I’ve told others that I consider SourceWhale my "first hire" for my independent recruiting business. While there’s some upfront effort to customize it to my needs, the setup process is straightforward, and once it's running, it far exceeds my expectations. 

The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to implement into my workflow without disrupting my daily tasks. 

The live feed of my campaigns is a game-changer—I can see real-time opens and clicks, which is a huge value add. But my absolute favorite feature? 

The "To-Do" section. It keeps all my manual tasks organized, ensuring my campaigns continue moving forward. I use SourceWhale daily, and it has completely transformed how I approach outreach. 

Follow-up is critical in both business development and recruiting, and I’ll admit, I haven’t always been the best at keeping track of it. Having SourceWhale keep me accountable is a game-changer. 

The LinkedIn integration is phenomenal. It streamlines my workflow so efficiently that when I’m chasing down a lead, I can communicate quickly and add them seamlessly into my pre-created campaigns with just a few clicks.

Beyond the platform itself, the customer support is top-tier. Anytime I have a question or need help optimizing my setup, the team is quick to respond and genuinely invested in making sure I get the most out of the tool.

 I recently got a friend signed up and will continue to advocate for SourceWhale. Oh, and shoutout to Jake from SourceWhale—he’s way cooler than Jake from State Farm.

I like that it keeps my contacts organized and easily shows where they are in process and what to do next. Being consistent with campaign calls, e-mails, messages, etc. is near impossible with a huge database like ours. Sourcewhale makes it as easy as checking off a To Do list! 

I also love all of the data available on the dashboard and availability to see clicks and opens. This makes it so easy to see what IS and is NOT working and shift your approach to become more successful individually OR as a team!

I get pitched a lot (A LOT) of recruiting technology and wanted to give a quick (but loud) shoutout to the team at SourceWhale, especially 🐳 

They reached out to me initially several years ago and while I was impressed with some of the features of the tool, it didn't integrate with our recruiting tech stack. A few weeks ago, they reached out to let me know the integrations I had wanted were now available, and I was awed in the product demo when I saw all the upgrades and features added in the time since my first test drive. 🤩

Since implementing Sourcewhale campaigns, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Website visits have increased tremendously. Our brand awareness has improved, and our email domain reputation remains excellent. We have received many candidates and leads from the software.

We’ve been using Source Whale for a little over 2 months now. Since using Conversations, I’ve increased my connections by almost 100%. Being able to connect with more people, has built my pipeline up tremendously. With Conversations, and the integration with Bull Horn, I spend less time entering in my notes and move on to the next client. Conversations have also helped with the recording of calls, sometimes I miss things and can go back and listen to the information I need. This feature also helps with listening to other people in the company and see how they navigate through calls. I’ve closed more business in the past 2 months then I have in the last 6 months of 2024. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Automation tool that's specific to recruitment, unlike other platforms Also links with our CRM (Bullhorn) which has been beneficial Email tracking is very good too. 

Just made a $40k placement from it. 

Previously I would need to manually send all of my emails as part of the cadence that I had built. It was very manual and took a lot of time Now I can automate the sequence and pull everything back to the CRM. My outreach volume has increased exponentially.

SourceWhale allows for Sales Outreach to be personalized and automated without any fall-off. It maintains consistency and has awarded our organizations meetings with new client logos in less than six months. 

Additionally, the onboarding and integration is quick and pain free. The staff is highly knowledgeable and responsive. 

The backend is continuously collecting feedback and rolling out enhancements.

I love that SourceWhale streamlines all of my efforts into one place. I am able to more easily track various avenues of success (which outreach style gets the best responses, is there a day/time of week that is most fruitful, how many responses am I getting compared to outbound messages, etc.) which in turn helps me to better pivot my future business development efforts to become more successful. 

I also love that it automates the process for me once I've done the leg work at the front end. I could be on vacation and still have some outbound messages going to prospective clients when it makes sense! It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM and other tools we utilize heavily and the SourceWhale team has been fantastic to work with and helpful throughout the way.
