A very engaging way to show off product features
We have a product that solves complex data problems for users. Sometimes it's hard to show off our product's potential with words. We use Storylane to allow audiences to interact with our product without friction. I think it keeps them engaged and shows value quickly. Storylane also provides very responsive and effective support. They listen to our pain points and work with us. I would recommend Storylane to any company that is product and value-driven.

It is very easy to create and update detailed product demos. I evaluated this against other leading solutions my colleagues had used at past companies, and the demo creation UI in Storylane was superior. I chose them even though alternatives had better name recognition at the time and were used by competitors. I have not regretted my decision.
I have used it several times since initial purchase to update our demo as our product has evolved. The UI is very intuitive and easy to jump back into after months away. I found I needed very little training, and their training guides are very straight forward and simple to use. Our account contact is really quick to come back to use, and the support team have been great in being able answer any of my questions and help with the set up of our SSO for example. I'm using it daily, and getting better at using it, it was extremely easy to integrate with Salesforce and our SSO.

We use Storylane to include demos directly on our website. This is better than photos or a video, and also pre-qualifies some customers since they already have a good idea of what we're doing rather than getting on a call and then telling us they want something completely different.
Integration is very simple - just drop drop a few lines into the HTML and it adds a button that leads to a popup.

Integration is very simple - just drop drop a few lines into the HTML and it adds a button that leads to a popup.

Storylane is easy to use and just a very useful tool. I've worked in the SaaS industry for many years and plagued with the ongoing issue of strong prospects not proceeding with talks or deals because the companies i worked for that don't offer actual demo accounts for them to try the software.
