Sphere rocket has been really helpful for me because it's such an easy process to obtain a virtual assistant. I've had two. The first one was doing great, but then didn't end up working out. And the second one has worked out awesome. And both times, they have people set up and waiting to interview with me within a few days notice, and the usually have an employee in place within a week or two at those very most, the communication is great, the support is great. So it's not just me training my VA, it's other people and like calls she can get on to listen, and it's just been like a very easy, no brainer experience and a great solution for my business during a big, changing season after I had kids.

My experience with hiring a VA through Sphere Rocket has been far more productive than I expected. I thought we’d need to ease her into things, but she was already familiar with the tools we use, like Loom and other tech. You explain something to her once, and she just runs with it. She made a few simple mistakes at first, but once corrected, she’s been able to handle much more than we originally thought. Zero complaints. We’re currently in the middle of changing some business processes that will keep Pearl fully loaded soon, and after that, we’re already considering bringing on another VA.
