Good quality, works as promised. Interior is very tight and too small for most of our (fit, tall and muscular) family members to use. Return policy was too restrictive and expensive so we kept it for smaller people to use but would not purchase again.

I love my infrared sauna pod! It’s unfortunate that I wouldn’t call it very portable, but did take just the bottom section with me on my last trip to Michigan. The first time I took it in its entirety was a real challenge and took up much of the space in my trunk and back seat.

I love that I can lie down in this. I wish it were longer. I’m 5’7” and my toes touch the end, which is very hot. My husband is 6’1” and much of his upper body can’t go inside. Also, the fabric flap covering the opening has gaps which let a lot of heat out. The velcro on the sides doesn’t go low enough.

I love my Sunlighten Solo System. I chose the solo because I wanted something small and I was able to easily set it up by myself. I use it a few times a week, and my sleep has gotten SO much better. I used to toss and turn, but now I fall asleep more easily and wake up feeling way more rested. Also, I've noticed I am not as stiff or sore, especially after workouts or long work days. I highly recommend the Sunlighten Solo System.

I am very pleased with the Solo System. I have been using it for about 6 months. I use it about 3 days a week for about 25 to 30 minutes each day I use it depending on the temperature setting I place it on. When I first began I set the temperature on level 5 for both the upper and lower domes. Over time I have slowly increased the temperature levels. Now about 6 months of use I am setting the temperature at Level 8 for both the upper and lower domes. For the first 1-2 weeks of using the Solo System I did not sweat that much, but about 3 weeks of use I began to sweat a lot more. I am so thankful I bought the Solo System because I can just plug into a regular wall outlet. I also like that I can move it around easily if I need to move it around my house or just move it to clean underneath it. When I use it I just plug it in and turn in on and let it heat up to my desired temperature level for about 20 minutes before I get in it. I purchased 2 Solo Pad covers and 2 Solo curtains so I am able to help my washing machine by not having to wash everyday. Also, I purchased the Solo Mat and I am so glad I did. It protects my floor from the heat. Thank you Sunlighten for the Solo System!

pleas please put a directions for use in the delivery.couple of cents it cost .saves consumer hours trying to find and download of line..The price is already over inflated .so putting a copy of instruction being inclosed can not be cost effective .please put a set of directions included.I am 74 and not very good on computers .dont know if I will ever figure it out.
