If I had to choose just 1 spa industry event per year, it would be SPARK. It's the perfect balance of productivity and fun. The speakers and presenations are great, educational and often times provide easy actions that I can take home and implement immediately. The scheduled brand partner meetings make it easy to get a good understanding of a brand and the abundant networking opportunities after is where the business gets done!

What did you think of the keynotes and presentations? it was a great combination of science backed information, practical application tips, and real time practice. Jackie delivers with such a nice combination of authority and humility. She has a rare authenticity about her for someone who spends a lot of time as a focal point. 3. How did you enjoy the selection of brand partners? Given that I'm relatively new to this industry, it was a good mix that helped me to boost my product knowledge in a short amount of time. All the representatives were super fun and nice to spend time with.

My favorite thing about SPARK is getting to network with like minded Spa Professionals, meeting new Vendors and Buyers and getting to see up close of new products and technologies. This year we had the opportunity to do a group excursion which was awesome to take a break from the conference and get outdoors and experience Costa Rica!

SPARK 2023 in Costa Rica was a literal dream. The content was engaging, motivating, and timely. It was amazing to spend time with leaders of the Spa's and brands we work with and those that we look forward to working with in the future. The LLS team did an exceptional job of making everyone feel welcomed and special.

Every LLS event with do provides a re-SPARK with treasured customers looking for something new in our partnership but, also provides new business opportunities. This year at SPARK we engaged with a host of new corporate's possibilities with Montage, Oasis, Equinox, and a handful of new-smaller prospects.

This was an amazing opportunity for us as brand owners to get to know and establish relationships with the people behind both the big and small organizations and businesses on a deeper level. We don't just want to sell, we want to connect and really make it a partnership - find out how we can help solve any of their pain points. It's all about the people, and LiveLoveSpa knows that. They're inclusive and informative and the whole event was warm and organized and a perfect example of how work can be fun.
