SmartSuite keeps impressing!
While setting up our customer database for Remex USA, we discovered the address field type, with some features which I have never seen in any other tool of its kind.
Here are 3 unique features I noticed that can really help in many areas when it comes to storing addresses 🏘 :
1) Single and Multi field formats 📋 - You can either choose to have your address displayed in a single field or in separate fields for the different parts of the address. Many implications for this possibility.
2) Suggested Addresses 🤖 - This is pretty common, but tremendously useful. When typing in an address, there will be an autocompletion box that suggests valid addresses. This can save a lot of time when entering addresses.
3) Map View 🗺️ - There is an option when creating the field to Include a Map Display, which shows a section of google maps under the address, and opens the full Google Maps when clicked.
These features are things that are so intuitive and useful but rarely seen on other similar platforms.
The more I use #Smartsuite the more impressed I am by how well designed the software is and how much thought went into each element.

One nice feature of SmartSuite is the Data Scheme Visualization widget. This shows the relationships between the different tables (or apps as they are called)
In my example below, we can clearly see how each table ties together. Intakes are linked to Estimates, which are linked to Projects which are linked to Billing Records, and those are all linked to the customer profile.
The value of creating separate tables and then linking them together becomes obvious when you need to quickly get context on the task you're facing.
You want to strike a balance between having information at your fingertips, but not overwhelming the window with too much information to wade through.
Relationships are the perfect way to strike this balance.

I used ClickUp for a long time. It really helped me to manage my projects but it always seemed to be lacking that in-depth database where all my business info could live.
That’s where SmartSuite hits the sweet spot. For me, it’s like ClickUp and Notion had a beautiful baby. Just like every good parent desires for their ceiling to became their child’s floor, SmartSuite absolutely excels where other “workOS” products kind of fall behind.

After hearing about it for more than a year, I finally decided to give it a try.
And I must say, I am impressed.
At first, I passed it off as an "Airtable Clone" and in many ways it is similar but it's not the same.
Developed with a community-first approach from day 1, they have done a great job solving some major pain points.
➜ Linking across databases
➜ Table-level permissions
➜ Robust charts/graphs
➜ Advanced field options
➜ Formula builder
➜ Etc.
It's already supported by some popular tool builders like Noloco and more partnerships are on the way.
I'd say it's still early days for SmartSuite but it's here to stay.
I am excited to continue exploring it.

So not only does #Smartsuite rock in the the product that they created, but the customer service, and technical support is out of this world!
There is actually a chat right where you work, on the bottom corner, where most companies keep a chat for sales. But this one is for support.
I ran into an issue with a certain field, and within literally minutes, I had a response, and a solution to the issue.
The enthusiasm and understanding from Jeff was simply outstanding.
Highly recommend anybody using Smartsuite to pop a question next time you hit a roadblock.

The best of the best!
I have been exploring almost every workflow, no-code, process productivity app on the planet for the last two years. I work every day with people in considerably underdeveloped countries. There are many wonderful products, but nothing simple enough and powerful enough. Now I have discovered Smart Suite.
Additionally, Smart Suite is built on a culture of caring and community. I have people I can actually talk to and already know me. Absolutely unheard of in today's environment!

What a low-code, cloud-based database solution should be
Here are a few of my favorite things (cue Julie Andrews):
1. SmartSuite allows you to design attracted "expanded view" forms for the records in a table. This largely obviates need to build custom interfaces.
2. SmartSuite lets you link records not just in different tables, but in different solutions. Brilliant.
3. SmartSuite gives me as developer really good control over access privileges for different users, groups of users, and so on.
4. SmartSuite is beautiful!

SmartSuite should be in EVERYONE'S toolbox!
SmartSuite has come out of the gate so incredibly strong and is already going head-to-head with other players in this space. The difference is that other players have been doing this for years, and SmartSuite is just getting started!
I love SmartSuite because it is an easy-to-use (and low-cost) platform with a modern look, powerful features, and the ability to integrate in numerous ways. From basic tracking of (literally) anything to advanced workflows using formulas and automations, there is a "Suite" spot where every user will find value! The platform is easy to learn, and they have so many ways for me to do so. With help articles, videos, live chat, office hours, showcase videos, etc. (the list goes on and on), I have no problem figuring out how to do something new or make something work the way I would like.
Technology aside for a moment, my absolute favorite thing about SmartSuite is the team behind it that is passionate about helping others, which drives them to continuously improve an already great product. The future is very, very bright for SmartSuite!
Lastly, I will say this... if you have spreadsheets, you need SmartSuite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

If you're looking for a powerful and flexible tool that also prioritizes customer service and user experience, then SmartSuite is definitely worth checking out. I've been a user for a while now and I have been consistently impressed by the level of support and responsiveness I've received from the SmartSuite team. Their user interface is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it a great option for both novice and advanced users. I started out on my relational database journey using Airtable (naturally), but realized that I wanted to be able to easily link by "bases". SmartSuite is perfect!
A Work Management Software System That Clearly Tracks Both Progress and Data
In the past, my company has used various work management software combined with other tools to maintain our day-to-day activities. While some were easily integrated with each other, we never had all the data easy to read in one place and would have to compare systems side by side to get the information we needed.
SmartSuite has removed the need for us to have as many tools through different platforms. We have been able to combine our processes into different solutions and can use their dashboard system to see everything clearly at a glance.
While we are still in the process of moving some of our data over, we have already noticed an increase in our efficiency and productivity. I know that as SmartSuite implements more features in the future, the system will also improve.
The SmartSuite staff have always been helpful in troubleshooting questions. They have "office hours" throughout the week where you can ask an expert over a call to demonstrate something - which helps immensely. They also have an active, growing community who are passionate about helping.

It is a creative combination of Airtable, Evernote, Notion, Clickup, Monday, Trello, and it has some Christmas Sprinkles thrown in for Good Measure.

I love how integrated my team can be when we work on projects together. It's really easy to delegate tasks, collaborate in real time, and work across time zones without missing notes from each other.

SMART SUITE IS BECOMING MY SECOND BRAIN
I’m hyper-organized, but I wasn’t using a comprehensive tech solution, mostly managing processes and projects
through a combination of email, text, Slack, Google Drive, and OneNote. Everything was all over the place. We tried to use Asana, but it wasn’t intuitive for

So not only does #Smartsuite rock in the the product that they created, but the customer service, and technical support is out of this world!
There is actually a chat right where you work, on the bottom corner, where most companies keep a chat for sales. But this one is for support.
I ran into an issue with a certain field, and within literally minutes, I had a response, and a solution to the issue.
The enthusiasm and understanding from Jeff was simply outstanding.
Highly recommend anybody using Smartsuite to pop a question next time you hit a roadblock.

The best of the best!
I have been exploring almost every workflow, no-code, process productivity app on the planet for the last two years. I work every day with people in considerably underdeveloped countries. There are many wonderful products, but nothing simple enough and powerful enough. Now I have discovered Smart Suite.
Additionally, Smart Suite is built on a culture of caring and community. I have people I can actually talk to and already know me. Absolutely unheard of in today's environment!

What a low-code, cloud-based database solution should be
Here are a few of my favorite things (cue Julie Andrews):
1. SmartSuite allows you to design attracted "expanded view" forms for the records in a table. This largely obviates need to build custom interfaces.
2. SmartSuite lets you link records not just in different tables, but in different solutions. Brilliant.
3. SmartSuite gives me as developer really good control over access privileges for different users, groups of users, and so on.
4. SmartSuite is beautiful!

SmartSuite should be in EVERYONE'S toolbox!
SmartSuite has come out of the gate so incredibly strong and is already going head-to-head with other players in this space. The difference is that other players have been doing this for years, and SmartSuite is just getting started!
I love SmartSuite because it is an easy-to-use (and low-cost) platform with a modern look, powerful features, and the ability to integrate in numerous ways. From basic tracking of (literally) anything to advanced workflows using formulas and automations, there is a "Suite" spot where every user will find value! The platform is easy to learn, and they have so many ways for me to do so. With help articles, videos, live chat, office hours, showcase videos, etc. (the list goes on and on), I have no problem figuring out how to do something new or make something work the way I would like.
Technology aside for a moment, my absolute favorite thing about SmartSuite is the team behind it that is passionate about helping others, which drives them to continuously improve an already great product. The future is very, very bright for SmartSuite!
Lastly, I will say this... if you have spreadsheets, you need SmartSuite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Better than Airtable
If you're looking for a powerful and flexible tool that also prioritizes customer service and user experience, then SmartSuite is definitely worth checking out. I've been a user for a while now and I have been consistently impressed by the level of support and responsiveness I've received from the SmartSuite team. Their user interface is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it a great option for both novice and advanced users. Plus the team is always actively working on new features and improvements based on user feedback, which makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a software solution that is always evolving to meet their needs. Overall, I highly recommend giving SmartSuite a try. I have no doubt that Airtable will lose users to this new company, and I say that as an Airtable consultant.

Excellent platform with great functionality
I started out on my relational database journey using Airtable (naturally), but realized that I wanted to be able to easily link by "bases". SmartSuite is perfect!
A Work Management Software System That Clearly Tracks Both Progress and Data
In the past, my company has used various work management software combined with other tools to maintain our day-to-day activities. While some were easily integrated with each other, we never had all the data easy to read in one place and would have to compare systems side by side to get the information we needed.
SmartSuite has removed the need for us to have as many tools through different platforms. We have been able to combine our processes into different solutions and can use their dashboard system to see everything clearly at a glance.
While we are still in the process of moving some of our data over, we have already noticed an increase in our efficiency and productivity. I know that as SmartSuite implements more features in the future, the system will also improve.
The SmartSuite staff have always been helpful in troubleshooting questions. They have "office hours" throughout the week where you can ask an expert over a call to demonstrate something - which helps immensely. They also have an active, growing community who are passionate about helping.

Project management and organizational databases are typically crowded and uninviting. This software is a pleasure to look at and desirable to work with. The last thing you want is to wake up in the morning to look at an "angry" and busy screen. I use it more every day that passes by.

SmartSuite is the GO-TO Online Solutions App for Managing Successful Income Streams
It is a creative combination of Airtable, Evernote, Notion, Clickup, Monday, Trello, and it has some Christmas Sprinkles thrown in for Good Measure.
Easiest, most comprehensive platform I’ve ever used
I love how integrated my team can be when we work on projects together. It's really easy to delegate tasks, collaborate in real time, and work across time zones without missing notes from each other.
User-friendly and extremely flexible at the same time
SmartSuite is incredibly well-built. The UI is incredibly clean and intuitive while at the same time providing an incredible amount of features.

SMART SUITE IS BECOMING MY SECOND BRAIN
I’m hyper-organized, but I wasn’t using a comprehensive tech solution, mostly managing processes and projects
through a combination of email, text, Slack, Google Drive, and OneNote. Everything was all over the place. We tried to use Asana, but it wasn’t intuitive for
storing documents, didn’t feel as dynamic to customize, didn’t look or feel good, and wasn’t easy to use. It also didn’t have the spreadsheet functionality
I need. It was ok for project management, but SmartSuite is a second brain, a true database. I’ve centralized all of the vital information about my clients and manage my work with more confidence and ease these past few months.
I’m enjoying tracking important personal projects and goals in the platform related to my family, fitness,
and home.
It’s truly an extension of my brain and how I organize my life.
