I have only been to a couple of hours, of a 6 hour training, but I really enjoyed what I have experienced so far. The presenters are joyful and very easy to listen to and to connect to. I practice somatic breathing during my morning routine to set my intentions for the day. I was invited to this class by a Co-Creator that I am working with, and I am so honored that she asked me to join. The desire to incorporate this into my current practice has shifted, gotten stronger, just after the first day. I loved the presence on the room, the connection that everyone seemed to feel simultaneously. It was deep, personal, and emotional. It was a blessing to be a part of. Since joining the workshop I've noticed an all around lightness in my body and a tingling sensation as well. The connections, joy and openness in the presentation was a breath of fresh air. I am def recommending this to colleagues ( I am a therapist/supervisor) and supervisee's. I will be using what I learn the next 3 days with a new client that is visibly physically constricted/stuck/tight with anxiety. This client is the reason why I decided to finally jump in and learn. I joined the community yesterday, and have not had the chance to really explore yet.

The work/information was organized, clear, and from the heart. I came away learning something about myself that could make a shift in my future. This is just after day one! I can highly recommend the workshop. I'm really looking forward to the somatic practice today.

I’m a licensed massage therapist. 8 years in and still loving every minute. I decided to try this because I’ve been on a path to feeling more present among other things, as well as searching for other ways to help my clients release their stagnation and also feel more connected to what’s going on with their bodies. This first day has been a validation of my intuition that this was a good path to explore. I’ve only been following for a short while and immediately felt a kindred energy. I felt lighter, hopeful, and as I was sitting out on my porch watching the fields I felt more aware and connected to what was going on inside and around me. I’m very much looking forward to day two. Good morning, I’m back after a good night’s sleep. For me, new concepts always sink in better after a break. This morning, after a short meditation, I recalled a situation that had upset me emotionally two days ago. So I applied the 1-2-3 method (Mind, Emotion, Body), and that brought me back to a childhood memory that had troubled me. This allowed me to gain some perspective on the situation I experienced two days ago. To be continued... See you! :)

I am a yoga/reike /meditation practioner I would highly recommend that everyone take this class The explanation of somatic breathing, and everything in between was so clear and profound and eloquent It gave me a lot of insights and ideas for my future practice I also felt very calm very open very light after the breathing session I am so grateful for you allowing me to take this 3 day session to help me clarify my vision

I am an LMT by trade, I have always been the go to person for family, friends, even strangers open up to me and realize within the conversation or later how much they divulged with no understanding why, they are often perplexed and grateful at the same time. Unfortunately I was in an at no fault vehicle accident almost exactly 1 year ago. I am no longer able to perform massage, I am struggling to find something I can continue to do to stay within the realm of the health and healing arts. Yes, I would recommend this to others to explore. I would relish the opportunity to guide them through this process. Breath work is so important while in a massage I would audibly breathe aloud with the stokes of my massage to "teach" my clients how to breathe. Most picked up on my intention and would mimic my breathing.
