The product is very useful and simple for our residents and clients to use. One of the best that we have ever used. Integration was also smooth with the team! After the integration, the support team is really responsive.

Overall the experience has been easeful, supported, to-the-point, and efficient! I am pleasantly surprised with all of the features included and that are currently being improved and developed. I really enjoy the streamlined onboarding process, easy-to-use interface, and incredible customer support! The team is incredibly responsive and thorough, I feel like my business is in great hands!

Out of all products that we tried this is the most simple and user friendly - for both members and staff. Members use the app and are able to figure out how it works without any help. Now approx. 90% of all bookings and payments are done through the app. And what is even more important, we don't need 3 different software, we have all in one Spacebring soft - admin panel, member panel and access control integration.

Spacebring has made my life so much easier. As an admin, I used to spend endles hours on manual tasks, which left me with no time or energy for anything else. We're a small coworking space looking to build a propper community, but I simply didn't have the time for it. Managing subscriptions, billing, memberships – it all adds up. But now, with Spacebring handling everything automatically, I don't think I've ever been this relieved!

If they don't have it yet - they deliver it in the next update :) VERY GOOD! They are a very dedicated team and fast learners - they really do an extra mile for the customer. We like the energy of the team and their preparedness to develop new functions on the go. Once more customers feel a certain function would be useful, their team will be 100% on it and will deliver it most probably already in their next update. Also we like how good the web app looks and how much they care explaining new functions. Also getting their newsletter is a delight as they always find a way the deliver insights from the co-working industry. Always happy to receive their newsletter.

I'd been working with Spacebring for a while, and I can definitely say that behind this platform are people who genuinaly care. The latest update to the administrative app looks absolutely brilliant – we didn't even realise how much we needed it until now. We recently asked the support team whether it was possible to manually refund a transaction, and we were impressed when the feature was actualy launched instead of beiing lost in the usual "coming soon" limbo. It’s fantastic working with a team that listens and delivers!
