Without a doubt the only option for perfect fit tips, the snug pros just do not move and provide a perfect seal for my AirPod pro 3 ANC to work.

I bought a new motrcycle intercom system from Cardo, I was extremeky disappointed that I couldn't hear the turn by turn navigation instructions - I shouldn't have bothered. Then I bought a pair of in ear Snugs OH MY GOD turn the volume down! - What a wonderous sound even at 70mph without Snugs i'd be lost for ever Thank you for new lease of life!

I'm one of those unfortunate people who just can't get earphones to stay put but I discovered Snugs on the internet read some good reviews and went to have my ear impressions done, a few weeks later had my Snugs delivered, well they're fantastic fit like a glove comfortable enough to wear all day and also improve the sound! I bought a pair of snugs sleeves for my etymotic er4 micropro earphones - they’re an absolute dream! I’ve had other custom moulded IEM’s and found them uncomfortable and difficult to insert and remove, also not maintain a tight fit when moving your head or even talking. I’m an audio professional, I record sound for tv shows in all kinds of places around the world. These aren’t my everyday headphones but live in my sound kit and come out whenever they're needed - either for hearing protection or just better isolation against the outside world. Or just sitting on a plane watching the in flight movies. These are exactly what I have been looking for. Excellent service from Snugs, I told them about problems I’d had with previous custom moulds and they said they would adjust the fit accordingly and would refit if necessary. So far they seem perfect first time. Incredibly comprehensive set of earphones they can make these for, very impressed. Will buy again with filters for use at gigs. Price is very fair also just to add.

These are definitely what I needed for my Harley’s. I’ve got loud exhaust on my bikes and have tried other earplug headphone products but those never worked well (speeds of 50mph+ they were basically useless). Not these though. They work as well at 85-90 mph as they do at 30. I can hear my music at a reasonable level (not blowing my eardrums cranking to max volume) and they block the wind noise really well. I opted for the inserts to give me some sound around me and recommend those too. Overall these do exactly what I wanted them to do, the ordering process wasn’t bad at all, and they were delivered a couple weeks earlier than I expected so that was nice too.

I bought a pair of Snugs as I suffer from tinnitus and also enjoy going to concerts… Having tried various other types of hearing protection over the years, I can honestly say these are the best ever. Once I’ve managed to get them in (a bit of a struggle with the shape of my ear canals) I am not aware of them - they are comfortable and the attenuation seems even across the audio spectrum. Love my snugs!! The folks at snugs were really helpful every step of the way. I was a bit dubious at first having to go off to an audiologist to get the impressions done and then send them off but I received regular updates and a how to fit guide. I’ve suffered for years with my headphones falling out when I go for a run but not now! The fit is great, so snug, and the sound quality so much more improved. The additional noise cancellation also means I can turn down the volume. Just wish I’d gone for my snugs sooner.

I have been attending concerts for years and been trying ear defenders for that period with the end result generally being to remove them. I bought a pair of custom fit snugs and have tried a few times, they are exactly what I have been looking for, they do not totally block out the noise and allow me to still have a conversation without shouting. Also they are very comfortable and can be worn for a few hours period. Have already recommended to colleagues.

I purchased Snugs - Zen to block off my partner snoring. I needed few nights to get used to them. But thanks to their customised shapes, it made a real difference. The gel provided to help the fitting was just perfect. I still have one bottle unopened. And the plastic box being phosphorescent is definitely a nice thought. I am the first one up & being able to see it without switching the lights on is brilliant!

I have micro-ears and have struggled for years to find a Bluetooth solution that won’t fall out of my ear from bending over slightly or movement in general… Snugs is excellent and I’m so glad I ordered from them.

Ever since I got a pair of AirPods Pro 2 for Christmas, my $7000 hearing aids (paid for by insurance) have been sitting in my sock drawer — the AirPods just sound (and function) so much better as hearing aids that it’s worth the hassle of the short battery life. I struggled to get a good fit with Apple’s ear tips, so I tried third-party tips. Foam tips were a significant improvement, and Korean silicone tips were even better. But … they’re disposable with a limited usable life, especially if you’re wearing them all day. I could do the math and figure out that it wouldn’t take all that long to spend as much on disposables as on a pair of Snugs. My Snugs arrived yesterday and they are … mind-blowing. Audio quality is at least as much improved over the disposables as those are over Apple’s stock tips. They’re more comfortable than all the other options. And the noise reduction! My 1955 VW Beetle is as quiet as a desk fan in a library with ANC turned on — but only with the Snugs. And, in a quiet environment, I hear even the slightest rustle with perfect clarity, in a way I’m not sure I could even imagine before. These things will be practically glued to my ears for … well, I suppose, for the rest of my life. b&

My first set of Snugs arrived a couple of weeks ago. They are GREAT! Very comfortable to wear and provide a great seal. I use them for in ear monitoring playing bass guitar. I use Shure SE425 earphones. I would wholeheartedly recommend Snugs!!

I had my first pair of Snugs 3 years ago for industrial use and they serve me great in work. I've now got another pair of Moto Protect's for use while riding my motorcycle and I can't recommend them enough! After over 10 years of service it was time to replace my custom snugs fitted for my Shure in ear monitors. I contacted Snugs who still had my original prescription on file. I received a new pair in the mail in a few weeks. They fit my ears great and fit my Shure IEMs like a bug in a rug. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've bought a few pairs of snugs over the past ten years or so for various IEMs I own, I've seen how much their process and the end results have matured over the years. These particular ones I bought recently are for my Shure KSE 1200 electrostatic IEMS. The cable on these IEMs which wraps around the ear is quite stiff and I found with 'normal' tips, they would generate a fair amount of cable noise as I moved my head, even slightly, which was distracting. I opted to go for the full shell SNUG and haven't been disappointed at all. The engineering involved here is just outstanding. As you can see from the photos, the IEMs themselves fit perfectly into the silicon sleeves, including the precise location of the sound port for the really thin sound tube, amazing stuff. The ear fit is perfect, and that was from some scans they had on file from years ago (when they scanned using the light scanner things) - truly amazing, these guys have perfected their art. I've just received my Snugs Pro for my Shure 535's. They fit really nice, I have one ear cavity bigger than the other, so I could never get ear bud tips to fit. I'm a pro bass player and the bass responce using these moulds is immense. I will be recommending these to my fellow musicians and singers. It would be nice to able to send a link to someone and get a credit for referrals to go towards Snug products or Earology treatments? Many companies do this now. A happy customer

I recently was taken aback when I overheard my partner telling friends that "snugs completely changed her life". The statement is true, I wear my snugs almost every single day! I am autistic and suffer from noise sensitivity. They are as essential to me as shoes, but it was profound to realise that others see Snugs and their significance too. Thrived in my first Triathlon in the pouring rain! I used my custom fit ear plugs with the waterproof 5dB filter to keep water out of my ears during the swim, to reduce the sound of vehicles driving by on wet concrete, and to make mixed, complex sounds more manageable all while still being safe and still able to hear my surrounds! A staple for mixed sports or when waterproofing BUT awareness is required!!

Went through the whole snug pro process and it has been very straight forward and the finished product has performed perfectly. Having the ear impressions made was done locally and very quick and simple. The finished earbuds were made and delivered quicker than stated .

The Snugs company has been a pleasure to work with in fitting new earplugs. I have had two pair of custom fit earplugs from other sources and they did not provide the hearing protection that I need. My new Snugs earplugs are comfortable to wear and still sound natural. The first set fit too snugly for easy insertion and removal. Snugs, especially Ms. Holroyd, has worked to provide me with an easier to use replacement pair. I recommend you try them if you want to save your hearing.

I bought Snugs Pro for my Sennheiser IE600. With my Chord Mojo 2 dac and headphone amplifier, the sound is incredible, but with bass heavy hip hop tracks it can be too much boom. Heard that Snugs could help with this, and it sure did. Bass is controlled and quick, with good punch and definition. What surprised me and blew me away, was the increase of soundstage and separation of instruments that the Snugs brought to the table. So the Snugs fixed the only thing that sometimes bothered me about my setup, and made the enjoyment of music richer and even more hypnotic! Snugs are not cheap, but after hearing what I got in return… They are so worth it!

I got my wife Snugs due to her ear buds constantly falling out of her ears. It didn't matter if it was running or walking, they just would not stay in! While it does require some steps on my end, the Snugs perfectly fit in her ears and it definitely worked. I definitely want to get some of these for myself now!

Zens - guaranteed good nights sleep. I have a pair of zens which I’ve worn every night since they arrived & finally able to sleep well. I’m a light sleeper & often woken by the quietest of noises (or my boyfriend’s snoring!) but when using the zens they block out any noises so I can sleep & undisturbed. They’re easy to take in & out & are super comfortable to sleep in, even with my head against the pillow - I don’t even notice them. Customer service was a 10/10 from getting the impressions to quick delivery. Couldn’t recommend this product, or business, enough!!

I had the Zen Snugs as I am a light sleeper and once I got used to them (after the first night) they've been brilliant. Sometimes one might pop out a tad, but it's a simple thing to sort out instantly.

I purchased the snugs pro for my AirPod Pros because I have always had problems getting earplugs to stay in my ears. I could not get a good seal no matter which ear tips I used for my AirPod Pros. What sold me on snugs versus other companies was the ability to buy a replacement if I ever needed it as well as the ability to get custom tips for popular brands of IEMs for musicians. I needed to take advantage of the 30 day guarantee to have them make some alterations and make a new set for me. The new set now seals the way I wanted and I’m very happy with my snugs. My only negative is that I need to remove the snugs from the AirPod Pros in order to charge them.

I purchased a second Snugs Pro Comms to use on an IEM Acoustic Eartube driver. As per usual the custom mould fits comfortably in my ear and works brilliantly in this use case. Working at home it is sometimes essential to join meetings without the unsightly look of over / on ear headphones or unsightly in-ear headphones protruding from my ears. My Snugs worked like a dream at Glastonbury. They were comfortable and, as the name suggests, a snug fit, which meant that unlike with standard protectors I have tried I wasn’t constantly fiddling with them to check they were in properly. In fact once in I forgot I was wearing them. Most important of course was the sound quality. They didn’t diminish the sound at all - they just turned the volume down to a comfortable level. And I was still able to chat to my friends without having to take them out. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I left a review previously about custom sleeves for my Shure SE846 which didn't quite work for me. Snugs kindly remade my sleeves free of charge. The replacements are a lot better fit and have better bass response. The performance is now definitely what I would expect from custom sleeves. I already had some snugs sleeves for in-ear monitors, but I bought some ear plugs as I don't really like the foam ones. The snugs ear plugs are great - they don't fall out, they don't hurt and they're easy to keep clean. Expensive but worth it!

Having attended a presentation at the local IAM branch meet, the ability to have moulds taken during the event was fantastic. No more than about fifteen minutes to have ears checked and moulds taken. The order took just a couple of weeks to arrive, with a durable carry case, all well packaged. The plugs fitted perfectly without any discomfort and the comfort continued whilst wearing of them. Noise was well contained to a suitable level during my ride and conversations with them in reasonable. Yet to try them with the helmet intercom. Extremely happy with the purchase of this product.

I have a very noisy bedroom partner! I’ve tried at least 8 brands of ear plugs to help over the years. I just couldn’t block out his snoring and none ever fitted properly. It turns out that I have a very narrow canal in my left ear which is why they never stayed in. I have been so reluctant to get custom made earplugs for years as they are expensive when you consider the cost of the plugs plus the cost of the mold casting. However, I wish I’d bought these years ago! My partners snoring is regularly 50db and sometimes can reach nearly 70db. For the first time in years, I can sleep without being disturbed as they fit perfectly, creating a seal that make his snoring so faint it allows me to sleep like a baby. I 100% recommend getting snugs. Wish I’d bought sooner.

Great experience all the way through from having ear moulds done to use as in ear monitors. Comfortable to wear, great isolation and great sound including great bass.

There is a wait for your order once you have sent the molds off, but it's totally worth it. I've always struggled with in ear headphones and these fit perfectly 👌

After trying several different types of ear defenders over the years, I was recommended Snugs for shooting by a friend. I can honestly say I have never had a solution as good as them! They are very simple, no faffing about with charging, the filter allows me to hear everything around me and closes off when the gun is fired, means I can stay aware and safe as well as protected! They have a lanyard to keep them together, which is also great. Simple, effective and great customer service too.

Arrived slightly quicker than expected and using happily with Sony WF-SP900 earbuds for swimming. So happy and comfortable that I am now going to order some more for my Apple Earbuds Pro 2 and Bose Quietcomfort 2 earbuds - the bass response is significantly improved by the rubber like fit of the earpieces.

As a singer (rock-based stuff) who has struggled for years with ill-fitting IEM’s, moulded sleeves are game changing. I’m one of many who is between sizes for foam tips - small ones don’t quite seal and have a tendency to fall out once gig movement and sweat start to play a part… and medium tips mean I’m in pain from about halfway through the show and for a few hours after. So I took the plunge to get customs and am so glad I did!! Getting the moulds done is an interesting experience - don’t forget to take a tissue, as sitting there for 10 mins with your mouth open while the “play doh” sets can cause you to dribble like a roadie!! The next day the moulds were in the post and a day later Snugs let me know they had them… fast forward about 3 weeks and I got a note to say they were ready. Next day my new sleeves were received and fitted to my IEM’s (Shure SE215’s), so I headed off to my first gig to try them out. Don’t forget to use the balm supplied FOC (thanks guys) for a smooth, friction-free fit. They fit easily (no more squishing tips, inserting and repeating til you get a fit you’re happy with!), stayed firmly in place for the whole 3-hour show and with no discomfort whatsoever. I love my snugs! I use them with my current iem system and it works so well for me. Great noise isolation and works super well for the band setting I use them in. The whole process was smooth and easy and great communication from the team! This was my second pair I’ve had from them and I love the colour ways and how quickly they arrived.

Quite an easy process if you have a facility for the impressions close by. Comfort of the Snugs are nice with out bruising. Well made and do the job, providing quiet but not silence. You get what you pay for.

I purchased snugs pro for my Sony WF-1000XM5 because I couldn't get a good seal with any tips that were included or aftermarket ones. The process is long but it is certainly worth it. The first pair I received the left ear was fitting a little loose so I emailed customer service and was able to have it adjusted without having to jump through any hoops. I am extremely satisfied with the results and couldn't be happier.

I need to protect my hearing from loud music (I play in a rock n roll band). The process was simple and the snugs arrived. Very comfortable and reduce the dBs nicely. The lanyard and bright colour means I will not lose them.

I am a professional vocalist, songwriter who performs live and in the studio. I purchased a new pair of generic IEM's and needed something to make them feel more comfortable and fit more snugly. These were recommended from another pro singer and they are great! Love them so far.

A very interesting and informative presentation was proved on the evening at our IAM with no hard sell, but generous discount on offer for us. A very quick and professional fitting carried out on the night and received my Snugs in handy sized case all within a couple of weeks. They fit really well and are very comfortable. A very good quality product!

I've used Snugs for over six years now. I use them primarily as an in-ear monitor, as I'm a professional working musician and need ample protection (I'm a loud drummer!). What I really like most is that the in-ear tips are removable, so if the driver fails you can just take the tip off and put them onto a spare pair. This is also far more cost effective overall as you can essentially choose what monitor you're using, the Snugs will fit just as good regardless. I also use their earplugs (white filter, really good and considerably transparent) which work very well. My first pair of Snugs lasted six years (technically... they still work!) and I've only recently upgraded to a brand new pair, both for monitoring and general protection (eg for sound work, where long-term comfort and transparency are essential). The customer service is superb and here's how: when I first ordered my snugs over six years ago, the first two impressions weren't quite right, but the third was the magic fit; they honoured their promise to make sure I was satisfied. More recently, the manufacturer made an error with the engraving I requested. Snugs made sure I got the correct engraving made. I very strongly reccomend them given the quality (and flexibility and cost-effectiveness) of their product/s. And also their excellent customer service which on both occasions made sure I was completely happy with my Snugs.

I purchased the moto Bluetooth snugs and they are brilliant. Fit perfect and are very comfortable. The sound quality is impressive also.

I have been using my Zen earplugs for a couple of weeks now and am very impressed. They are extremely comfortable to wear throughout the night and they do block out a considerable amount of noise. My sleep has definitely improved

I have long hair which needs lots of water and shampoo and conditioner. I also have a perforated eardrum. My snugs keep ALL the water, shampoo and conditioner out of my ears. No risk of ear infection. I also swim in my snugs which seal my ears completely and stay in place nicely.

My SnugsPro are really fantastic! After a small mistake in the first pair they've sent me Snugs showed incredible customer service by videocalling me straight away and solving the problem by sending me a new pair immediately. And they fit perfectly. Highly recommended!

Took a little bit of fitting onto the Shure headphones, but the result is fairly comfortable and excellent sound insulation.

Despite my first set of Snugs getting lost by the courier, and the anticipation of receiving them being massively prolonged as a result. When the replacement set finally arrived I was thrilled, what a difference vs the vendor supplied sleeves! (e.g. Shure sleeves). I am now looking to purchase a second set.

As a motorbiker, these are by far the best in ear headphones I've found. Because they go quite deep into the ear canal engine or wind noise is not a problem so you can quite happily listen to podcasts or music as you enjoy the freedom of the open road!

So I was told by my friends that once you get custom moulds you’ll never go back. I didn’t even manage to put them in properly and thought this is so much better. When I actually learnt how to put them in properly and get that isolation I was genuinely amazed. No more does it fall out during singing or head banging, and it’s just such a comfy fit. Snugs hearing protection has been life changing for me. I have had a lifetime of sensory struggles, just suffering though, prior to a diagnosis of Autism. Given a renewed confidence to take action of my discomfort, I sought out discrete hearing protection. I note discrete, but also wearing ear defenders can be rather pressing on the top of the head; I had tried more generic alternatives like foam, wax, Bollsen, Loops, even other custom hearing protection companies! Receiving my Snugs was like Goldilocks getting her perfect porridge. Prior to going to Snugs, I went through a traumatising effort with other companies that left me feeling hopeless in wanting discrete sound reduction. Emma, Michelle, and Sarah are some beautifully kind and patient individuals. They have been so helpful and I feel heard and respected. I chose ear protection with removable filters so I can change filters based on my settings. The team labeled all the filters for me and I have been exploring which to use based on the environment I am/will be in, from walking down a street with vehicles driving on wet pavement, visiting a pub with music, even being in a space where multiple conversations coexist! I am a member of an amateur theatre and run a beer festival. I was fed up with standard earpiece tips as I found them uncomfortable and they kept falling out of my ears. My SnugsPro Coiled Acoustic Eartube is excellent. I have worn it for a Duty shift at the theatre and it was really comfortable, provided sound isolation and didn't fall out once! Snugs are life changing! Swimming is my happy place and has been since I was a kid. Over the years I’ve tried numerous ear protective products (both generic & moulded) for my work, shooting & on my motorcycle. Snugs are, without a shadow of a doubt the best, most comfortable & most effective I have ever tried. I would never buy anything else. I currently have 2 sets, one for clay shooting, & music ones for motorcycling & intend to purchase another set for my work environment.

I love my Snugs! I bought some Snugs Pro tips late last year, and they are by far the best fitting earphone tips I have ever owned. Noise isolation and audio quality have both been improved leaps and bounds compared to the stock earphone tips I was using previously. Well worth the investment!

I’d spent near on 15 years buying multiple brands of headphones to try, for them to keep falling out of my small ears and onto the next. Since having snugs, going on for 3 years now, they have been amazing. The fit doesn’t feel like I am wearing anything! A great investment in my opinion, and I’m saving up for a wireless version now.

As a family we use a range of the Snugs products - mainly Zen and Aqua and we love them! I use the Aqua Protect and Aqua Music when I’m windsurfing as recommended by my ENT consultant to protect my ears from further Surfers’ Ear damage and they are working a treat. After regularly struggling with ear infections, I haven’t had any since I started using Snugs Aqua. In the last three months I’ve spent over 100 hours on the water and used my snugs for every session - I love them, they’re super comfy and the new filters in the snugs protect mean I can hear people talk whilst the snugs are in my ears and I don’t have to take them out at all. The safety leash is also very helpful as I can attach them to my wetsuit or harness when not in use so I don’t loose them. The Snugs Aqua Music are a game changer for race training sessions on my own or with a couple of friends and I can get the tunes on and get pumped! At first I tended not to wear them when it was super busy on the water, or with only one ear in so I can hear other people around me but after using them for a while I have got used to it and can still hear the background noise of other people if I don’t have the music too loud. 100% would recommend! As for the Snugs Zen, they definitely saved my parents marriage! My Dad (as much as I love him) snores like an airplane taking off and my poor mum was being woken up every night for 23 years+! She’s been using the Snugs Zen for the last 2 years after trying wax self- moulding plugs which used to hurt her ears and fall out. They can now sleep in the same bed again and mum often says Snugs saved her marriage! They are miracle workers and she has ordered a second pair as she’s paranoid about loosing them! We love the snugs products and are so grateful to Hearing Matters for referring us to the products!

SnugsZen: best earplugs for sleeping for me. Fit is almost perfect, needs a little moisture to plug in. Than they just stay where they should. It does not matter, which position you are sleeping - also perfect for side-sleepers. The pressure in the ear during the night is bearable. Using them for more than a week now and enjoying the silence. Order and delivery: flawless.

I use the snugs with my Bose Proflight headset most days.. extremely comfortable and enhances the noise reduction quality of the headset which reduces fatigue and hence aids flight safety. Highly recommended.

I use these religiously for work (event photography and filming). I had always struggled to find ear plugs that fit because my ears are tiny, but these fit perfectly. I'm still able to enjoy the music without it muffling the sound & I am saved from ringing ears the next day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I've already got the SnugsPro with my Bose SoundSport for a year now and I really enjoy when I go for a run. I am not worried about them falling out of my ears. I've recently ordered some SnugsMoto (Music) and SnugsMoto (Protect) and the company where really friendly and help me out to ensure they were the right fit. I've ridden a couple of times and no complaints with the helmets on, it didn't bother me at all! I could wear them all day long! It does reduce the wind and engine noise which make a big difference on long rides. A must have, if you want to preserve your ears! Also, you can still hear!

The swim plugs I purchased were excellent, but what really impressed me was the quality of service and response I received when I needed some assistance. The turnaround in delivery is great also - less than a week after sending the impressions we had received the new snugs

I had to concerns prior purchasing the snugs, first been the connection between the snug and the earbud (Sony WF-1000XM3), and secondly the accuracy of the mould undertaken by a third-party. I needn’t have worried about either, the moulds (snugs) fit perfectly, as to my buds which click perfectly into place creating a tight seal.

As a professional musician who has had extensive corrective surgery on his ears due to childhood deafness, when I needed to get IEM's in 2017, I knew custom fit was the only way to go. A local company a few mins away from me refused to help me due to my surgeries and actually threw my impressions away! So, I contacted Snugs and it was the best thing I ever did. They offered to help straight away and sent me my first pair. These things DO NOT FALL OUT, no matter how crazy I go onstage! They have continued to help me ever since, even replacing my first pair when they got stolen on tour. I'm very happy with my Snugs IEM's and my Snugs for my Sennheiser Momentum II earbuds and plan on going back for more pairs in the future!

I received my swimming snugs last week and have used them 3 times now They are brilliant! No water gets in my ears at all so post swimming there is no head tipping, ear plunging etc! The lanyard is the perfect length so I can tuck them into the top if my swimming costume for extra safety. I love that one is red for right and one is blue. As you can tell I am delighted! I rarely write reviews either 😁

After loosing a custom pair of moulded ear plugs I needed a new pair quite quickly. The previous company were no longer supplying my ones so after trying various places a local audiologist suggested I looked at Snugs website. Living in Taunton, Somerset, Snugs HQ was only 40 minutes drive a way. I found the website very easy to navigate and found the product range extensive. The list of audiologists available to have ear impressions was very extensive, but what clinched it was the fact that I could go the the Snugs HQ for the impressions to be taken. I purchased two products, the SungsShield and the SungsZen. During the impression stage we were aware that my ear canal was a particularly difficult shape and this may impact on the suitability of the product. On arrival of the finished products, one was not fitting to well, and inline with the guarantee, no quibble this was changed for me. I have even purchased some additional filters to help. My experience of Snugs is absolutely fantastic. The two ladies who run the business are amazing. Their customer focus, attention to detail is just first class. You can really tell that they put the customer first and certainly try and help if something does go wrong. I would certainly use them again. Their products are certainly cheaper than my previous custom made ear defenders but I would not say that this has in anyway compromised on the performance. I appreciate every review is subjective, but my experience has been very positive and I am extremely pleased with the positive, professional and clearly passionate way the business is run.

I was going to review these straight away but thought I would give it a week. I had these made for my Campfire Andromeda IEM's and they are truly brilliant. Apart from the astonishing improvement in the sound quality from a base that was already pretty special, they are very comfortable over hours of use, really easy to get in and the isolation is total. I only used the supplied lubricant once and I can now get them in without it in a couple of seconds. The service from start to finish was faultless, after the impressions were taken at Hidden Hearing, I sent them back free post and had them back in less than 2 weeks, the Andromeda's are an awkward shape but they fit like a glove. I would recommend them to any one, so much better than any top end ear bud I have used with all my in ear head phones over the last 10 years.

My first time with custom-fitted IEMs. I had Shure 215 drivers that I could never get to fit right with generic tips, so decided to splurge on Snugs. I had to meet with an audiologist to get the impressions done ($100), but the process was quick and painless. Snugs turns the impressions into custom-fit tips fairly quickly and I had them within two weeks. I ordered SnugsPro IEM tips in green. and they are indeed solid green! My name was lettered on each tip, in red ink (R ear) and black ink (L ear), so they shouldn't get lost. So far, I've used my Snugs mostly with an iPod at the gym and they definitely fit and stay in my ears. It takes a week or so of regular use to be comfortable putting them in and removing them. There's kind-of a "twist" involved to "corkscrew" the Snugs into the helix of your outer ear so that they don't fall out. The sound isolation is substantial, so you don't want to wear them walking down the street or any place where you need to be aware of your surroundings. Sound quality will obviously vary with your drivers and preferences, but was as good as any headphones/earphones I've ever owned. I've worn them for only an hour or so at a time, so it's hard to tell if there will be any fatigue, but they seem very comfortable.

Image & soundstage improvement! I’m wanting to write to let you know how pleased I am with my new Snugs. Some background, I tend to use my Snugs when I travel, which I do quite a lot with work, being able to listen to music, podcasts etc is a great way to pass hours on trains and planes. My iPhone XR is also my music player, I used to carry a separate music player, but the advent of services like Tidal have meant I simply download favourite tracks to the phone, and I’ve an Audioquest Dragonfly Red I plug into the phone, which has a good enough output to drive my inefficient RHA CL750’s. One of the things I love about the CL750’s is their open and fast presentation, to me they have slight dip in their sound balance in the mid-range which gives the impression of being detailed, but I’ve learnt that is an impression…enjoyable though. The Dragonfly is so much better than using the phone, in comparison it’s got more drive, detail and together with the RHA’s they do give a remarkable feeling of “soundstage” and in that I mean that when you close your eyes it has the sound presented all around you, really quite an immersive experience. My problem is that I’ve never found an ear tip in the bunch that RHA supply that I really get on with, so the Snugs seemed like a good option for long term comfort. They do fit so well…a slightly strange experience upon first usage…oh and the isolation from carriage noise on the train is really good, I’ll get to test on a plane in a couple of weeks…but what has really floored me is the change and the improvement on the soundstage/image I perceive when I listen. I expected the bass to be better, because of the better seal, and it is much punchier, with a real feeling of precision, but what has really surprised me is the mid-range…male voices especially have more body, and presence, and weirdly the immersive soundstage has gained a really "locked" feel, every sound is so much better located and stable with a less vague overall presentation. To give some sort of reference - Steven Wilsons album To The Bone has a track I really love called Pariah, with a cool vocal harmony and various effects…these effects were a weird “wash" before the Snugs, now they’re transformed and seem to pan across the mix…amazing…my only guess is the high-frequency details were being lost by the lack of seal to my ears, now the whole acoustic is more controlled…I guess because I’m blocking out the noise from the environment I’m just hearing more of what’s in the recording. Anyway, I’m delighted! Thanks

Very hard to fault this product. I have bought moulds from Snugs before and they have not let me down. Great fit and, crucially, there is a reassuring bond with the earphones - in my case the Bose Quiet Comfort Noise Cancelling ones. I don't think the benefit of the moulds is quite as much as with non-noise cancelling earphones, the combination of which I have had in the past. It may not be an issue to some but I thought I should mention it. The moulds are still a five star product, in my opinion.

I bought a pair of Sennheiser IE800 and they were always falling out so I did some research online and found snugs. I contacted snugs and paid them and then I was sent to an audiologist to get my impressions done in Dublin. This process was very straight forward then they were sent to Snugs. A few weeks later I received my snugs and went about using them. I had an issue with the drivers not really staying in so I contacted snugs and their customer support was absolutely brilliant. I explained the issue and they redesigned the snugs so that the IE800 driver was housed more into the snugs and then shipped back to me at no extra cost. I received the new snugs and absolutely delighted they fit perfect. I’m just so happy how their customer support emailed me back straight way and wanted to find a solution to my issue and fixed my issue. Other companies should take note of this excellent customer service. I will definitely be using snugs in the future as I do buy a lot of IEMs.

Great fit and comfortable. Great quality. This is the third pair of Snugs I've purchased. These were for the Apple Air Pod Pro (2). Unfortunately, you cannot charge the AirPods with the Snug tips attached. That's what prevents me from giving a 5-star rating. Hopefully, the Snugs will accept the constant cycling on and off the AirPods. Shipping is not super-fast since the tips are made in the UK, but I was prepared for that.
