The thing I like most about SoftSkillsPills is how practical all the advices are. You don't have to figure out "is that the right situation" or "how should I go about this". I have subscribed to the newsletter a couple of years ago and it has proved to add value to me again and again as learning and development professional working with IT teams. The leadership course was super cool :). The most valuable part for me was the group exercises in each session, where you can see how people from other companies think and approach different situations, and also get feedback from the trainer and the other participants on your own approach and communication style. I managed to take something new from each topic. Even in the final session about the leadership perspective, which I expected to be more of a summary, I discovered new aspects I hadn’t considered before. With all the information gathered from the lectures and the additional materials, I’ve put together a small pile of ideas that I plan to experiment with over the next few months… :)
