SPI is phenomenal. First of all, I love Pat. He explains things so well, he's warm and encouraging, and the videos are in bite sizes where I feel a sense of accomplishment. I also love that I can delve into any of the available courses at any time. I pivoted a few times -from podcasting to coaching - so I don't feel I lost money because I can jump into another course that better suits my needs. Lastly, the community is definitely a bonus. I never feel alone having other's input and support. Thank you Pat and SPI team. 💜

I write and publish funny books. I've had a vague idea of returning to podcasting at some point as a form of content creation to publicise my next release in Jan 2026. I did the podcast accelerator and the homework forced me to think about the practicalities. I now know what I need to do, will begin recording episodes from September and will launch at the same time as my book launch. I had no problem staying on track with the videos and homework.

I lost my job on May 2. When my company started laying off in February, I made podcasting my plan B. At 77, it is hard to step into something totally dependent on learning new technology, but I did and launched my podcast, Linda Grace Morris: Baltimore Boomer Tales from the Hood, on June 4. A local Baltimore news announcer recommended Pat Flynn to me, and I have been following him ever since. I joined the Accelerator program for a year so Pat can have my back throughout this learning stage. I love my podcast and now need to focus on creating a better finished package. Once I do that, I will look at ways to monetize it. Thank you, Pat, for sharing!

The Community Business Blueprint course inside the SPI Community is a great introduction to building your own online community. All the logical steps and workbooks were there to refine this, plus some big lessons to learn and mistakes to avoid.

Pat's "Smart From Scratch" was an excellent place to begin exploring my podcast idea. He helped me to take my ideas and fear floating around in my head to something more concrete and practical, which helped me to get direction versus overwhelm and take premature action. The more I’m in the SPI Community the more I learn. I like that it doesn’t feel intimidating, everything feels achievable. I love that I have access to so many things that align with my business needs. Pat's live workshops and office hours are worth the fee alone… I mean when else would I be able to ask Pat Flynn a question and get feedback related directly to my business? It feels like mentorship on demand. I’m learning as a student but also as a creator. The attention to detail and follow-ups to encourage members to keep going is amazing. This is the FIRST online course community that I’ve joined that has actually felt like a community. And I’ve enrolled and completed a lot of courses. I’ve built one of my own as well and this is inspiring me to really double down on the community aspect so that it actually feels like a virtual meetup and space for like-minded people. SPI has done a great job of making this feel like a “destination” and a place to help me get unstuck. Most courses and communities are overwhelming, dry and feel like a boring class that I know I need to go to, but don’t want to go to. This is the exact opposite. I actually want to be here. If anyone is on the fence about joining the SPI Community — DO IT. It's been a game-changer for me. At the start of 2025, things were really quiet for me. I wasn't sure if I'd sell more spots to my workshops, land any brand deals, or even have a solid plan moving forward. My wife and I help couples in difficult relationship situations. One specific niche we focus on is couples in stable, long-term relationships where entrepreneurship plays a key role in their lives. The challenge was to find an approach to support more of them at the same time, and the Community Business Blueprint Accelerator was a perfect match to support us. My name is Hope and I'm a founding member of SPI Community since 2020. The best part of the community is the generous support from the members and community staff. If you need help, a sounding board, a place to celebrate or vent, a collaboration, product/service opinions, insightful feedback, or to learn something new then this community is the place you need to be. The biggest surprise has been the enduring relationships in my mastermind group. We were strangers matched together in 2020 and became a close-knit group over the years. While some members have moved on, our core members still meet regularly four years later. I found the YouTube From Scratch Accelerator easy to keep up with time-wise. It's cool to be able to plan your week around the 'homework'.

Taking this course accelerator brought about a significant shift from distress to relief. In my previous experiences with other instructors, I often struggled to connect and complete my content. However, Pat Flynn’s courses felt relatable, which helped me manage my debilitating perfectionism. I was able to apply his concepts in practical ways, learning from my mistakes and moving forward with self-compassion.
