I wanted a 5kw inverter to meet my consumption needs. Rahi at Solar4Good listened to my requirements and quoted for a 5kw inverter + batteries (other companies would only quote for 3.6kw inverters). The installation team, Ellis and Kane, arrived promptly on installation day and were very polite and answered all my questions. The only issue was a missing CT clamp but they returned a couple of days later and finished the installation and commissioning. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of the service from Solar4Good and would happily recommend them.

Our experience with Solar4Good has been excellent. The entire process from quote through to survey and installation took only a month. Any queries were answered immediately. The team that fitted the panels were fantastic and left all work areas spotlessly clean. I received phone calls at various points in the process to check I was happy with the work which indeed I was. We had a meter connection issue shortly after installation which was dealt with immediately - engineers attended the next day to identify and sort the problem. A great company with excellent customer service.

Nothing was a bother, found solutions and just got on with it. Was reasonably priced, and all materials used was top notch. Tariff all set-up and have started to export! Came recommended so I gave them a call. From start to finish the service was top drawer. Rahi was very easy to speak to and to the point. No hard sell . After the initial quote there was no haranguing, but once I gave the green light it was warp drive. Done and dusted within a week according to my availability. Scaffolders we’re super quick, and Darren and Taylor the installers installed 16 panels and the 9.5kw battery in a day. The price was good too as well as the communication from the back office staff with regular calls and emails on progress. The solar market is full of get rich quick cowboys but try the Indians and you won’t be disappointed 😉 Highly recommend. Thank you Solar4Good!!

Solar4Good have been brilliant throughout the process. They were responsive to my request for a quote, and the survey was undertaken very promptly. They were then able to diarise the panels' fitting within a couple of weeks. The scaffolding was erected in time for the day and then the fitters arrived at 07:30 and were complete by mid-morning! From initial discussion through to installation all went very smoothly with my transaction. Rahi provided very helpful advie and suggestions and he was patient with me and my questions. His colleagues in the various teams within the company were equally helpful all the way from installation through registering for the SEG. Have been re-assured that any questions / concerns i have going forwards will be addressed. The warranties are better than the standard so this is added peace of mind (and the quotes for the panels were market beating).
Good communication hassle free install and best of all exceedly good price. Unlike some firms did not try to restrict the size of my installation to the standard house size for an easy life on the admin. Easy documents all digital with online signature even better no post!
