I love my Solo Sauna from Sunlighten. It completely exceeded my expectations! The moment I get in, I feel an immediate sense of calm. It is not just about doing something great for my body, it is the mental and emotional reset that does it for me. I dim the lights, unplug from everything, and it becomes intentional, quiet time just for me. I love that I’m lying down, fully relaxed, not distracted, not socializing, just going inward. I’m very happy with my solo sauna, I use it after hard workouts and it really improves my overall recovery. I have shared my sauna with friends and family too everyone is impressed with how wonderful they feel afterwards. I like that I can have a spa like experience right in my home, for better health.

I had been thinking about "sauna-ing" for almost a year, due to the health benefits, but I really wasn't sure if I would enjoy the experience. It isn't something I had ever done, even when I had an opportunity. When my brother-in-law showed me his, I just knew this was the way to go. I absolutely love my sauna!

I love the solo sauna ! I have 1 at my Michigan house and 1 at my Florida house. I also bought their red light therapy mask that I love. Great products and people that work for Sunlighten. I would highly recommend Sunlighten.

This sauna is well made and serves up great value for all intended purposes. It gets plenty hot @ 90-100% and holds heat great. The cleanup is easy and ongoing changing out pad and pillow covers routinely. I am 6' tall and have the upper cover all the way to my shoulders/lower neck. Any taller and you may need a longer pad and dome to cover whole body.

Like the sauna very much - does exactly what it is supposed to do! Re wiring connections - were ok except for the "little piece of paper" around the two power cords that tells you which one should go to the upper vs. lower dome were unreadable - not sure why this direction is even provided since these are power cords, so it doesn't really matter.

The heat inside the sauna is uneven. There are gaps between the foam mat and the cover which induce cold draft. As a result of this the shoulders and tge sides of the body, sides of the legs are always cool.

I like it but wish the cushion was more water proof and did not stain so easily. Also the red light therapy is hard to turn on and off. You have to have just the right angle or it doesn’t respond.

I love mine. I like how refreshed I feel & how clear my thoughts are after a session. The chrome lights are also amazing to use.

Pros: the unit get's very hot, the cushion is very comfortable. Cons: gap between domes lets in too much air, it's overpriced. All of sunlighten's products are. Sorry.

I love the customization of my sauna! It is so cozy and I use it to warm up my joints in the morning on high heat for 20 minutes.

I live in an apartment and love how compact this is plus how aesthetically pleasing it looks when stored away. Easy to use, it’s my favorite part of the day!

Good quality, works as promised. Interior is very tight and too small for most of our (fit, tall and muscular) family members to use. Return policy was too restrictive and expensive so we kept it for smaller people to use but would not purchase again.

I love my infrared sauna pod! It’s unfortunate that I wouldn’t call it very portable, but did take just the bottom section with me on my last trip to Michigan. The first time I took it in its entirety was a real challenge and took up much of the space in my trunk and back seat.

I love that I can lie down in this. I wish it were longer. I’m 5’7” and my toes touch the end, which is very hot. My husband is 6’1” and much of his upper body can’t go inside. Also, the fabric flap covering the opening has gaps which let a lot of heat out. The velcro on the sides doesn’t go low enough.
