When I started my journey with Kavita it was because I felt like I needed a boost or needed to throw something out into the universe that said I’m ready to accept the love I’m worthy of.

I took on a few courses from Coach Kavita, mostly because I felt like I was walking in circles and not really making any progress in dating. I have to say that the experience of the course has been a wake up call of sorts. I realized that many of the obstacles I was facing I had built myself. 

The classes did not just give me confidence, rather, they shifted it. They worked as a system to realign the positive thought patterns I already had and extend them to the world of dating, interpersonal communication, and relationships with the opposite sex. 

While Kavita excels in bringing out the best in you, I really appreciated the fact that - without shaming - she was able to make me face my mistakes and made me grow from them. I learned the difference between being at peace and being distracted, the difference between being self-critical and self-loathing, and between being unable and being unwilling. 

Like many before me, I had taken a break from dating because I thought I was too tired or too busy. By critically rethinking myself, my desires, my priorities and my approaches, I was able not only to find a lot more time to devote to the things I like and enjoy, but also to curate my dating experience.

I do recommend this experience to anyone who is tired of the platitudes that circulate in these spaces just as I recommend this to those who are rightfully wary of the more aggressive and pick-up adjacent spaces in the field of dating coaches.

Before the masterclass, I took a break from dating because I felt burnt out and needed to work on myself before diving back into the dating pool. My confidence also took a hit due to certain relationships that didn’t work out. The second portion about building the dating profile was informative as well. I didn’t realize how important it was to keep your profile fresh. Shifting your profile to reflect what you’re doing now makes it more interesting and has resulted in more matches for me. Coach Kavita also provided great examples to inspire us during the process, and when it came time to share some of the work we did, her feedback was helpful and informative, and her energy was contagious!

I would recommend this class to anyone struggling with dating or having trouble building up confidence. This class was a great reminder of the things I’m capable of and promotes having a healthy relationship with oneself before entering the dating world.
