convenient for us and for our online customers. It has helped us so much especially during the Pandemic. Try the text subscription, its THE way to go to touch base with your customers letting them know that their orders are ready. VALUE--- Its the best value for your money. Not just its reasonable but it helped us gained more customers in the past 3 months since we have it. I love it.

This is unequivocally the best option for online order, particularly for Clover users. Online ordering systems (e.g., freshbytes, etc.) typically have costly subscription fees. Smart Online Ordering is not only an affordable online ordering system, it comes with great features. More importantly, customer service is exceptional. I currently have the subscription that allows for text notification. This allows the restaurant to let the customer know that their order is received, when they can expect to have their order ready, and when to pick up. This is particularly useful to help gauge expectations and manage orders. 10/10 would recommend this app to any business looking to utilize online ordering.

This app is well designed and easy to enable. Really appreciate the thought process in developing this. It has options to most of our needs. We did our initial integration with this app in less than 30 min. It helped us to create an Online presence during this COVID-19 period. We are very much satisfied and suggested to our friends too. Khalid is very helpful in supporting us. Looking forward to see new features added to this. If they enable options to integrate with other Cover Apps (ex: BOGO, Roundup for Schools, etc), that would be very helpful.

The app is really good and the best part is the support! I needed a lot of help along the way to being set up properly and Khalid patiently supported through all my questions and problems. There are plenty of videos on youtube uploaded by him that covers most problems as well. Great experience!

Great customer service and excellent, easy ordering for my customers. I have been in business for 36 years so have had the opportunity to work with many companies. The Smart On Line Ordering is easy to set up and has a great, customer friendly front end. It syncs seamlessly with Clover.

Not only does the plugin automatically synch your clover menu with modifiers directly to the website which is extremely convenient, the customer support from Khalid is superior , this company knows what they are doing
